The most helpful people Ive worked with while trying to get an insurance quote. I worked with Brenda and Jaclyn and they were very helpful and most importantly patient while helping me find the best possible coverage for my vehicle. I sent them emails, called them many times to vary different things (like deductibles for my comprehensive collision etc) in my insurance quote and the response had always been quick and not once did I sense any agitation. The premiums were lower than some of the other quotes I had received. Without a doubt they provided a great service.

After a hail storm (5/13) I visited the office and filed a claim due to hail damage to one of my vehicles. Within minutes my claim was complete and due to the nature of the hail storm adjusters happened to be at the office. Used to be great, and I was a loyal customer for 10+ years until Allstate resorted to writing an estimate covering only 1/3 the cost of fixing my vehicle and sending Consent To Rate letters to many of its clients to force them to allow Allstate to charge more than the state-mandated maximum before agreeing to renew their policy. This agency was argumentative and unhelpful in their handling of my renewal, right down to a snarky E-mail response after I moved my policies to another carrier. I referred several of my friends to them over the past year and they received the same cold treatment and signed elsewhere. Good riddance.

Only for the RICH ... or so I thought.I thought the rich were the only ones who could get (for lack of a better term) an account manager for items such as their insurance.I thought the rich were the only ones who could have their account manager contact them for maintenance items on their insurance.BUT I WAS WRONG. Here is my story.For as long as I have been married, my husband has handled all of our insurance, both on the house and on the car. When we received a notice recently that our home insurance was being raised, he said hold on now...He contacted Nikki Tyler with Lucas Allstate to do a quote. Now I really didnt think she would be able to save us much money. I understood that the rate increase was something every insurance company was bound by because of insurance regulations placed on companies by the state. What I didnt realize is that we had been OVERPAYING on our insurance for years. We found out we would be able to save... are you ready for this??OVER $1000 per year on our home and vehicles. WHAT???? Are you kidding me???? Lets get this switched NOW.But here is where the good part comes in... the RICH part.When I have a question about my insurance, I dont have to call an 800 number and go through all of the prompts continuously yelling REPRESENTATIVE in the phone or repeatedly pressing 0. All I have to do is call a local number and at a minimum, Nikki will call me back WITHIN THE SAME DAY.AND not only that, but she calls me for anything I have asked her for. For instance, I had a question about my payment schedule. Since it was a new account, I couldnt find anything online. BUT once it was all set up, Nikki CALLED ME. She remembered!!! I didnt have to do anything. In fact, I had even forgot that I had requested the information... but she hadnt and that is speaking volumes from someone who I personally know forgets about things.In full disclosure, she is my sister (but that usually means you get brushed to the side). I waited for several years before I gave her a try. Yes, thats right... several YEARS. And I could kick myself in the butt for waiting so long to do it. I never realized that I could be saving so much money AND have the personal service that only rich people get. So now, when I am feeling down, I think about how rich I must be, after all... only rich people get this kind of attention.Thank you for being such a great agent Nikki and taking care of me like you have!

We recently moved to the area and needed to get a new insurance agent. We had some good experiences with Allstate and decided to stick with them. We found Jaclyn on the location finder and she was the highest rated agent so we thought it was a no brainer. We worked with Brenda and she was amazing, very nice and prompt. She quickly gave us a quote and explained the differences in auto insurance in NC compared to our previous location. Overall, we are very satisfied. The only downer was we spent our time at the DMV getting plates instead of being able to go to the customer appreciation day. I hope they have it again!

The true measure of an agent is how they handle challenging situations. I been a loyal customer to Allstate for over 5 years and then i added my Father to the policy, where the agent decided to charge us an outrageous amount and when cancelled they decided to hit us with a short rate cancellation charge. We moved on to State Farm, very happy with their rates and would never consider Allstate and especially this agency
