They were good for a long while but lately they have terrible customer service. They have canceled my appt twice when I show up for the service. Shame on you not having the courtesy to communicate with your dedicated customers.

Im so picky about who do my nails. Is that a bad thing. Enjoy watching them do my nails. So relaxing

Great customer service and very friendly nail techs. Doesnt make you feel uncomfortable, felt very welcoming unlike some of the other salons in town.. in my own personal opinion one of the best nail salons in town...

If I could give them a NO star I would. I got an infection from being cut by the gal while having a pedicure. I yelped and told her she cut the nail too short and that I would probably get an ingrown toenail from that. She said yes yes yes an ingrown toenail...I have to cut it down!; then proceeded to dig into the side of the nail until she cut the toe.The work station was dirty, she did not apply a disinfectant immediately after she cut me. I have a swollen, red, hot infected big toe. It is red all around the nail bed, swollen and angry. I had to go into hospital a few days later for heart surgery and the surgical nurse said I had an infection and needed antibiotics, which I got from my PCP a week later as it was still infected. Even though I soaked it daily in hot water and Epsom salt, along with treating it with hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin antibiotic cream. My PCP tole me if the antibiotics dont work they will have to remove the nail and that if that happens I should take the nail into the owner and show him/her! I cant even touch my toe on clothing when getting dressed it is SO sensitive. Throbs constantly. I have pictures that I wish I could post here. Then I got a manicure from another technician (and I use that term very loosely). My fingernails are not done that well either. She trimmed and filed them into squares that were ragged and torn.The sides of some of them arent covered totally with polish and the topcoat she used was cheap obviously since the polish started wearing off on day TWO. I agree with other reviewers who said that the employees talk talk talk (chatter really) to each other non-stop in their own language and dont pay attention to what they are doing. I suggest STAYING away from this place. I cant believe they are still open. They need to be reported to the health department.

I went to get a manicure for my birthday.The employees were all extremely rude, impatient, short, aggressive, unprofessional and refused to listen to what my mother and I asked for and seemed to be set on what they thought we should do with our nails.I got the male ‘technician’ (I’m using that title loosely) and he was rude from the start, he brought over the colors for me to choose and I showed him the ones I picked (purple, blue, and a glitter coat). He gave me a judge mental look and said in a condescending tone “really? No no you don’t want those.”I corrected him and told him I wanted those colors.He then proceeded to write down only two of the color names I picked on the desk (no paper, he literally took a pencil and just wrote it on the desk) and forgot the glitter polish. When I asked him where the glitter polish was he ignored me and gave an annoyed sigh.The whole desk he used was completely unprofessional and unsanitary, it was so crowded with junk that I could barely put my hands down and it smelled awful. His hands were unclean as well, I could see dirt piled into the cracks of his palms.He started using the nail sander and was very aggressive with it and didn’t take his time. He was very rough with my hands, pulling on them too hard and yanking my arm to where he wanted it. I was rather afraid of him at the point and scared to speak up because he seemed angry. I just wanted to get up and leave as I felt like I was going to cry.He wasn’t careful with the nail shaper/sander and when sanding down the cuticle on my right thumb he went too far down and broke my skin a bit. I gasped and pulled my hand away in shock, he got angry and loudly told me to hold still and pulled my hand back.He was hitting my fingers if he felt they got in the way and just wasn’t communicating with me at all in what he wanted me to do with my hands and getting more agitated.He ‘cleaned’ under my nail with the lead end of the same pencil he used to write on the desk. It left a line under my nail. I was in disbelief at this point but didn’t say anything because I knew it wouldn’t do any good.After he started putting on the fake nail I noticed that he wasn’t shaping them at all or taking his time to fit the polish to my nail shape. He didn’t fit the polish evenly to my cuticles either and it looks god awful. On half of my fingers the nail polish is lumpy and uneven, and doesn’t even cover the edges of my nail. He left air holes in the polish as well so it looks like there’s dirt stuck in, or maybe it’s dirt from his hands I can’t tell anymore. The nails are shaped blocky and uneven and were filed down terribly inaccurately.When using the heat machine to dry the nail polish he kept smacking my arm or pulling it when he wanted me to take my hand out instead of just telling me it was time, or he would pull it away without telling me first and it would cause my nails to bump the top a bit.When I first put my hand in the machine burned my finger and I pulled them out a bit in shock, he got irritated with me and gave me a nasty look and told me to put them back in. I asked him if it was supposed to burn and he ignored me.My mom started getting her nails done a few minutes before me and somehow he finished mine before the lady who was doing my moms was done. Because he rushed it.By the end I was very disappointed, he forgot to put on the glitter even though I asked him three times and told me I was done.The nails looked awful, these nails looks like something I could’ve done at home when I was 12.I went over to my mom while he was still getting hers done and she noticed how upset I was and I told her how I felt about the whole experience and I just said the technician was rough with my hands and didn’t listen to what I asked for.

I got them done it cost me 40 for a set and they were really good quality he cut me just a tiny bit with the nail filer but overall it was really good

My hands are all cut up! Highly suggest not going here. They took forever to start my pedicure and the man that did my nails was In a big rush! Very rude and rough. Wish I could give them 0 stars!!! VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE!

