I bought my car from them last Monday. They had great customer service, and got me approved really fast and truly shocked me. Well after I bought the car I noticed my head lights didnt work. So I called them today and told them of my issue and they were so kind to fix the car for me, and not only did they fix the car, they had one of their employees drive me and my kids home so we didnt have to wait there for the car and then they dropped the car off at my house after it was fixed. Thats truly going above and beyond, Id recommend these guys to anymore.

I don’t know how else to put this, but my husband and I have bought A LOT of vehicles in this town and honestly if you aren’t buying with Quality Auto you’re making a mistake. EVERYONE at that dealership treats you like family. Greg was our salesman and he is the most patient salesperson I have ever met. We have been looking for over a month and NOT once did he push us on anything. When we finally found our Jeep, not only was it fairly priced Greg worked magic to get us a slamming’ interest rate, a fair trade on our truck and ultimately an amazing deal. They even threw in some extras that just made it that much better. The owner, Michael, talked with us and helped us as well to make sure we finally walked away with the best vehicle for our family. I found a very rare V8 Canyon on autotrader.com posted early one morning, the vehicle was located at Quality Auto of Casper. I called the dealership the minute they opened to inquire about it. I am over 4 hours away and couldnt drop by as easily. The salesman was upfront about the vehicles condition and let me know about a few small dents but overall excellent shape. I put down a deposit sight unseen as I knew there would be others asking about it. Two days later, on a snowy 9 degree morning, we drove in to pick up the vehicle. They had it cleared of snow, pulled into the showroom to warm up for us and had a full tank of gas! Literally got in and drove it 350 miles home no issues. Fair price, great miles, good people. We were in and out in less than an hour, cash deal. Thanks!

Our first experience was not good,,but thankfully the truck I wanted was still there & I couldnt get it out of my mind,,so we we back & found out our first meeting was not the normal,,basically the guy we talked to told us they couldnt work with us! Which ruined my birthday,,my husband was going to surprise me with the truck,,well we ended getting the truck & my husband was still able to surprise me! They are amazing with customer service, even greater working with complicated and picky customers. They work with you and don’t sugarcoat anything. They are a family business and I respect that. But they didn’t listen to my concerns.My family owns a tire shop, no I don’t get free tires, but I do know a lot about tires, I told them the tires needed replaced and were in terrible condition and all would need replaced due to being AWD. Most places would take the concerns and even potentially replace the tires to get the sale, these guys guaranteed the tires were fine (the front ones were BALD) and car was in amazing condition.When I brought the car back, they wouldn’t even give me a decent sell price on it or trade-in, because the car tires were bald and they were in terrible condition and the front bumper was coming off from a wreck that they had not mentioned to me and I had to find through the Carfax. I was giving them the car back in the condition they sold it to me.They would not take the car, I found a dealership with a certified mechanic and looked it over and gave me what I was wanting for the car. He said the bumper was put on correctly, but they missed a few steps, he agreed all tires should have been replaced and he didn’t talk to me like I was just a woman. He honored a fair sell price and I finally am rid of that vehicle.

As a 20 year old, I haven’t had any experience with dealerships. The usual response I would get is “be careful. Car salesmen can be weasels” or something along those lines but after my experience with Quality Autos, I saw the ideal side of things. The owner obviously knew I had no clue how to negotiate or go about getting a car. Instead of taking advantage of that like some other dealerships have tried, he sat me down and laid things out very clearly but what caught a lot of my attention was he clearly is there for the consumer. He told me outright that if I have even the slightest doubts of the car I came there for, to not go for the car. He kept reassuring me that at any time I can always say no as things weren’t dead set into motion (unlike some other dealerships where you feel as if there’s a pressure that you have to get the car) There’s so much more to the story that I could include to do with how amazing my experience was there but I would run out of space on this review. At the end of the day, I went home with a great deal on a very nice car and a wide smile on my face. I can’t stress enough that if you are a person who has no experience with dealerships, go check out Quality Autos. It’s the best first experience you’d love to have.
