Pleasantly pleased with the experience I had here this week! Got my car inspection and was in & out in 15 minutes (during lunch time).. There were three attendants at the auto inspection side, all of whom were very hospitable and competent. Will definitely be back!FYI - The inspection also comes with a coupon for a free car wash, although I haven’t redeemed it yet.

Paid $25 and he didn’t even wipe down anything inside. I didn’t notice until I got home with better lighting. I’m pretty annoyed and I definitely feel like this job was rushed. Not worth the money for sure.

Went to get an inspection bright and early before having to get to work, the manager greeted me promptly and was extremely professional. Had me in and out quickly. There’s lots of traffic that early so try and give some grace if you show up BEFORE they open. Everyone has their days. Will return and recommend to friends & family.

Waiting since 8:00 am no one showed up waste of time nonprofessional we have to call city of Dallas for a state inspection complaint 👎🏽 8:20

Got the $100 interior detailing and car wash and my car looks amazing i literally had it super dirty been months since I washed it !! Every corner was cleaned !Loved it here !

I’ve used these guys 2x now and they’re always super fast and nice! It’s a little on the expensive side but worth it for the close proximity to where I live and work and again for the fast and excellent service. I love that they give free car washes! Definitely recommend getting an oil change here or any other lube service you may need for your car!

I have been coming to this place for years, and not one time was I ever disappointed. Ive been greeted every single time I come to this place. The staff and management here are extremely nice. I only had one issue in the past almost 10 years. The issue was, I paid for the ceramic shield, but for some reason the machine didnt come on when I went through the car wash. I told the manager and he said to take the car back through again, and it finally turned on and put it on my car. The next day I notice some large white spots on my car, that I thought were water spots, but they were not coming off. Im unsure of how they got on my car, and my car was in a garage. I took it back to the car wash, and spoke to the same manager as I did the day before, and he was extremely nice again, and asked me to run it through the car wash for free and see if the spots come off. Unfortunately they didnt come off, however the manager went above and beyond and he personally waxed my car and got all of the spots off. Like I said, I have never been disappointed here. I highly recommend using this car wash. They have really great prices and extremely nice people working here, and of course the take care of your vehicle. I will be coming back here as always! They did a very good job with my car. They were very meticulous about their job. A pleasant experience.

Took my car here since it’s close by to my house. They did not do a good job on it. I’m actually very disappointed in how it came out. I figured if I spent the extra money on it. Then they would take a bit extra care of it. I purchased the full detail service and when I get home I see that it’s still dirty inside the middle console and underneath the seats. Looks like they didn’t even shampoo the carpet -_- I’ve brought my other car here before and they did a decent job but this time was not a very good experience. Especially for the amount of money that I paid

I think I might have written a review for this place on a different account but Google prompted me to write a review so here I go again. Words cannot express how awesome this place is! This is 1000% my go to place for oil changes. Everywhere else charges an arm and a leg for this service. There is no beating the price or the customer service at Castle Hills Auto Spa. Good for the monthly subscription👌 but problem is that when every is little cloudy they close the spa and i usually use it on sat or sun and so many times they closed. Even though no rain. That is the biggest drawback of this spa.

State inspection service is always fast If there is a line, the inspection manager suggests a time where the wait wont be so long. Try not to wait till the last day of the month. Also, on one occasion, my check engine light was on. As it turned out, all I needed was a new gas cap. The inspector even suggested nearest ORileys Auto Parts Store to get the new part. Great service here.

Love this car wash! I moved to Richardson and still drove here because of the amazing job they do. Theyve switched owners recently so Im hoping the service stays the same. I have a RAM and they always clean my baby so well.

I love this place, sometimes the cleaning quality of cleaning depends on the day. Either way though, even when they do a bad job, it’s still better than most (good jobs) at other places in the area.Plus what’s the point of getting a car wash if you’re not going to get a towel dry. There’s too much road in the DFW metroplex to get a hasty wash job and have it last for too long.

I stopped in for a state inspection on my jeep. The guys were quick and courteous. The bonus is you get a free car wash with an inspection or oil change!

My first time was great, this time the was didn’t clean the from end 100% and they missed my drivers tire and the driver seat adjustment handle when they did the interior.

The car wash is great for only $6. The free vaccum is a good one. They also have air in the vaccum area which is a great plus for me!

So sweet here! Y’all I showed up 30-40 mins before they closed wanting a car detail and they were willing to stay late just to accommodate me...Ofcourse I didn’t take them up on the offer because I know what that’s like. My car was brand spanking clean! They did a great job with customer service and quality service! Love them!

