Wonderful store and the help (Sam) saved me. First pool and not really sure if I payed attention to the 2 hour description of the pool or not. But I took a water sample in and Sam printed out the results and told me exactly what to do and explained everything to me and allowed me to take notes which was really good. She is a very good teacher and I took all the notes possible. I will be back and I would recommend this store to everyone. Especially with Sam being so knowledgeable and nice.

Called to see if they stocked a certain salt cell. They did not, but they did not ask whether they could source and order. I can only assume customer service has changed a great deal over the years. I did locate one eventually, I will not seek their services in the future, ad much as I support shopping locally.

We set up an appointment for a site evaluation for changing our filtration from a sand filter to a cartridge system. Day of the appointment 15 minutes before the window of 8 - 12 was about to end we get a call stating the tech was running behind, but would be here by 12 or a few minutes after. So I said no problem. An hour and 45 minutes later, still no tech. This was not their first time late or no-showing and I told their service desk that when I called to cancel the appointment so I could get in with my day. Seems to me they try to stack too many appointments in their 4-hour window, or they just don’t care about their customers’ time.

I should have done the review long time ago but better late then never. Anyways... The issue : I had to clear up a pool that literally I had to make selling ready. It was so nasty and green and by following her directions, I had a clear blue pool ready for the selling of the house. My dad passed away and I knew nothing about pools. I went into this location and I was greeted by a young woman who knew her stuff. She was so awesome and she helped me so much. Your customer service was off the chain. Thank you for taking extra time to teach me about pool care. Now I feel like I am a expert even though I personally dont have one. You can go in there and get your water tested which is awesome for free. Pictures are before and after shocking it and changing the filters. The monsoon did not help at all but I did it. I cant find the finished product photos but I think you get the picture..... Lol

Leslies has helped me a great deal since aquiring my first home. I knew nothing about pools or maintaining them and they have helped me every step of the way. Thank you!

Great place to get supplies for your pool

I came into your store today and the gal behind the counter greets me like she cares, not to mention she juggles another customer on the phone while I try to find a clear plastic lid for my hot tub pump. While Im doing that she is simotaniouly bombarded by more people in need of her EXPERTISE, Im listening to her on the phone talking to the customer and hear her speak to him so flipping informative to his needs Im simply blown away that she is so calm and in control of her store. LESLIES TAKE NOTE THAT STORE 611 HAS AN EMPLOYEE NAMED SAMANTHA O. I was in the store on 7/29 /2020 I will make this store my go to in the future......

Very helpful, friendly staff. I wish the store was larger and had a better selection of repair parts. Often the parts have to be ordered in from another store. Look for Sam (Samantha) and Jaime. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and experienced.

Sam is amazing! I have never been there when she hasnt been friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

I use them mostly for the commercial pool I run. They do a great job with pricing for that, but I buy in bulk. They are knowledge and have always been honest. I am a Certified Pool Operator and they havent been wrong when I talk to them. Nice thing is they see a lot of pools and hear alot of issues so they should have answers for the backyard pool enthusiast.

I am 68yrs old so, I have been around the block. I have had great experiences with sales people and terrible treatment. Well, I was extremely satisfied when I entered your store to purchase items for my pool and, a wonderful young lady named Sam assisted me. Not only was she knowledgeable but, she took the time to explain the benefits. The products she sold me solved my problems and, I will be coming back.
