Through a translation job, I became acquainted with Nick & all the folks at Master Mechanic. I worked with them for over a month translating for a fellow who did not speak English. As a result of our acquaintance, I am convinced of Nicks integrity and goodwill towards his customers. He was diplomatic, professional and polite. Nick truly went far beyond any reasonable or normal expectations to please the customer. I will be bringing my own vehicles to Nick at Master Mechanics from now on. It was a pleasure to work with Nick & his family.

I have never been treated so disrespectful, EVER...ANYWHERE!After, previously, making a 1PM appointment to have my AC serviced, I arrived 10 mins. early, on the appointed Fri.Finding a closed, will return at 1 sign on the door; no problem! But after waiting until 1:30, I finally called to see if, and/or whenthey would be open! No answer, so left message! Still...no problem! Finally at 2 pm I received a callback. I was told she had had problems and asked if I would like to re-schedule. It was still only 2 oclock so I said I would rather get it done today. She asked if I could drop it off and leave it. I told her I would probably just wait for it!She told me the boss wouldnt allow me to wait....... now the problem!! Surprised by this, I chuckled and said oh, really...I cant wait for it, at which time she told me no and you need to take your car somewhere else! Then she, pronptly, HUNG UP ON ME!Imagine that! Im 70 yrs old, with health problems! A Viet Nam U.S. Navy veteran and have never been treated this way!I wouldnt spend a dime in this establishment if it were the only game in town! I hope this serves to forewarn any future prospective patrons.

God send!Im driving from ND to NM and noticed my battery light came on. Went to AutoZone to have them test it. Result showed the alternator on my Tundra wasnt putting out enough charge. So I bought an alternator from AutoZone and asked if theres a mechanic theyd recommend. They recommended a mobile mechanic. I called the mobile mechanic and he was booked out too long then he referred me to MASTER MECHANIC!I called Master Mechanic on a Wednesday and was scheduled for Friday. Nicole asked if I was bringing in my own alternator or not. I wont go into detail why but her question alone was a good sign for me. The next day Thursday Nicole calls me and says she has an opening that same day. I said yes. Had my truck back and running by 5pm that evening for such an unbelievably FAIR PRICE 🙂👍. It was worth every penny too because an alternator is a job I can do myself but my tools were limited and the mechanic said the bolts were very stubborn. I offered them a cash tip but they refused.Im very fortunate to have the same type of honest and fair family mechanic business in my own home town and if you live in the Evansville area you should definitely consider making Master Mechanic your mechanic. AND IF YOURE READING THIS AS A BROKE DOWN TRAVELING STRANGER LOOKING FOR HELP? DONT WASTE ANY TIME AND CALL THEM.

I had an issue with my vehicle leaking oil bad. The leak was bad enough that plans tires was too nervous to touch my ride and recommend Master Mechanic. They did a great job thanks and I would say prices for the repair was definitely fair

The guys who worked here (I spoke with Tom and Nick most) were very upfront and considerate the entire time I worked with them. They were referred by another business Ive come to rely on over the years.They offered to tow my car to their location and theyre pricing for diagnosis was cheaper than every other locations.Even though I opted to not repair the vehicle since it was old and needed replaced anyway, they still let me keep the car at their location until it could be picked up by the company I sold the car to. They even waved the diagnosis fee.These guys are amazing! They kept me in the loop the whole time, gave me best and worst case scenarios with the pricing, and were patient with me the whole time I was figuring out what to do.If I end up staying in Casper, Im definitely going to be going to them with all my vehicles! Ill be making sure my family also turns to them in times of need. I couldnt be happier with my experience with them!

Professional and friendly service.

I took my car in to have the power steering fixed (Rack, pinion, and pump) replaced. While there they changed my oil, replaced burned out brake lights. They also replaced the front brake pads. The only changed me for the pads no extra labor as they were already in the area. A real shout out to Tom and his crew. They are the best.

Very honest and helpful people and they didnt treat us like we were dumb. We thought we needed a wheel bearing but they found the real culprit and talked to us before preceding any further. Best mechanic experience my wife and I have ever had.