The car wash stopped while I was in the middle of the wash. I honked but no one came to help. The car then went off the tracks. I thought there might be damage underneath my car as I heard a loud thump when the car moved. Finally some help came to get me back on the track. Once out of the wash I couldn’t see any damage but will be taking the car to a mechanicI asked the guy in charge for the name of the manager just in case there was any damage. He rudely stated that he wouldn’t give it to me. He said it was my fault the car went off the rails and that I would be responsible for it.I have never had such an unprofessional experience in all of my life. Obviously this person has no idea how to handle the publicThe one thing I can tell you for sure is that this business will never get another dime from me again. Worst customer service I have ever seen. There are a lot of car washes in the area. My business will be going elsewhere .

Did a great Job on my Silverado!

Machine wash was good but by the end of the day they just want to get you out literally showed the guy washing my car stain outside the car and he just stood there and also in the name of interior cleaning they just vacuum better to get the 10 dollar machine wash at a gas station and vacuum your self ! And save some money !

Every time I try to self vacuum after basic car wash, you get the feeling that those employees are eyeballing you. Perhaps, they didnt like it because they didnt make money. But, they didnt have to turn off the vacuum machine. I waived hands and called them for help. They pretended that they do now know what is going on, no English. Are you kidding me? I went this place 5 times for oil change, state inspection. They give you free car wash ticket. So, I washed my ar 5 times. Every time, I regretted. I will not go there anymore.

Terrible service!!! DONT GO THERE unless you want to DIE! Im the loyal customer and I come there to change my oil EVERY TIME. Yesterday, the piece of metal drop partially and hit the ground when I drove on the highway. I had to stop the car immediately and check what happen. I called road ride assistance ($100) to tow my car to the body shop. I spent $80 to do the inspection and put the metal back. The inspector said the guy changed my oil only put two screw back, and one of it wasnt tight. (There should be four). I went back to AUTOSPA today, they refuse they stole the screws and cant do anything for this (No credit, no reimbursement, NOTHING!) Like I say, dont go there, they are not ethical at all, dont put yourself in danger. I wish I can give them minus because my kids almost lose their father because of their lazy labors.

I used to take my new RAV4 to this place all the time. Until one day I took my car in to be washed and the weather stripping at the top was falling off. The manager there started arguing with me that it was super glued in place. I told him it was a new car and asked to speak to the owner. The owner wasn’t there so he handed me some paper work to fill out and told me that nothing would probably happen since it was glued in place. The owner never called and I never went back.

I been getting my inspection there for 4 years. The are very prompt. Youre basically in and out and the technicians are always friendly.

I have been trying to contact the owner of this business for weeks now. Please if you see this, I need a valid email that will respond to my messages.

I got the diamond car wash package and the inside of the car was cleaned very nicely. The outside of the car still had some dirt on the front hood. Which I was not expecting from the top of line full service wash.

Im giving low stars because i was one of 2 cars and after the 1st one went through, nobody came out for a few minutes, then asked if i was helped. Of course not since he helped the person in front and didnt come back. 2nd: I had just finished driving my car 4 states, snow debris and salt on the car; I asked do you have underbody wash...said yes (guess what, didnt seem like has underbody as no water shot up)...i explained i need everything off my car and make sure no salt/snow grime left...said no problem. Once i pulled in, they guy barely scrubbed my car, didnt power wash it down, went through the wash.when it came out, went to wipe down..after they wiped it down, i had to point out the nasty grime left on my rear bumpers and my front...very disappointing that i have to point out when im the only car there. Tire shine was on 3 out of 4 wheels, so embarrassing after driving that I have 1 tire brown and others with shine. I take pride in my BMW and 2 years old, looks new....More sad: I had to go home and wipe it down myself and redo tire shine...which I paid for. I was hoping this was car wash of my choice as I just moved here and i was looking for a wash program paying monthly.....guess they cant pay attention to simple details...and at $20; wasted my money. Guess Ill have to keep searching which is sad since this place is down the street.

I took my black 4runner there today. The cloth back seat was filled with dog hair. I got the Total Car Detail service. Well worth the money. They did awesome. My 2013 ride looks brand new and not a dog hair in site. Thank you.

I got car inspection and failed, Technician is not friendly, you will get fail for even minor issue, for which I have passed over past years, if you dont have new care with 100% perfection, go somewhere else.

