This is the worst office to work with. I called in months ago when I got new banking information to have them change my information, they said fine and they said they changed it. End of story. Two months after that I am getting notices that my bill hasnt been paid, etc. They overdrafted my old bank account which they informed me was deleted from their system. I called the office and no one could seem to claim responsibility for the mistake and screwing up my payment information. This problem went on to corporate and no one could seem to understand what my problem was: NO ONE CHANGED MY BANKING INFORMATION WHEN THEY TOLD ME IT WAS CHANGED TO MY NEW BANKING INFORMATION. How hard is that to understand? NOT HARD. This problem took over a week to get taken care of. Allstate ended up refunding the money into my bank account, thank you, and then they refused to refund me the $36.01 overdraft fee because no one in their office seemed to remember what had happened. Horrible record keeping at their office, horrible customer service. Dont ever use agents office for your policies, they will be sure to mess something up and make your life a nightmare.
