We spoke with State Farm before about combining our car insurance as well, but didn’t get the right information. Tj made sure we had every bit of information needed and walked us through everything so we had a clear understanding of everything we discussed. He was very punctual when contacting us and extremely helpful when it came down to deciding what was the best fit for us.

WOW! Just Fantastic! I am in the process of refinancing my home mortgage and sent in a online request from the my loan processor for a replacement cost estimate on my existing homeowners coverage and adding the new Mortgagee as a Loss Payee with the insurance company. Heather responded quickly with the needed documents for me to provide to the loan processor and offered her help if anything else was needed! This is what I call service with a smile!!!

The worst insurance firm!!!! They did not inform me about my license was invalid which of course if they are on there stuff they would have known and inform me. They never get back to you until you call multiple times.Who has the time to play phone tag while your an average person working a 9 to 5?There is also more to put in this review but I have to go because Im a mom and I also work a 9 to 5.Save yourself the trouble and do not give your money to these people. Look for another insurance company and always look at the reviews.

Let me start by saying I switched to Erie Insurance, and now I pay about 30% of what I payed with State Farm. In addition to being WAY over priced, they have horrible communication and complete lack of transparency. No one in the office including Brittany could explain what I was paying for, or why my rate would change by about $80 every month. They told me several times it was because of accidents in my zip code, but then Brittany denied that, and acted shocked that anyone in her office would say that. After two years my rate had more than doubled and no one could explain why.They also couldnt explain why accidents and tickets from my mother in-laws license were somehow affecting my bill, even though she had never been on our policy.Once I got a confusing and ambiguous statement from corporate saying my rates were changing, and it wasnt clear how much or when this would take affect, and I called several times to ask about it, and I was told that only one person in the office could interpret this statement, and that person was never available. Really?!This is where it gets ridiculous, and this is why I am writing this review.... I opened an investigation with the NC DOI and Brittany lied to them, telling them I was rude and talked down to her staff, and she denied that her staff had refused to send me receipts of my payments. I was clearly told in writing that we can not retrieve receipts older than 6 months and she lied to the DOI investigators about this, saying her office never said that. The whole reason I opened the investigation is because Brittany promised to send me my past receipts and explain my random monthly rate changes, and she never did after a month. Why so much shadiness and lack of transparency if you have nothing to hide?

An unfortunate problem with payment at corporate level (that shouldnt have happened ) quickly resolved with Marias help.

I am having to deal with the incompetence of this office. My son recently moved off of my policy onto his own. I notified Ms. Monsours office that a FS-1 (proof of insurance)form needed to be sent to DMV within 5 days so his registration would not be revoked. They assured me it would be done that day since it was a common form that DMV needs. Today my son received a letter from DMV that his registrstion is revoked and can not drive the car. I understand mistakes can happen but this is pure incompetence! While I did not speak directly with Ms. Monsour she is responsible for hiring competent staff and overseeing them. Ms. Monsour has lost our business and I suggest you find another agent so you wont have to deal with aggravation like this!

Brittany and her office are very good people that are so easy to talk to and are always available to call for any questions or updates. Say bye to your previous inattentive insurance company and go see her!
