However, the condensed version is this: one star is due to a highly unprofessional and toxic young girl named Kiera who has so much to learn about people. First, is you do not threaten to have a customer arrested over a billing dispute. Pulling a Karen on a customer is career suicide among other self destructive behaviors.Secondly, neither Mr. Wright nor any member of his staff has the inherent right to conduct themselves as they wish while in the Allstate office. As a franchisee, the Wright Agency is only paying for the right to use the Allstate name. Most franchise agreements contain a morals clause and threatening a customer may be a possible violation of said clause. I wonder what the Corporate office would think about a customer being threatened with the police?Lastly, this agency is very unprofessional, disrespectful, lackadaisical and generally couldnt care less about customer needs. My policy was cancelled due to their negligence and lack of ability as well as willingness to communicate.

I was satisfied after speaking over the phone with Shantae Thornton. She took a lot of time to resolve the confusion I had with our transition from a VA policy to NC. Despite the outcome, she took time to explain everything she could and has been easy to speak with the entire time.
