Dealing with Phil Horns office is always professional and they respond quickly to any of my requests. The other day it was 92 degrees and my car broke down on the express way with no where to get off in site. I was stranded with my car overheating and I couldnt find a tow truck. I called Phil Horns office to check to see if I had coverage. I was surprised Phil answered the phone himself. I told him my situation and he said that I was covered. He then offered to help me find a tow truck. He kept me on the line and called around. I was so thankful and grateful that he went above and beyond. Phil and his office make you feel like family.

Absolutely useless, had 2 pipes burst from the hard freeze earlier this year and had a couple thousand dollars worth of damage. Filed a claim, listed items and amounts. Even sent the emergency work order from the plumbing company who came the next morning, that service call was over 1k.They have not denied my claim just demanded insane requirements that are impossible for me to meet, so after 2 years the claim will be closed and denied.Awesome to know my money being paid for peace of mind would have been better spent on literally anything else.

The people are very professional and super friendly. The rates are competitive and the service is excellent.
