This place was awesome and affordable. I will recommend this place to everyone!

Gel nail polish will fall off within hours. They move too fast and dont pay attention to detail. Their callus remover which comes with the pedicure is a joke. Furthermore, they are way more expensive than most nail shops in the area. As I sat there getting my toes done, two previous customers came in saying either a nail popped off or the gel polish peeled after one day. Save yourself the trouble and the money and go to Queen Bee.

I brought my niece for a pedicure as walk ins. They were so busy but they fit us in as well as others that came later. So impressed with their service and efficiency. Their pedicure chairs are also wonderful. Love the massage options.

I love New York Nails. Cindy is always my go to girl but everyone is very friendly and takes care of you. Shop is very clean and organized. It is normally busy so I would recommend setting up and appointment.... def worth the wait.

I’ve been a customer for 3 years. I lost a toenail after a pedicure, fungus on 8 fingernails.Since the Covid virus hit, NOTHING has changed . 10 to 16 people at a time, with no distance between.He refused to let me make appointmentThere was absolutely NO cleaning or disinfecting between customersEmployees NEVER washed their own hands, nor wore glovesNo instruments were taken out of an autoclaved bag, they pulled stuff out of drawersThe hand towels that you lay your hands on while they work on you NEVER got changed. I saw 3 customers use same towelWhether or not they believe this virus is real or not, they are required by Arizona State Board of Cosmetology to offer masks to customers, and keep chairs and workplace clean and sanitized.This says to me very clearly that they don’t care about their customers.

Went to get fills and definitely a different color. I told the lady that I did NOT want the same design or PURPLE! I would like to have something brown. Well they all decided that purple was brown cause she tried doing the same dang design and color and tried saying I picked it out. I had to show her and the other lady what I picked and what she was doing. Even the lady next to me said that she was putting a purple on me. Did they apologize? HELL NO!!!! I will never ever go back again. ALL ATTITUDES TILL IT WAS TIME TO PAY. NO TIP TODAY!

Nice & good customer service

They charged 50$ for short a** nails. I asked for a specific look. They ended up looking ugly and thick. Was bumpy too. Other people get some nice looking nails they get charge like 40. Now I got fix my nails because they look horrible. They didn’t even care to fix it or do what I ask. Never coming back.

I liked coming here because my nails do last longer. But yesterday was different. The staff was so unprofessional!! That they started fighting amongst themselves. I mean really fighting!! One of the guys got his shirt pulled torn and his neck was scratched by his own worker!! Two of the workers walked out. This was totally unprofessional, bad business for us patrons. We dont need to see these kinds of domestic violence behaviors at a business.I, for one, will not be returning to this unhealthy establishment.

The place is well run and organized, the New York pedicure was AWESOME! But they charge waaaaayy to much for pink and whites (I used to pay $28 in CA) and they clearly don’t have a lot of experience doing them, they turned out nice looking but I was there for over 3 hours!!!! When I only tipped 10% the gal actually commented it took a long time, YES, yes it did.

I went here for my 2 week fill and the man that sits behind the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE! I waited 1 hour and when he finally asked what I needed I said a fill, and dark orange he told me they didnt have the color I wanted and he said because my nails are long that the fill is going to be 35 ! I told him theyve always charged me 25 he told me its 35 everywhere and if I dont like it I can go somewhere else! And i still stayed as I was deciding on another color he say hes going to do a different person while I wait. I got upset and said no that I had been waiting for 1 hour already and he says thats fine you can go somewhere else and calls the next person. I had been coming here since I was 17 I am very disappointed!!

Walk in service and the wait is dependent on how busy they are. Excellent service and products. My acrylic nails never lift. They are friendly and efficient and well priced. I feel pampered when I go here.

Im giving it 5 stars for my wife...The nail tech Mike did probably one of the best jobs on my wifes nails that Ive seen. The plus was I usually pay a whole lot more in casa grande for her nails.
