Absolutely horrible. Went there with my mom for a manicure and pedicure. Made an appointment and when we arrived, they were upset because they were expecting one person. Kept rushing us while picking out a color. Lady calls me back and never told me where to sit. When I finally sat down, she didn’t turn the water on. Walked off and started doing something else. The guy that was working on the other customers, finished and came to turn on the water. Grabbed the supplies and sat down. Barely worked on my toes and turned around to finish taking care of the ladies ahead of me. He took off their toe dividers and threw them in the cart. He went up front to cash them out. The whole time, he never took off his gloves. I had to ask him to change them. He finally sat down again and used the same toe dividers on me that he took off of the other people. Those ladies were probably pretty clean, but still it is absolutely disgusting. Had to ask him to change them. Clipped my toe nails and the skin around it over and over to where it started to hurt. Apparently I had an ingrown nail that I didn’t know about. It continued to hurt days after the appointment. When it came time to paint them, he didn’t even use my color. So he had to start over. Never completely cured the nail polish because I got gel. It was absolutely horrible. My mom got a gel manicure and the lady didn’t even take off the previous polish. Two days after getting them done, they started to chip. Highly recommend never coming here. Will be turning them into the board.😡

This is the third salon I’ve tried since moving out here and so far, the best results compared to Cherry and Lovely nails. Kim took her time, made sure every single nail was even and perfectly shaped. My only complaint is that I wanted more of the natural point manicure and mine were pretty pointy looking. It’s been one week so far and none of the edges have lifted and nothing has chipped or broken which I can’t say the same for the other two salons I’ve been to previously. The place was nice and quiet, very cleanand decorated nicely as well. If I ever had to go back, I’d have no problems with going. I’m going to still continue my search though for the best salon in Casa Grande.

Very rude no manners at all. She won’t even say hi. Not a single word n when costumers came in she just said I dnt have time I’m busy never coming here again

Love love love love loveeeeeddd my pedicure today! Not only is staff super sweet but she gives a great massage and makes sure your toes are super clean. I cant wait to go back to her! The salon is super clean and the owner is on top of making sure no one waits too long and that things get done the right way. I am thrilled to have finally found a great nail salon!

Love this place!!! It smells amazing Everytime I walk in :) Very nice and clean environment! The staffs are very professional and friendly! They are very gentle and know how to give you the look that you want. Never disappointed like a lot of other nail salons. I have a feeling this will be my go-to nail salon from now on :)

My first time at Kim’s Nails Spa. The place is clean and airy. Massage chair is a plus. I had two wonderful ladies working on my gel nail and pedi. Staff did an amazing job. Definitely a place to visit again.

Terrible experience not once but twice. Won’t go into detail about my first experience but the second was even worse. Went in for a quick polish (only polish) usually takes no more than 20 minutes. The salon was completely empty, not a single person except the two individuals that work there. I walk in and the first thing she says is “I busy”. So I reassured her I was only wanting a polish and she said she had an upcoming appointment she was waiting on. I asked if she could polish while she waited and she said “no come back another time”. Very rude service. Definitely won’t be returning. If you don’t like being treated as an undervalued customer don’t go there.

Phyllis Henderson- We came here to get away from the winter for a couple months. I am very happy with my French shellac nails & my pedicure. Tai. did an awesome job!!!. I will be back!!! The staff/manager/owner were very pleasant & helpful. I recommend them. The prices are very reasonable & less then I have been paying at home. ❤️😍 Phyllis

WORSE EVER! My gel nails only lasted 4 days! My Pedicure was a trip to the Dr. He cut my skin so bad on my right foot. I had open places on my heel, side of my toe and along my nail bed. I was leaving area the next day so I couldnt go back and show Kim and maybe get my money back. This is about the 3rd time I have gone there and each time I say I wont go back. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I have been going here for a couple of years now (since they opened) and I have been VERY pleased with the work they do. Id rather cleanliness/sterilization of tools and expertise of the trade be great over bedside/nailside manner.

The male did a fantastic job on my daughters pedicure, as well as painting my daughters nails. The female however did a terrible job on my nails. You can tell she was very annoyed and rush through the entire process.

I was here a year ago had a bad experience didnt come back. Came back today cause I didnt wanna drive to my usual place. Thought Id give this place seconds chance. Had the guy start to do my nails handed me off to the same person I had do a bad job last time I was there. She messed up on shaping them and kept almost cutting me with the emery boards because she was to lazy to score sides. Than when shes done putting everything but polish hands me back to the guy. I told him I want diamonds on 1 finger each hand as accent nails. He puts 1 diamond and says ok were good. I told him I wanted more but he said we only do a little bit cause jewels come off. I said ok cause I was frustrated already. Than he put 3 diamonds on each nail says hes gonna charge $5. But he didnt charge me cause he seen how upset I was. But he charged me $45 for this crappy job all because they wanted to rush and hurry up hey there customers and there money.... Would not recommend to anyone! So Go to Divas instead!

My wife came in one week ago and had a manicure and pedicure I by Kim. Yesterday I had to take her to the doctor for an infected third toe. She was in so much pain and still is today. The doctor said the cuticle had been cut way too short. She sent us home with antibiotics and foot soaks we have to return in 10 days. That’s the last time she visits Kim!

The owner Kim has a bad temper and will use the excuse of having an “appointment” to refuse service. I’m surprised this place is still open.
