My father always told me you need to find a good, reliable, trusted jewelry repair shop where ever you live so that when you break a clasp, have to get a ring resized, or get a necklace fixed, you have on that you can count on. Well, for me, that jewelry repair shop is Treasure Isle.It is located in a strip mall and if you didnt notice it, you probably drove by it once or twice before, but if you do go visit, you will find the nicest people on the planet! :) Steve has been the guy that has taken care of me, so if you are reading this review, be sure to ask for him. Hes got a corgi that keeps him company in the back so its cool to see them interact.I usually come here whenever i buy a new necklace or pendant that I need to get fixed up - I love to wear Catholic crucifixes and symbols to remind me of my faith - but I have a tendency to have them break and Ive lost more than I can remember. Well, now I go see Steve at TI and he welds the clasps so that I never lose it. :) There was this one time where he helped me out, I forgot my cash so he told me next time I come in to bring him a dozen donuts for him and his workers! I still owe that to him but Ill bring it in one day! Lol :)Anyway, if you like nice jewelry and need a trusted local small business to go to, then this place wont disappoint you! Been coming here for 6 years now, and Ill probably keep going till Steve finally calls me out on the dozen donuts I owe him! Lol :)

I came to Treasure Isle for a simple watch resize and got SO much more out of that one trip than I was expecting. For starters, to remove a couple links off of my boyfriend’s watch took maybe 5 minutes max and for such an amazingly low price. And during that time, I met Diane at the front and she let me try on beautiful rings for fun while I waited and just made the visit so pleasurable! Such nice, wonderful people and their little corgis are adorable. I HIGHLY recommend checking out this place for any repair or jewelry purchasing needs! I’m definitely coming back!

My hair stylist recommended me to Treasure Isle.A pearl had fallen out of a ring and a set needed to be re-sized.I was greeted by a professional and friendly jeweler who took care of my concerns and made a helpful suggestion. The repair was quick and pricing fair. I highly recommend them, and will definitely return.

I cannot recommend Treasure Isle strongly enough!! Brought my eyeglasses in for a repair I was pretty sure they would not be able to do and I was expecting to have to purchase new frames for over $300! To my surprise they fixed my frames in a couple hours for just $35!! It even comes with a warranty, if the repair breaks they will fix it. If they cant fix it they will refund the $35. Very rare to find this level of premium service especially in these Covid times when good help is nearly impossible to find!

If I could give no stars I would!!!! Jared jewelers recommended this store to have an antique piece of jewelry repaired as they didn’t have the right silver to do it!! I took it in and a few minutes later they came back out with the piece broken!!! They claimed “it fell apart in the jewelers hand”!!!! I had just had 3 other jewelers look at it and it was in one piece after. I would warn you about taking any of your precious jewelry to this place unless you want it broken!!! 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

I had the jeweler make a ring for me and I am thrilled with the job he did. He did a rendering of the ring so I knew exactly what he was thinking and the ring looks exactly as promised. They are so friendly and helpful. They have done many repairs for me as well! I highly recommend them!

They repaired the frames for my glasses with a small detailed weld. It was ready within a day and has held up well. Highly recommend!

Needed the frames on my glasses fixed. Took them in and got them repaired/soldered within 2 hours for $35! Much cheaper and a shorter wait than getting a new pair of glasses. Great and friendly service as well. Would highly recommend!

It was such a pleasure working with Treasure Isle Jewelers! I had two repairs for two gold necklaces that are very sentimental pieces. Two solders and a new clasp and my pieces were returned to me as if they were brand new. From drop off to pickup (next day!), the team was incredibly professional and the results were beautiful. I will be returning for all of my jewelry needs. Highly recommend!

I had taken my favorite earring to severalknown jewelry stores and was quickly dismissed. With nothing to lose I went to Treasure Isle Jewelers. The ever so kind sales clerk, took it to the back to ask if it could be repaired. She returned with my earring ready to wear. They had actually taken the time to look at it and determined there was a tension connection and fixed it. I would definitely recommend this place. I know I will be back.

Received my rings back in better condition than I left them. This location is much better than Crabtree. I already have referred several people here. Im definitely a VERY SATISFIED customer!

They are great! have taken several pieces in to be fixed over the years and just recently had some custom earrings made for a special occasion. I have never left and not been pleased. They are always so nice, everything is done so well, and the price is fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Dustin made a custom band for my very unique engagement ring. It’s absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted!!!

I had brought in a pendant that my Dad gave me before he passed away. I wanted to turn it into a ring since I don’t wear necklaces everyday, and I could wear something in memory of my Dad. Dustin was able to reconstruct my tanzanite pendant into a ring and is looks amazing !!! I am so touched !! Thank you Dustin for all your hard work.

Ive had two things done at Treasure Isle. The first was to get the band on my wifes engagement ring repaired. They did an awesome job, it was quick, price was perfect, they are my go-to jeweler. The second thing I got them to do has nothing to do with jewelry. I am a professor over at NCSU and I needed to get some delicate components for a microwave probe built. I met with Linda and Anna and described what we needed and they built us two amazing probes. As of this posting, Lindas probe holds the record for Highest Q-Value measured for a hairpin microwave probe. Not many jewelers get to say that. Awesome, friendly, professional, and excited to work on something completely outside the box... I wont go anywhere else.

Great staff, unusually good selection of tasteful pieces in a wide array of styles, theyve done great work fixing things for me and I just cant get over how low the prices are. I dont plan to go anywhere else anymore.I wrote the above in 2019. Its 2021 now and I like this place so much, I mail things to them. They are incredibly decent. I dont go anywhere else unless I have to.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong birth date on an internet order gold pendant for my daughter. I panicked because I didnt want to pay to ship it back to Canada (where the order was fulfilled) plus pay the price to fix it. The number 6 had to somehow be turned to the correct number which was 5.I went to Treasure Isle Jewelers and took the piece for them to examine. The jeweler took the piece and soldered some gold onto the 6 to remove some of the left side of the curve then worked some more magic and presto...no one could ever tell there used to be a 6 where the 5 is now shown...whew. These guys were lifesavers AND they did the job while I waited.

DO NOT utilize them. I took a Michael Kors watch for a simple battery replacement, I specifically asked if they had the equipment to properly execute, the bearded guy said yes. Unfortunately, a few days later I noticed condensation building inside the face. When I took it back and informed said bearded guy, he kindly informed me that they in fact DID NOT HAVE PROPER EQUIPMENT. Nothing was done to rectify the situation, horrible ethics and customer service.

Ive lived in NY and Florida and dealt with a lot of jewelry stores and Treasure Isle is by far the best...they know what their doing, they are very friendly.. their prices cant be beat....i wouldn t think of doing business with any other jewelry store...great store, great people, thank youfrom Marianne Baxter
