Customer service is really bad. Took my truck to get an inspection done and the guy told me it looked like my tent is to dark and they probably wouldn’t pass it. I told him we have been bringing all of our company trucks to them and they have all passed and my tent is legal limit. He said he don’t need my business and that he has 55 fleets of trucks so our business doesn’t matter.

Okay Ive purchased a oil change from Groupon and I pulls up to 3 people staring at me. So when somebody finally comes to see what I wanted. I showed him the Groupon and he pointed to the sign and left. The manager pulls up finally and did the exact same thing and couldnt help me get my refund back on the Groupon. They shop is still currently showing as available on Groupon. False advertisement. Ive wasted gas and couldnt even receive great customer service.

Texas Auto Lube is the best ALWAYS! They continuously take such great care fo me and my car. Not only are they great to talk to but they are fast and do superb work. Ive been coming here for years and commute for their service. 10/10!!!!

First of all, I would like to point out that the service here is on point. Sam was such a great help, even though I was super annoying. I called him since he was close by to my work with all thousands of questions I had (okay that was an exaggeration) but still, a lot of questions - he answered them very calmly. Very impressed. Second, the prices here are AWESOME! Very competitive pricing and affordable. He made sure my vehicle was taken care of before handing it back. Rude store manager Ryan. Gave me one price on the phone, charged me another price when done. No communication on extra charges. Frustrating experience.He didnt appreciate my questions so he specifically takes a picture of my receipt on his phone and tells me not to come back.Do NOT do business with them.

I had a great experience at Texas Auto Lube last week! Their customer service was on point and all of the employees were so nice! I had my brake rotors replaced, Oil Change Replaced. OMG I love the Waiting area it is awesome.

Crooked and dishonest!!. I went for an alignment based on the high reviews on #Groupon. The guy Sam at counter told he wouldnt honor the Groupon deal because the deal dropped too low. I really didnt care about that because their fee was lower than other places. He performed a partial alignment and stated my car needed a $400 alignment kit to properly align my car. I declined and went to another place and needed no kit for alignment. Beware of this place.

Took our Jeep in for a full tune up. Total cost was over $600. Over tge next few weeks, we had to return for various issues that we thought were resolved yet each trip cost more money. We are very disappointed and aggravated with the lack of service and knowledge. We will not go back!

Id somehow never noticed these guys back in here before. Looking to date to get my oil changed with a short turnaround and spotted them. Very short line so I gave him a shot. I was pretty pleased,Price was in line with anywhere else and the upsell didnt seem nearly as bad as most places. Not sure if its true all the time or not but the guys doing the oil change didnt just do oil changes they had a mechanics background which was kind of nice.

Do not use. Charged over $2000 to fix AC and it went out after 2 days. Tried to blame me for the way they repaired it. Would not warranty.

Today I was in this area and suddenly I remembered Its time and to change my Van oil and I searched in the google maps for oil change and this store popped up among others with a higher rate. I headed to this place and in the first interaction I realized the reason of these great reviews. The owner was so friendly and welcoming and unbelievably honest . He took care of everything thing before I mention any word. This place is offering a great service with an affordable price. Im gonna revisit this place for sure.

Excellent front desk service. Easy to communicate with and got the job done as stated. The tech who worked on my vehicle was courteous, knowledgeable and willing to incorporate my input. After completing the work he pointed out and discussed things with me. He was very thorough and honest. Ill be using this location for my future routine maintenance needs.

Ryan will act like your best friend to get money out of you then when you tell him he messed up your car, hell be too swamped to see you. I regret ever recommending him to someone. .he warped my oil pin, told me one price for brakes then estimated a couple hundred dollars more then acted like he was giving me a deal on my car for the brakes cause I was a good customerEvery job he has done on my car, other mechanics have said its been such a bad job and he claims he knows how to work on German cars 🤣😂Save yourself from this scam artist.. wish I would have never given him business or taken my car there for him to ruin!

Not sure what happened to my first review (regarding my premium brake job, just put in a couple of weeks ago) BUT I went to see Ryan this pass Saturday (5/25/19) because my brake were still making a rubbing sound. He test drove it and of course there was no sound. One thing Ryan did tell me is that my Lifetime Warranty is for the brakes only, not the labor which he says the labor is $100.00. I guess thats the fare price for labor for brakes. Customer service is nice, store is clean and the free water was refreshing especially since Saturday it was HOT.

Quick and good priced oil change. Very professional and thorough with explanation of my vehicles other issues. And dont just a book by its cover with this place. The customer waiting area has been rennovated with modern decor and is extremely clean and comfortable . A+ Place. Will definitely be back!!

