I am a former client of them. I left them a voicemail yesterday trying to restart my services, since their service was very good last year. I missed a call today and called them back, spoke to a lady named Monica, she placed me on hold and hanged up on me, she never call me back. I called back them but I was number 8 in the list again! Left another voicemail..I have never received such a horrible customer service from them that would want me to write this review. Very disappointed, still have not gotten a call back.****update*** I received a call as a follow-up and I appreciate the customer service ethic that have been demonstrated. Im glad I got them back. Once again, I am a promoter of them and I will recommend them to my neighbors.
Michael did a great job repairing our pool lights. He was very professional and got what we requested done quickly. We highly recommend him.

I want to say that Mike Ethridge did a great job replacing my pump under warranty today. He was done in about an hour and took the time to walk through the settings with me and even accepted some lemons from one of my trees that I like to give away. Great job Mike!
I appreciate the response and professionalism of poolman and Michael their tech. They fully backed the Hayward Warranty without issue. Michael was knowledgeable and very friendly. The turnaround time was fairly quick and without issue. Thanks to the team for getting the pool up and running.
UPDATE -8/31/2020 (Monday)The General Manager (Russ) of the Casa Grande location contacted us first thing this morning to resolve this issue. He came to our home himself today and fixed the issues we were having with our pool. He was very apologetic concerning how I was treated by the repair tech and stated he personally dealt with the issue. I was impressed by the way he handled the situation and has restored my confidence in Poolman! Great way to turn a negative situation into a positive one! 100% would recommend Poolman again!8/28/2020 (Friday - one star rating)I tried to make contact with Poolman today to find out if the repair technician that was supposed to come out actually came to our house or did not. After being told that the technician said he couldnt access the yard and didnt get an answer at the door (everyone was home so theres no reason he shouldnt have) and had no contact by phone (again, no reason the would be an issue), I received a call from the technician himself at my request. He was argumentative over the phone, and actually disconnected the call without resolving the issue with me. Very poor customer service on his part! The regular tech that comes out to clean our pool has been rude and not responsive to questions and concerns either. Not sure what has happened, but looks like Poolman may be losing our business.
Weve been with Poolman since we bought our house in 2015. We cannot speak highly enough about the excellent service that Russell Peterson (President/Manager) and Mike Etheredge consistently provide us. Whenever we have an issue they come to the rescue and fix it in a very timely and professional manner. Just recently we needed to have some repairs done on our spa so I submitted a request through our home warranty which was of course denied (like they always do). Russ came right over, provided a quote, ordered the parts and within a week these two got us up and running again.Thank you Russ and Mike for always providing the best service, keeping our pool and spa crystal clear and sparkling clean! Youre the best!
Mike our pool tech came out today and replaced the pump. Did an awesome job! Would definitely recommend him.

I waited for months for the tile cleaning equipment to be repaired. Finally we get them to come out and clean our tile. We are told one price but if you pay with a cc you have to pay more ok we will pay in cash. When they arrive we are told oh you need to have your tile sealed its now going to be even more money. Ok fine we just want the tile cleaned, we are told that the sealer will keep it clean longer. After 8 weeks the tile looks terrible we called and were told when we left it was clean no warranty nothing. Dont waste your money or your time.
Christian is an awesome technician! His weekly visits leave my pool looking beautiful, like new. He takes the time to send me a text if there are any issues/concerns and I know I can always count on him!!!
Chris with poolman here in Casa Grande has been great. Keeps my pool perfect, offers suggestion to save money. He is the type to care more about the customer then just the job. Used to use Norris and was always unhappy. But Poolman has been great!
They show up & do a great job. They address problems in addition.
Ive read the testimonials from their website and they are Clearly Not talking about Poolman in Casa Grande Az. Steven my Poolman spend about 3 minutes per weekly service. adds a chlor tab, empties skimmer basket and drops off his pre-filled service ticket and is gone. I had algae starting after July 4, service was scheduled on the 5th. true to his time less than 3 minutes, added a shock pack and gone. Im doing most of my pool maintenance myself.
