This place was amazing, the staff was friendly and professional. My nail tech did an outstanding job with my mani/pedi, my nails are perfect, I loved the massage, and hot rocks and my hands and feet have never been so soft. I am definitely going back there again. I would recommend nails and spa to everyone for great nails.

They do a really good job! My nails stay on for a whole month! However, there’s really no point in making an appointment. They will take walk ins before you. It’s usually 30-40 minutes after my appointment time that they start on me. It’s almost like they don’t look at their appointment book before taking walk ins. That’s my only issue.

Been coming here for 4 years, never have had any issues. They are professional and treat me just fine. Ill keep coming back.

I walked into this nail shop about 30 min ago and told them I needed a fill and a pedicure, they said ok have a seat gave me gel polishes and told me to pick a color. They then proceeded to take 3 customers that came in after me, before me for pedicures. No communication, nothing. I will take my $120+ elsewhere in a place my money will be earned and appreciated.

I went in for a fill & color change on my toes & got charged $55. My fill was done horrible I told him my nails werent even, didnt even paint my whole nail & didnt clean under them once he was done. I said something and was told to come back later that day so they can fix it. Who wants to go back for them to fix what I was telling them to do in the first place....Than my mother in law got a pedicure and they reused their tinfoil that they had just used on someone ....This place was horrible.....Your going to be very unsatisfied if you go there..Not worth your time or money

HORRIBLE!!!! The nail tech was so rude. Me and my friend made a appointment for this nail place and the nail tech kicked us out and he grabbed my friends phone out of her hand. It was completely horrible. He had no respect for us and we waited there for a hour for nothing!!! Don’t ever go there.

I like this place. I had my nails done. I should have taken a pic to post. Its been about 2 weeks and they still look good. The people that work there are nice. No complaints, just enjoyed my time there.

Nails came out great!

This was my first time going to Vilago Nails & Spa. I found the pieces to be reasonable the service to be top notch. Rachael was awesome. She made my visit feel important, relaxing, comfortable and even shared some professional information. I went to get a pedicure as a man I use to get them all the time but hadnt gone in a long while and my feel were kind of rough but Rachael didnt make me feel awkward nor embarrassed. I will be going back in there weeks as she suggested. Thanks Racheal for the Excellent Service you provided.

My mom an i came into this salon and got one pedi, i just watched the process and it was pretty good. they even told my mom how to cut her nails so that they grow evenly over time. the place is very clean. after were done, i see how they clean the area, and its trust worthy, would come back.

Horrible service and horrible looking nails! The service I received was powder dip nails. The lady only dipped them twice and I had red product on my skin when I left. She didn’t shape my nails. I asked for my money back and they refused! They said my nails looked good! In my opinion, that is for the paying customer to decide! I had them remove the nails. I will not be going back!

They where very pleasant and quick to get us taken care of. Will recommend to other people.

Awful experience, came in on my lunch and paid 35 for a gel manicure. Absolutely messy. I’m so upset.

They are great to my family. Daughter, Mother and Husband also go. They even replaced my gift certificate that my dog decided to shred. Thank goodness she left a little piece in tact. Get staff!

They were terrible the tech didnt know what he was doing i asked for long coffin nails and got short nails and when i asked for a different tech he wouldnt let anyone else come help. I will never go back again.

Wish I couldve given this place a zero star rating 😒 the place looks nice but you wait almost an hour to even get started on your nails. Last time I went in I waited over an hour for them to even start on my nails and I was just getting a fill. For some reason it was burning my nails so bad I was sweating and crying and not for one second the lady stopped to make sure i was ok. But I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and let her proceed. The nails came out beautifully but I was in pain for 3 days till I returned back to the nail salon and asked for my money back. She told me no. But being the way i am i argued with her and her husband until eventually they said i will give your money back if you let me take your nails off. So I let them take my nails off and instead of letting me soak my acrylics in acetone they just ripped my nails off. I was crying in pain and when i looked at my natural nails i had bruises on all my nail beds. Horrible place. On top of that i have heard and seen many people get fungus from this place. Please i beg you. Go to a different nail salon. It isnt worth it.

I been standing in front of the salon for 25 min now. The sign says they open at 9:30, the internet says they are open but nobody is here

I went there for over a year and was very happy then I got a nail infection. Ended up on antibiotics and lost the nail. Was very painful.

Went in to ask the price and a male there ended up doing my nails and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on the color and shape. I absolutely love them.

Called ahead of time for reserve a spot to get my old acrylics off and have gel polish out on myself, and reserved for a friend to get a manicure. Charged me 75$ just for her to use the tips of another set of nails to peel off my acrylics, then she proceeded to rip the skin from around my nails, which eventually started bleeding and is now INFECTED. It took them 40 minutes to even get started with my friends manicure even though I called ahead of time for both of us. They did the same to her, she has scabs and bleeding around some of her nails too. Theres pus coming out of my infected nail. I should rightfully report them to the proper health services, and from the other reviews Im reading I wont even bother asking for my money back. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Dont bother to make an appointment (in case you have other things to do that day) My daughter and I called made an appointment for 3pm (fill for her and a mani/pedi for me). We arrive 2:55pm about 3:10pm I was sat in a pedi chair...water running. My daughter gets in a chair for her fill around 3:20pm. She is done with her fill and I am still with feet in water (skin shriveled)and no pedi ....... about 50 minutes later after being seated I get my Pedi. The place has no AC so you will sit in hot water all that time. Will not be going back!

Am NOT happy with service At all most of the customers were sitting with their feet in the water for 30 minutes or more as well as I was left in the middle of wat I was getting done so the person that was helping meCould go finish another person anyways I decided to give them another chance but they still did a bad job plus my nails are crooked defenatly not coming back I’m sitting here while writing this review so I had time to write all this and still not being finished !

Went and when asked for a full set and pedi they set me in a chair that was broken they did not cut toe nails to be straight. Color did not stay on. It looked like i needed fills the day i walked out. They charged 114.00 when asked for money back they refused. Will never will go back
