Being new to this area, weve found good companies to work with and companies that have been less than desirable. We found a TRUE WINNER with AZ Aquaman Pool service, located in Casa Grande, AZ. For us, our great service started when we called and got a friendly voice on the phone. Dawn explained in detail what services were offered and what we could expect. We scheduled a site inspection and Johnny one of their technicians showed up on time and performed the requested tasks. What really impressed me is that he kept a record of what he was doing. Weve had other pool companies pencil whip a report that they would leave, that was not accurate. After the pool inspection, Johny made recommendations as to what the pool needed. He explained to us what was going on with our test readings.We scheduled the recommended work and as promised they are delivering what they said they would. Ive had the opportunity to meet with the owners Mark and Wendy and they know their business. The gals in the office Dawn and Shiela are very personable. For us, this has been like working with family on this project. We will be starting our weekly service soon and were excited to be part of the AZ Aquaman client list. If youve tried the rest, but want the best, Id highly recommend giving this group of people a call. I know were happy we found them and am sure you will be also!

Ive been using this company for about 3 years now, but very unreliable the last two times. The last time I called on a Tuesday and I was told I would receive a phone call, still havent called me back and its been 6 days since I called . The time before that I was schedualed for someone to come do repairs on a Friday, nobody showed up or called. They called 4 days latter and said they were busy.

Newbie to Arizona & in-ground pools.Found out that my pool had a couple of cracks/leaks so I searched the internet for a pool repair shop.They sent Donny out to my house to diagnose and quote.He quickly diagnosed issue and gave a quote.Long story short: We chose AZ Aquaman and Donny came out to do the job shortly afterwards.Pool drained, pool cleaned and pool repaired & pool filled in just a couple of days!!Donny and his crew worked quickly and did not leave a mess anywhere.Job was completed and afterwards Donny gave me a short lesson in pool maintenance 101 and showed me how all the equipment and features work.So glad we chose AZ Aquaman... would highly recommend!And hope that if I ever need anything done to the pool again that they send Donny. He knows what he is doing!!

Super high qoute for a fairly easy job to pressure wash a empty above ground pool.felt like he was trying to take advantage of my wife while i was gone on pricing.

Was having trouble with our pool heater staying on, (only the second time we used it) Called Aquaman Pool’s that installed it & Mark came out & walked up to it and said, you need to turn this valve! WOW! We are so thankful for their help! Now our great grandkids (five year old twins) from Texas can go in the pool!Thanks again, Mark!

Paid 100 for them to tell me some thing that was a visual inspection. Fixed what they told me and pool still leaked. Called someone out of Phx for 450. They spent almost 3 hours hear and found 2 cracked pipes. I guess you get what you pay for. Would not call them again

Donnie fixed 15 linear feet of cracks in the pebble tech decking surrounding my pool. He was very professional and did a fantastic job! He matched the color perfectly and now my pool looks as if it was just recently built, even though there has been significant cracks in the pebble tech for the last few years (ever since buying the house). I thought this amount of work would have cost a fortune but he gave us a very affordable price. He worked for 2-3 hours non stop in the 110 degree heat until the pebble tech looked brand new. I highly recommend this company!

AZ Aquaman repaired leaking cracks in my pool and cleaned the tile surround. I appreciated that they kept to their schedule and kept in touch to let me know how the work was progressing. Id definately recommend them, and will call them in future when the need arises.

Az Aquaman repaired a surface crack in our pool yesterday. They called three days before to confirm our appointment and then Mark (Technician) called the day of the repair service indicating they were on their way. The communication was very much appreciated and the work was done professionally. Strongly recommend.

Donny was exceptional at his job. He repaired our pebble-tec, and matched the old color perfectly! Was pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, honest, and hard-working; and we highly recommend him; would use him again for all pool care and repair!!

I was having a problem with my spa heater and I made the mistake and called another pool company in Casa Grande. After a couple of service calls, I realized that he did not know or was not familiar with my equipment. After two weeks I still could not use my spa. I then realized a few years ago I use Aquaman for cleaning service while we were out of town. Called Aquaman, he showed up on the scheduled appointment, looked at my spa heater, and had it up and running in 15 minutes. Its obvious he new his way around my pool equipment and did not waist my time or money getting the job done. Aquaman has earned my business and I dont have any need to call on anybody else to service my pool.

We had a severe black algae problem, and we called AZ Aquaman and Donnie came out and took care of the problem. We also had a calcium ring around the pool and on the same day he cleaned the algae, he removed all the calcium from the pool tile. It looks fantastic and we would highly recommend Donnie and AZ Aquaman for any pool concerns.

I hired AZ Aquaman to fix some cracked steps in my peppletech pool. They were prompt to come out and give me a quote which was fair and cheaper than I expected. They got me on the schedule quickly and did a great job fixing the pool. They went above and beyond with other little issues I was having like a broken light and a cracked filter manifold.
