The employees at this location are always helpful. They actually care. I got into a severe motorcycle accident at the end of 2019 and they still ask me to date how im doing. Would highly recommend this branch.

No real customer service for established customers and rude! Brenda just a question if someone made the call to the other branch wouldn’t you know if the person you spoke with was male or female? Luckily State Farm the company has been great in NY or because of you two they would loose my business

Our family has been with State Farm since my husband was a teenager. Ever since moving to the Cary area and getting married, this branch has been our go-to for everything from car, to rental, and then home insurance.Now that our family has grown, we needed to put serious thought into our life insurance policies. The options through my husbands work just werent enough to bank on if the unthinkable ever happened. So, again, we turned to State Farm, and we are so glad we did. Not only did we get a fantastic policy with way better prices than what we could find anywhere else- but we got Vic.Vic King came in on a Saturday to help us out. My husbands work schedule is crazy and we had no idea when we were going to be able to figure out a good meeting time. No problem, she offered to come in on a Saturday morning.We loved Vic so much. From the moment we walked into the office, she was warm and inviting and so, so, helpful. It is never fun thinking about what would happen if the unthinkable happens- if one or both of us had to leave our new baby behind. She made the entire process so much easier, and answered a lot of questions about things we found very complicated before.