Wait was only 5 minutes, even though I was told 30 min. The gentleman saw how bad my feet were, he spent over an hour on them, they feel and look so wonderful, as well as my nails on my hands. Job WELL DONE. Thank you Regal

Scheduled an appointment over the phone, when I arrived was not serviced and advised we are busy come back another day. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend.

Nails started loosening after 3 days. Ended up one came off before a week was up. By end of 1.5 weeks all were loose and basically catching on everything. Because I was out of state (for wedding, the reason I had my nails done) I couldnt go back for a fix or do over.All are off and I have the shortest nails of my life! Down to the edge of my finger nail tips and some are even shorter that they hurt. The girl who did them cut back my own finger nails which made no sense because I thought more of my own nail would have made the gel/acrylic adhere better. Ill never go there again.Waste of money. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Went to get a pedicure and was nice enough to leave a 5.00 tip off my debit card which i and always skeptical about doing totaling 40.00 they took it upon themselves to add two more dollars to their tip and charged my card for 42.00..

Since Kevin and a couple others left about a year ago, this place has been under new management and is terrible!Its terrible at booking appointments... Terrible at listening to what you want done... They just, yes, yes, yes, you to death and dont do what they say they will, or what they know how to to. I went to this place for over 7 years and now, since these changes, I will never go back nor would I ever recommend it!

I booked online, to treat my mother to a pedicure and made sure to confirm the appointment for 10am I. Also booked myself a manicure. We arrived there on time, and was sent away by a gentlemen whom worked there, untill a later time, an hour later, at 11. Upon returning to the rescheduled appointment, The place was occupied to full capacity, and we were just ignored.Good job people thanks...you just lost my business

I went there and they gave me fungus! They told me I could lose my fingernails where did I have them done? I said here they told me I needed a new set and they would fix it and make them pretty again ya well they camouflaged them! Looking at my nails yes the color was nice and got compliments but I can see the fungus is still there! A lady named moon told me she fixed them made sure I come back to her she didn’t and they got me for 45$ for a new set I will be filing an order but to get them taken off now was a waste of my money

Pedicure go somewhere else! 40.00 you think my feet would be smooth, nope. The girl never stopped talking to the girl next to me doing my sisters pedicure. Her polish was so thick and nasty! Best thing about mine is polish.Should be no stars!!!!

In the past, this has been my go to nail salon when Im in town. They really do great work. However, I went in this morning at 9:30 trying to beat the inevitable rush, and there was one tech working, with a line of nine people! Others there before me were saying that the staff levels have been like this for a little while now, and I didnt recognize the tech that was there. I chose not to wait what seemed to likely be forever, and find a new go to.

$17 for a French tip manicure with regular polish that started chipping the next day. The lady didnt even use that red clearish polish thats suppose to go with a French tip. The floors are dirty. The lady cut my nails shorter than I wanted. And she did a half a**ed job on removing my cuticles, like clearly still there. I shouldve known better than to think a nail salon inside a Wal-Mart would be any good

Went in there for a fill with my friend and I encountered Kevin with a jade Buddha necklace. Ive been doing my nails for a very long time and I knew he didnt do it right. Instead of redoing my nail that had semi popped off he glued it down and proceeded to do my fill.I had just had a new set done before this visit and his first comment was that I needed a new set. No Kevin, this is a new set. I wasnt very pleased of his responses or his demeanor. He didnt even shape my nails right I had bumps where he filed them down with the machine. He also charged me for making them a little shorter,he said they were too long. Really?After a week the nail that had semi popped off before popped off again of course. So I had to glue it down until I saw my real nail tech. After two weeks of having this fill I had to go into my real nail tech that knows what she is doing to find out that I had fungus growing under my fills and on my nails already. I had to take off my new set and get arcrylic over my real nails until they grow out more! I will NEVER go in there EVER AGAIN!

I have been going to these for many many years and I love THEM to death they are like a family my mom was a customer as well when she died they were great and they were there for me and amazing beautifful work...regails will always have 5 stars from me I never go no where else

I cant explain how livid I am after leaving today. My nails are horrible. Not painted on the sides. They used a callous removed tool on my feet after using it on the lady next to me. They did awful. I will never return.

The worst expensive pedi I have ever had! Was there for hours, and the place was really dirty! They used a squirt bottle of something clear and oderless and an $0.89 cent walmart handsoap to clean the chair tub after I used it! Made me feel scared that I might catch foot fungi because they clearly dont sanitize properly...

Horrible!!! I wanted a manicure exactly like my aunts and I told and showed the man my aunts nails and he still managed to screw it up. Dont go here unless you want nails you didnt even ask for. And to top it off, every single employee was rude and hateful.

Worst mani pedi I have ever had tech did not cut nails until I said something I have more polish on my skin than on my nails tech had to change colors mid polish because of the poor quality of their stock I will never go back to this place again I give this place a negative 👎

I am extremely disappointed on the way my nails were done by a lady whom yelled at me and was very rude towards me. I payed 35 dollars and it was not worth it at all, never going back.

New owners since the last time my wife and I visited and didnt recognize anyone. They took a long time getting us in and when they did they ignored my wife which was our main reason for the visit. Wont be returning

Terrible!!! Poor customer service while waiting. Lady scrapped off my gel polish with cuticle removal tool, then use the acetone to sit for 30minutes. Never will I be back!!!!