They are willing to talk to you, the owner is pleasant, and they will check our your vehicle, but only if you have a few weeks to wait. While I understand they are busy, it would be great to keep up with demands, by possibly having more staff.

I had just got into town on Thursday when my A/C compressor seized. My truck could not start and I had no idea of who to call. I called a mobile mechanic who told me he could look at my truck the next day but never showed. I called a few mechanics to see if I could get it in but was told I’d have to wait a week at least. I called master mechanic and was able to get my truck in the following Monday as it was now Friday and they weren’t open on the weekend. Monday came around and they had already looked at my truck by noon that day. Tom took care not just to address the immediate problem but what actions could cause further problems down the road. He is truly an honest man who does great work. He saved me from doing additional work that others may have suggested to do “just because”. I’m very grateful for his ethic and honesty and look forward to continuing to patron his shop.

We were driving through on a long trip with a hotel reservation all set five hours away. Not only were Ken and Tom willing to look at our vehicle right away, they were incredibly personable and friendly. Tom pushed his personal plans back, stayed late and rush ordered a part so that we didnt have to stay the night. Not to mention they allowed our cat and pug to stay in their office for hours with us while they worked on the car. Incredible people, incredible work ethics and incredibly compassionate. Cannot recommend them enough.

Tom / Master Mechanic is excellent. I was travelling to Casper to help family with a difficult situation when the transmission on my Nissan Frontier burned up. I had to return to Denver while Tom took it in for repair. Theres nothing like being from out of town when you have car trouble, especially serious car trouble. I felt totally vulnerable. Tom / Master Mechanic was excellent though. He shopped around for a good used transmission, installed it and it runs like a top. I couldnt be happier with the result. We have some very good mechanics here in Denver, Toms shop is as good as any of them and hes as honest as the best of those.

Above & beyond service... I highly recommend Master Mechanic!My daughter is going to school in Casper (and I, her mother am 200+ miles away) when her vehicle broke down, and needed to be towed. I searched mechanics in the area. Master Mechanic had very good reviews on Google search. I called them up and they said they would be able to take a look at it that day. They had it all fixed up by the next day. My daughter was at work and wouldnt be able to pick up her vehicle until after hours & would have had to use an Uber (scary thought for this mom) to get there. Tom, went the extra mile (literally) and delivered my daughters vehicle to her at work. We were both beyond grateful and relieved. We will be using Master Mechanic for all our vehicle needs.

This is the shop that we have used to get my 2006 mini van worked on. Have used them since we moved to Casper 2 years ago. They are straight forward about what is actually needed on your vehicle and will even drop off or pick you up if you only have the one vehicle to drive.

I wish I would have found these guys years ago. I was referred by another happy customer and Ive used Tom and the guys at Master Machanic several times now and the service and the price has been great every time. Theyve even given me advice to save me money when they easily could have taken me to the cleaners without me knowing any better. I am now using them for everything, even routine oil changes/maintenance, etc. Highly recommended.

We were broke down in Casper and needing to get back home to Nebraska. The Dodge dealership we purchased our new Dodge from also happens to be in Casper and the pickup is still under warranty, they didnt seem to care about the urgency of my situation at the BIG dealer. Tom got us in and out same day. Excellent Service!!!!

Tom helped me out when my car broke down on my spring break trip. The service was excellent, the repair was speedy, and work was done right.

Went to a local Dealership 4 time to fix a problem with my vehicle and everytime I went to pick it up I either had to get it towed back in or it would die BEFORE I left their parking lot. They kept telling me it was something else that was wrong. After OVER $5,000 of parts and labor that was UNNECESSARY, my neighbor told me she had the same experience with her DEALERSHIP and finally went to Master Mechanic and the problem was an easy fix. I called and made an appointment to have them check my vehicle out and they fixed the problem. With the help of Master Mechanic needless to say we made sure I was re-embersed for the cost that I paid Mechanic. They also went out of their way to fix my front drivers door (wouldnt open all the way due to being sprung by the wind) without me asking them to. And being a WOMAN, I did not feel I was taken advantage of like SOME mechanics will do.I would TOTALLY recommend ANYONE to go to them if you have issues with your vehicle. They are extremely personable and definitely find the problem.
