The worst pedicure of my life!! The guy who is the owner half did my pedicure and rushed it. Did not even receive a full service pedicure but then when it was time to pay still had to pay full service. I expressed my feelings to him and he just said he didn’t want to fight!! The two girls in there Kim and Tina were amazing and so sweet! Kim fixed my pedicure for me! I will NEVER be going back and I’d advise you to go elsewhere as well!! Also the prices are a little high. For a 8 year old girl pedicure was $30!

I recently went in for a full set and was extremely satisfied with my nails. They are very kind and the salon is super clean. A little on the higher end then I am used to but definitely worth it.

Went to get a fill here and the guy who did my nails cut me so many times and dremeled way into my nail bed burning my nails. Didnt listen to the size or shape that I wanted and kept making very unprofessional comments the entire time. Which I didnt mind except he did a horrible job on my nails and I havent been in this much pain from going to a nail shop. I will not be coming back.

Johnny and Christina are the best! Very friendly and they take pride in the work they do. I tried the dip powder for the first time and I’m in love. This wasn’t my first visit but the absolute best. They have a forever customer!

They take their time and always make sure you get exactly what you ask for. Staff are kind and professional. The business is clean and has extensive COVID measures in place. The best place is Casa Grande. 10/10 would recommend. Johnny did an amazing job, he was patient and did my nails perfectly.

This is my second time here I loved it they convinced me to try dip powder Im not going back to regular acrylic or gel ! When I took of my nails they were healthy and strong not like with acrylic where you take them off and your nail are all flimsy Johnny is really good he’s been my nail tech both times!

Dustin originally did my nails and they were okay. Went back weeks later and told Dustin was on vacation and no one knew where the product was that he used on my nails. Tom didnt bother to look for it, he just filled with regular pink for my pink and whites. So some of my nails have a lot of pink glitter others have little pink glitter. Wanted super square nails and he took the sharpness off the nail corners. He really did what he wanted. Wont go back. Heard Dustin sold the shop anyway.

I went there to get my nails done yesterday I was bit late for my appointment but they were so nice and welcoming. Didn’t mind my lateness an seated me right away and started doing my nails.The guy who did my nails did amazing job. The place is also very beautiful & clean and relaxing.

Such a delightful experience, Im very pleased with my nails! It was my first time getting acrylic nails. Chris and Christina are so sweet and very skilled artists. Chris is such a funny guy, dont be afraid to make some jokes.

This salon is a family run business and the couple that owns it takes great pride in their service. I have always be more than pleased with the quality of work by Dustin and the others. I question some of the previous reviews inferring that the manager was somehow aggressive and rude. He is a soft spoke gentleman and I have never seen him anything but polite to any customers. Sadly, I’ve witnessed people taking advantage of him, possibly because he is Vietnamese, but likely because he doesn’t get upset when people argue the price or do not bring cash and must return with payment. And yes, I’ve seen when they haven’t returned and he has to take the loss.

Ive been going to Dustin and Sandy for 20 years! They know what they are doing. Great quality work. High quality products! They take pride in making your nails look good. I wont go anywhere else. #customer4life

Ive been coming here almost for a year now, everyone is SUPER nice and friendly! Sandy and Dustin both have done my nails and do a GREAT job. Sandy usually does the art on my nails and does a very beautiful job! Shelley does my toes most of the time because I do nail art and she does an AWESOME job at drawing! Mimi is always so happy and ready to help and does GREAT massages! They are busy at times but that just shows that they are so good at what they do people always come back!! I love Selex. Dustin, My, Shelly and, Mimi are the best. They are so sweet, and friendly. They are great at designs. Their pricing is good and the nails last long I can go three weeks without needing a fill and it is great. I definitely think you should go here

I got a fill on my acrylics with Dustin. Seriously one of the best experiences I have ever had. The salon was immaculate and not chaotic like a lot are. They had several choices. Great quality and great conversation. I will definitely be coming back!

Just finished my first time at this salon. Will not return. Do not recommend. Got eyebrow wax done by reported “manager.” She spent the WHOLE TIME on her earpiece, talking on the phone and as a result, yanked the side of my hair line. First thing out of her mouth: “but look, it didn’t take off!” As she showed me the wax strip. NO “sorry,” only justification for hurting me. WOW.. incredibly rude, NO customer service. Then when paying, they directed me to the ATM (you know the kind that charges a fee) to withdrawal money from my account as that’s the only form of payment they accept: cash. Again.... will not return. Do not recommend. A million other nail places in area... try those.

I have never had a more painful nail fill in the 20+ years that I have been having my nails done. He nicked every single one of my cuticles and seemed to forget my hands were attached to my body as he jerked them every which way.Then to top it all off, I went to pay with my card and was directed to their convenient ATM and dinged the fee to withdraw money. If you dont take card in this day and age POST IT instead of ripping people off!

