The place was very clean however I’m very unhappy with the outcome with these nails. $70 for these nails.If I would have known that this wasn’t achievable by the nail tech, I would have done one solid color if I knew they would look this way.The “turquoise” isn’t even straight it goes through the lines, and the lines were so thick. The shaping of the nail is okay to me.but they are so lumpy too!!!I just wish if they knew they couldn’t do it, then don’t tell me yes and make me pay for it. I’m unhappy and know I can’t return again. :(

I went for a pedicure and I will be going back for more. The atmosphere was very relaxing and my toes look and feel great.

This is the worst nail shop I have ever went to they did not do what I showed then and after 2 days due to them being closed Sunday one is cracked and they were so poorly done after paying $65 they refused to fix them that I would be charged another $50. Wouldnt recommend this place for nothing.

When I first moved here this was the only nail place I went to for service. They do an excellent job. My complaints start with the consistent sell of other products makes me uncomfortable. I can only decline the same product so many times before I get annoyed. Secondly, I suspect they reuse the toe separators after a pedicure because they always ask for them back. Makes me question the other hygiene practices.Lastly, masks. One of the employees does not consistently wear them and there is no enforcement of the local LAW to wear them. I don’t care how people feel about the masks. The law is the law.

Kelly-T Nails is the the best place for nails, eyebrow waxing and other services. The owners are friendly, the salon is exceptionally clean and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend making an appointment here.💅

They make you so welcome and like you’re family. They take care of you even if you just pop in for a broken toe nail! It’s never loud so I can always go and relax when I need to get away from home life.

Got a pedicure here about 15mins before closing, they were very nice not rude at all especially since I came last minute. Also got an eyebrow wax on a different visit fast and clean. No complaints. Prices are reasonable.

Very friendly staff, reasonable prices. They even did my 3 year olds nails for $20 and would always fix for free if paint came off. Kelly is amazing.

Ive been to several nail salons in Casa Grande and hands down the tech I had today, was the best pedicure Ive had in over two years...mind you, I go every three weeks or so to switch things up. Pauline was so attentive to detail and took the time to do a quality job. I appreciate the good service and will definitely return.

Mani/Pedi. Not worth the $50. Shellac peeled after 2 days, cuticles were not trimmed well and parts of my nails were not painted. Was good a couple years back, but not anymore. Do not recommend.

Be warned! Kelly is no longer the owner and even though she still works there, things have changed under new management. Appointments are honored when its convenient for them and they will shuffle you around from tech to tech. If you dont like it or ask for something specific, be prepared to receive a loud lecture from the new owner. If you like being treated disrespectfully then this is the place for you. Disappointing that the client isnt considered a priority at this place.

I been going there for the past 2 months. Today I asked for 2 designs one on my pointer and one on my ring finger. I told her to make it look amazing. She puts some kind hat on my hand lol idk what it is it looks terrible. When I asked her to removed it she told me that I Need to make up my mind because I was wasting her time. Never will I set foot in the place ever again or give them my hard earned money!

Kelly T is my favorite place here in Casa Grande! Every time i walk in i feel like family! Kelly and everyone there greets me and makes sure that im attended to as soon as i walk in, they comply with any odd things i want and they have never once told me no to something. They help your designs come to life and most of the time they look damn good!! I do have to admit Kelly is my favorite! We always mess around and she just has an amazing personality! She is a great owner and a wonderful person! Everyone there are so nice and the pricing is not bad at all. The best thing is, there stuff lasts and i am not having to go in every 2 weeks for a touch up or anything! Thanks Kelly T! (:

They dont really do Solar nails but charge you for it. 10 days after my brand new full set I had massive lifting. When I went in to talk about it the woman blamed me for the lifting that my nails have to get used to the product, Im like what? Im never going back! Solar does not lift like that thats why I spend more for it. Never again with this salon !!!!

The owner is rude and unprofessional. Despite her staff being friendly and welcoming. It still is not enough to put up with the owner. I will never go there due to her!

Me and my 2 friends went in for pedicures. None of us are big into getting our nails done, but every so often we indulge ourselves. Ive been to the one by Frys Marketplace, the Villago Nails. Eh, they were nice but eh, kinda the same experience Ive had many other times; they speak in a language I cant understand & as pessimist I assume its trash talking about my feet, then you try and show them a design you saw on pinterest, and even though its just a chevron pattern, you look down at your feet when theyre all done and it looks like 3 sad worms racing.. anyways. This place wasnt like that, they have a price sheet they hand you right after you sit down, we got a massage and the hot stones, which I thought was amazing, and a polish. my toes look damn good, my feet are super soft (still) & the best part was how affordable it was. At $20 I just might be in every month :)

Horrible horrible place to go 1 week of service and the nail fill she did started peeling and blames me . I went back yesterday and polish is still peeling i called bacl today to complain Nd she hung up on me will not answer my call. This is not a professional place to go to and believe it this was my 1st time in there. They are terrible. Please do not support their business they also very Rude.

Got a pedicure it was ok, for the $30 relaxing pedi I expected a better foot leg massage . Also a tip shouldnt feel forced upon and it sure was.

This is the worst place to go to in Casa Grande for a pedicure. It lasted literally 12 min and they did a horrible job. The customer service was horrible and the workers were extremely rude.... If you want a crappy pedicure for 20$ that lasts 12 min this would be the place to go.....