The white young guy that was taking credit cards at 5:30pm on 3/9/19 was the worst customer service that I have had at any business in the last 3 years. There were 4 cars waiting in line on him and he was just standing there eating food and talking to someone else cleaning a car. Then he finally walked all slow to the first car with a swagger trying to look cool. It took him about 3 minutes more walking all slow back and forth when it is usually 30 seconds. It was my turn next. He didnt even say anything when I pulled up. He just kept eating his greasy sandwich with a mouth full. I told him what wash I wanted and he didnt say anything. He just took my card with his greasy fingers and took another bite. After charging my card he handed it back with a blank expression. I know he didnt enjoy his job, but he should enjoy it while it last as working at a car wash reception will be the peak in his life long career. I rarely leave bad reviews and I actually like this car wash. Im not going back until he is fired and then I will happily delete this review. Let the hard working Mexicans there take his job. PS: this is not a racist post as Im a white guy and my wife is Mexican. Also, I took a picture of the guy if the owner wants to contact me to verify exactly who.

As I drove up I was confused if the place was open or closed because it appeared to be there slow time which was actually perfect. I was able to pull up and view the pricing which was very visible and clear for pricing for drive-through wash or full service. When you first arrive you make your selection then pay, then you proceeded to drive through the car wash, After exiting youre distracted by sign to turn towards the full service or exit towards the self-service option. I received the full service and I must say I was extremely happy they clean the inside and the outside extremely well I will definitely be returning I have saved this car wash to my list for future use. They do a great job so they are definitely worth tipping keep up the good work guys and ladies.

I had previously rated this wash 3 stars because it is more expensive than others that provide a better wash. Down to 1 star. I usually go here anyways because it is near my home. This time I went and there was soap left all over my driver side windows. It seemed like the rinse nozzle on that side was not pressurized or was broken. I had to clean my windows when I got home. For a $10 car wash i shouldnt have to re-do anything.

Use to like this place but last couple times I was there they were grossly understaffed and resulted in a long wait and big things getting missed, they forgot to wipe down my dash and vacuum, unfortunately I didnt realize this until I was pulling away because the were rushing me out.

I’ve given this place a number of chances but I’m going to stop wasting my money here. I paid for a full detail this morning and got half of that. My rims aren’t clean, my tires still have dirt on them, I got in my car and there was a puddle of water my the gear shift... seriously? On top of that, they didn’t even dry the back of my vehicle off so it has water spots. They deeply scratched the plastic over my speedometer on my dash.. I just got this car and I’m deviated. There is still dog hair all on the floorboard and doors. This is pitiful. And when I asked to speak to a manager, no one understood me because no one speaks English. 2/10. Trust me, you’ll be disappointed.

I could ask for a place with more integrity. I watched these guy and never have try tried to up sale me something I did Not need. The are consistent and Danny always has an upbeat attitude and possible. Greats me with a handshake. It might be a little old fashion but friendly customer service is why I drive from south fr worth every time I need my oil changed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! The service is horrible and unprofessional to say the least. Took it to another place and they found my oil pan bolt was about to fall out. Oil filter was loose leaking out most of my oil. So glad it was caught in time.

I would give done star if it let me. Worst experience I have ever had here. I usually come to get a wash and the staff is amazing and does a great job. I was told that the manager Kerry was let go and the service just went down hill. Kerry is an amazing person and we had good conversation while I was waiting for my car to get washed. I guess I will have to find another car wash to go to and I will be sure to let all my friends and colleges know.

Had been using this place for a couple years on multiple vehicles for oil changes, state inspections, and washes. I was always satisfied with everything. But During an inspection, My rear view mirror broke off. The attendant must have tried to force the mirror back on to the base and that ended up putting a crack in the windshield. The attendant did not deny it broke during his inspection and that the glass was in perfect condition prior. I didnt make a big deal as it seemed they would do the right thing and at LEAST replace the glass since the attendant is the one who cracked it by trying to force the mirror back into the base. I was not worried about the mirror since that very well could have been on the verge of breaking. But not the windshield. I ended up leaving after my oil change and inspection and got a call from the manager that they would not pay for my windshield and the owner would not offer the insurance info so I could file through them. No more loyal business from me at this location.

They did a phenomenal job even at peak hours.I decided to try this place after my headphones went missing from the other car wash nearby. Lo and behold my new pair goes missing, but this time not from my car from the lobby.The suspect is a regular though, and was caught on camera.Dont be like me

We’ve been coming here for 6-7 years. They do a good job, and prices are fair for exterior and interior. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. If you’re wanting a level of service requiring a personal concierge, you can’t expect to get it from a car wash at this price point. But, I think the product value and service for the price is good. Once I was reinstalling a roof rack on my SUV immediately after getting a wash, and I slipped off the bumper and fell about 3 feet onto my back and severely sprained my ankle. Several employees rushed across the parking lot to help me out and make sure I was okay.

I have been going here for 4-5 years. Service has always been supreme and everyone here is friendly and clearly well-trained. I get my car inspected here all the time and it’s quick and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Tip: If you are getting your interior cleaned, please tip workers! I’ve seen people tip zero dollars for people who get on their hands and knees for people to have a clean and fresh car!

