Friendly service. They dont try to sell you stuff you dont need. They give good advice for problems. Not a fancy place but a reliable one.

Great service and knowledgeable. They less expensive and actually fixed the problem I had. I had other pool companies come out and actually made it worse. Great Job Norris.

Wont answer or return my phone calls. They must hate money

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! I needed a new pool light installed in my in-ground pool. I called at least 15 times and left MULTIPLE voicemails. Not once did they reach out to me!!! How embarrassing!!! I finally had a chance to drive there after work and on my way there I called 3 times with no one answering but when I arrived the door is wide open and the RUDE older guy was just sitting in the chair. I asked him if they could fix it for me and he said “No we don’t do that anymore it’s better if you call an electrician” and then had the nerve to say “ We can do it but our tech is at least a week and a half scheduled out.” This company is HORRIBLE when it comes to professionalism and I have had family and friends that have had said the same thing. They have lost me as a regular customer. I rather deal with calling someone from Phoenix, Chandler, etc. and also like other comments had said SINCE LAST YEAR they were supposed to come out and check my light wiring and never came! So done with this place...

Very helpful, fair prices and great service. Theyve helped us with problems a couple times and fixed it at a very fair price. Cant go wrong using these people.

Very friendly and fantastic service. On a home warranty call they also took the time to really teach me how my pool works, and show me features that I didnt even know it had. I will definitely be making them our regular pool service people!

Was loyal customer for years but never again they came out to clean my pool left in green told me they added 90$ in chemicals and they would be back three days later and no one came. I had to call multiple times and they kept telling me my pool was done. Took two weeks to convince them it was still green . After all was said in done they charged me for both visit and chemicals they say they added but never worked. Very shaddy and a big rip off. So disappointed when you try to support local and the screw you over.

The person that manages or helps customers for this place does not like money, or does not like customers. I went to the store as the phone numbers never has anybody is always a recording, and does not return calls, when approached the counter the person in there had a little of of an attitude and did not let me finish explaining my issue, and interrupted me to say that if i bring the motor i will save 120 $, finally i was able to explain that i needed somebody to look at my pump at home as it gave me an error and was not working... They took my name, address and phone number, and explained that will go to my property to take a look, and will call me if it was something major; i never received a call, and called back however as usual only the recording answers... Left a message never received a call back and of course i decided to go with another company... Just because there are only 2 shops in town it does not mean than we cannot call another company from another town, perhaps they need lessons on how to treat customers.... maybe is that i have an accent and they do not like customers with an accent..... Their lost on possible money on replacing and installing a Variable Speed Pump

This would be a zero but I had to select a star to move to the next screen. Back in June 2016 my husband and I started calling different pool companies to get the best deal. We needed our pool pump repaired and our sand replaced. Norris had the best deal. So we decided to call to set up a day when they could come. They didnt answer the phone, we left messages...nothing! So my husband went to the store. They said theyd be out next week. But they never came. We called again to ask when theyd be out. They said next week. But they never came. Everytime my husband spoke to them they asked if they could come through our side gate on a day when we werent home. My husband informed them that he was home 4 days a week and worked the weekends and Mondays and the whole rest of the week he was there and he preferred they come when either he or I were home. Finally at the end of August they came to fix our pump. Since then its never worked. We called right away to let them know it was worse. They told us to backwash it several times. We did that for a month and still our pump is broken. Weve called them 4 times to come out to fix what they broke and they said theyd put us on a call list. Its been a month now and they still havent called us. We are disgusted with the service and poor customer service. We would have another company come fix our pump but we paid Norris hundreds of dollars. They need to troubleshoot the issue! Grrr!

They do good work when servicing the pool but the cleaning service is unreliable. Ive been calling for two weeks to get cleaning service without a call back ever.