Got my nails done here and asked for the cat eye nails. They ended up looking nothing like the nails they showed me and huge chunks of polish started chipping off after only 2 days. I dont live in the area and drove an hour back to have them fixed and they told me too bad, they were busy and come back later. Will definitely not return or recommend this place to anyone.

I highly recommend this salon. I had a hard time keeping anything on my nails until Dustin recommended solar. He does a great job every time with my nails and the solar stays on great!Meme also does a great pedicure. Very relaxing and a perfect job every time.

I love the Ombré technique, not all nail artists/techs can do it! The place is spotless, clean, the staff have the best sense of humors...even my husband loves going. Been going there regularly & take all my friends there when they come to AZ to visit for almost 2 yrs and the only place we will go to. Very, very happy with them!

I’ve been coming to Sandy and Dustin for over three years now for dip nails and pedicures and I highly recommend this salon. There standards are very high for customer satisfaction. I had one pedicure with a new man and was not happy. He was not there the next time I came. Fired.I do understand someone’s frustration if the don’t know that they do not take credit or debit cards and agree that a notice should be placed on the door or counter.

Never had a bad experience here. The whole staff are so nice and helpful. Love the option they have on gel polishes Ive recently been getting the hombre color changing polishes theyre amazing everyone complements my nails. Only bummer is they dont take debit card there is an ATM fee. Other than that this is my nail place ☺

Went to the salon for a fill while on a work trip. The staff was very friendly. The ownee made me feel like i was talking to an old friend while doing my nails. I loved set up and colors of the shop. It gave a very relaxing atmosphere and he did a great job on my nails.

Very clean and professional looking. However, the women that cut my daughters hair seemed very rude. When we told her how she wanted it cut she said no. She didnt think it would look good with the face shape she has and demanded I use a specific shampoo.

Very clean salon, quick to get me in and out. Very good prices. All of the equipment used was pull out of sterilization pouches. The young lady I think her name was Shelly was great!

The older lady that did my nails today was very unfriendly. She barley spoke to me. All she keeped saying was relax, relax. Also she and another worker seemed to be talking about someone in there language. Thats not very professional when you have customers. I will never go there again.

Literally have been sitting here for 20 minutes. My water was warm and now cold. There is only me and my sister here and 4 workers and not one has helped us. I feel bad that I told my sister we should get pedicures now after this.

First time at this place an they were so rude an very rough with an ingrown they didnt wana take out. They loudly told everyone, “You need a doctor!” The pedicures were rushed! Never had a 10 min pedi that I paid $35 forx3! Will never come again!

I went with my family to this place and we were first time customer. The service was ok (not 5* but passable), but the owner tried to add extra charges. After debating with him and checking with the other workers he charged the correct price. He talked down to us and was extremely rude. At one point he stood up and started to come over to get in our faces and my brother in law had to step between him and us women. We will never go back there. No one deserves to be treated disrespectfully like that.

Went in and they were friendly enough. The lady i had was very polite and chattyy, thats where it ended though. First of all, i am Canadian so maybe they do things differently here but the first thing that turnred me off was she just reached in and grabbed old nail cuticle scissors ( in Canada you get new ones or ones that are sterilized in a package ). She took a nail file to meach finger nail for about 3 s3conds each, then buffed each nail for another 3 seconds and then took about 5 seconds for each finger cuticle and even cut me ( not cool with unsterile cutters ). Then told me to go wash my hands, then applied polish ( i need clear as im a nurse and cant have couloured nial polish).The whole experience took about 10 minutes....thats not the worst part, the worst was when i went to pay. Took out my visa to pay and they said, no visa, theres a machine to take out money over there, cash only.I said, i am Canadian with a canadian Visa and get charged very much to use the credit card in a ATM. Agian they said cash only,,,i stated that at no point did they say that, there is alote of signage outside the Salon but not anywhere does it say cash only, not anywhere did it say inside cash only. I said im willing to pay but have no cash and only my visa, she reluctantly called the manager and he brought the portable Apple pay device.Once i said i only have visa, they were snappy and rude......if they want cash only, advertise it inside or outside the salon, let people know. Oh, by the way,, i gave no tip.

Went to Detroit, MI and had SNS dip put on. While I was there I noticed they did several different steps than Selexa did. Apparently, you are NOT supposed to put these nails under a heat lamp! And the last dip nails I had at Selexa were color changing; which means they have a chemical in them that causes pain like acrylic nails. Selexa said that they didnt. If it wasnt for Mimi and Shellys pedis Selexa would not have any stars.

The owner was very verbally combative when we asked for a breakdown of the pricing. He tried to cheat us and charge $100 instead of $85. He started to harass my sister in law and became very belligerent. He kept yelling obscenities at us and talking back at us until we left. This place isnt worth your time.