So glad I bought a Groupon for an oil change here! The location was easy to find, the waiting room and bathroom were clean and tidy with comfortable and plentiful seating. Came here for an oil change. They were very fast and friendly. I was in an out of there in 20 minutes. They also have a very clean waiting room with refreshments which shows me they really want to please their customers. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Normally I don’t write reviews but I did want to share a personal experience of mine with this company. I have taken my vehicles here to get service for oil changes and just recently requested an alignment on my unit. The mechanic and owner at the shop advised me it could not be done and gave me the parts that would be needed to be repaired. I decided to get a second opinion and the location I went to attempt to just do the alignment regardless of the bad suspension work on the car. They seemed more interested in just getting paid then really looking into get the alignment done right. I know this mainly because I took it to ANOTHER location and the mechanic their validated what the this location Texas Auto Lube said originally. Never the less it took some time from my part but I can feel confident that I have found an all around shop that will provide only what is recommended and do things right for their customers. Kudos again to the owner and their honest mechanics!!

Should listen to other review that don’t go this place. $400 + tax for front brake pads and rotors and rare pads only. Deal is still deal but no next. Wish you luck!

Stopped in today by the recommendation of Mohamed (the assistant manager at AutoZone across the street). I needed a new battery in my wifes Mini Cooper. Im always hesitant walking into a mechanics shop, guarded and skeptical at best. Not only were they $100+ less than the other two shops I called, but they had me in and out much quicker than I thought/they had promised. They pointed out a couple of other issues without a hint of selling, simply letting me know I may need to address them in the near future. I was so impressed with the service and price that when I got home I called and made an appointment for the other items that they were absolutely correct about.No nefarious underhanded mechanics here. My husband and I (two vehicles) have been coming here a little over a year now and couldn’t be happier with this hidden gem of an auto shop! Everyone is nice (especially Ryan, and I’m pretty sure he gets that compliment a lot), efficient, and most importantly- this place is honest! At two other places we got inferior service (one almost messed car up) and overquoted/misidentified issues before we learned our lesson and stuck with Texas Auto Lube. Prices are fair (often cheaper than others) and no pressure/scare tactics to get the work done; they even give an estimate of how bad the issue is rather than just saying “it’s critical” so you can make up your own mind. We have had both major and minor work done, and also had car we’re considering purchasing inspected. Again, they were thorough and treated it like they’re the ones buying it. Waiting area is comfortable too with free coffee/water and sodas for purchase, clean restroom. Finding “your” mechanic is hard, but we found ours! Great place!

They were quick and efficient. As a woman going into a mechanic shop you are always leery theyre going to rip you off, but they were friendly and the pricing was also fair.

I came to this place (in june 2019) after purchasing wheel alignment groupon deal. After the alignment I asked for some kind of report but they said their computer is having problem thats why they cant show me any wheel alignment results. Then i emailed and they said they will send me soon and till now after couple months I still havent got any report.. Their wheel alignment things looks very fishy to me .. you know why because recently went to honda dealer for service and they said the car needs wheel alignment .. crazy if they had done it correctly why another wheel alignment be needed in 5 months...

I went there to get a set of brakes for my vehicle. I found a deal on Groupon for ceramic brakes $92.00. After I got the (supposedly) ceramic brakes, My brakes were screeching really bad and I had break dust all over my wheels and hub caps. I cleaned them up. Two days later it was back. I went back to them to get an oil change and asked one of the mechanics why is the brakes doing that he said that was normal. So I went back and spoke with the owner. He said I need rotors. My car is not even 3 years old. He said he will replace my rotors for $300.00. I took it to another mechanic. He said they gave me metallic brakes instead od ceramic...and I didnt need rotors. So basically they got me for$100.00. Beware...Beware

This place is phenominal they quoted me accurate & Affordable prices.The service was done efficiently explained every step they done to my truck and validated requirements and services before fixing.

Went here for the 1st time to do 4-wheel alignment. I had a Groupon. Place is clean and comfortable. I took an appointment and was done in 30 mins. They have free coffee and bottled water. I highly recommend to make an appointment regardless of service required, date, and/or time.I am taking 1 star off for the following reasons:-- You will be paying tax. This is not listed on their fine prints which I dont know why.-- Tax will be on the FULL regular amount and not the Groupon amount. I think it should be on the Groupon amount. This is also not listed on the fine prints.-- The last main thing to note is that only 1 Groupon is allowed per car. This mean if you have used 1 Groupon on your car, you will not be able to use another Groupon on the same car regardless if it will be for the same service or different. Again, I am not sure why this important restriction is not listed on the fine prints.