May, 2018 My mom and I drove both of our cars to the Car Wash. We bought a plastic card that we can refill and pay for the services. Both of us bought a package that included the exterior wash and interior vacuum. We were satisfied with the result and how quick they were in cleaning the interior. Customers are not allowed to self-vacuum their cars, but I think that makes a lot of sense from the owners/businesss perspective. Its not expensive to buy the packages anyway!We found out that some of the vacuum stations were temporarily out of order. I saw the owner and his family running around the facility, trying to have the cars washed and vacuumed as smoothly as possible. I will go here again for my next car wash.

I am literally at this Auto Spa 3 to 5 times a week. I am OCD when it comes to my car being clean. The staff is always welcoming, and always working hard, even when the wind chill temperatures are 20 Degrees!. BEST Full Service Car Wash around!!!! Thank you!

Car looks great after the total detail package!

Couldnt recommend enough. took my girlfriends car to be detailed and was impressed. took my big truck to be detailed and was even more impressed. took them about 30 minutes to make my truck look better than it has in 2 years. have to get that diamond package.

These guys did a great job detailing my car. Fast, friendly and thorough. So you may wonder why I’m only giving 3 stars, but it’s because I’m not happy with the tipping situation. There wasn’t a tip jar and when I asked, the guy circled his finger around to everyone. Well, all I had was a $5 so I just gave it to him thinking he’d distribute it, but based on the looks exchanged between everyone it was obvious I’d made a mistake. The owners need to put a tip jar or something out so that the tips are distributed evenly and fairly at the end of a shift. Once they do, I’ll revise my review.

This morning (Sunday) I took my Escape in for an Interior Detail (included an exterior wash). My interior had been neglected. They did a great job. Eighty-five dollars ($85) was more than a reasonable price for shampooing the seats and carpets, deep cleaning the interior, and a good outside wash (including tire black).

Best carwash in Carrollton, do an excellent job and everytime I go they take their time and are very thorough, all the staff are very pleasant and friendly.Can also get you State Inspection and oil changed while you wait.Thumbs out

WARNING!! THEFT! An employee stole a small bag of jewelry, earrings, from my truck. When we searched the truck we found the employee removed the cupholder and bag of earrings. The staff found the cupholder empty on the cart used by employees rather than in the truck. But no one remembered hownthe cupholder was removed from the truck. No follow up provided by management after many days, other than to say, Sorry. Disgraceful! BEWARE!!

I need both an oil change and inspection. Started off with one guy telling me to park in one lane and another telling me the other lane. They take the oil dipstick out and told me I had a buildup of engine sludge from Infrequent oil changes and cheaper oil. I told him that wasnt possible as they are both done with high quality oil and on time. He rolled his eyes and ugh as he walked away. When it was time to pay he was very short with me. Sign here youre done and opened the door for me. I asked if everything was in my car yeah. Oh I need your sticker . My radio stations were changed, oil light reminder not reset. Overall the professionalism could use some tweaking.

I paid for a full detail inside and out after taking a trip to Mexico. My car was filthy!When they returned it to me it was just like I had just bought my car all over again. My dashboard and mats were shiny and they buffed the exterior with wax. Will go again!

Today was definitely an exception. After they finished my car I proceeded to drive back to work, less then 3 minutes away. Its was bright out my car was shiny, didnt think to fully inspect my car especially after previously receiving great service. When I leaving to head home in my car I noticed there was something on my window, thought maybe from a big or bird but I was driving and I couldnt really tell. Once I got home I went to clean the spot of the window to discover it was a chip in my windshield which definitely was present before. Upon further inspection I notice my entire car from the from bumper, grill, hood, windshield, top of car/sunroom and allThe was down to the back bumper is covered in chips. One area of the paint appeared to have some small metal fragment within the chip. Being that I bough this car 2 months ago, I am 100 % positive that these chips were not present before. Im incredibly meticulous about my car because it is new and I want it staying nice. It is washed weekly and never have these chips been present. I immediately find my receipt and contact the car wash and request to speak with a manager. After explaining whats going on and the taking my information, I am told they have to watch and review some video footage and will be contacting you. I am aware I called about 20 minutes before closing but this is pretty serious and I feel it should have been reviewed and I should have received a call immediately, closing or not. I plan on getting and estimate for repair and presenting it to them so they can do the right thing and I do hope I get a phone call tomorrow. If anyone else had their cars washed at this location around 2:58pm and had a similar issue, please contact the company immediately. I cant be the only one whos vehicle came out looking like this, its bad. I have included a picture of the chip containing a metal fragment. With my car being silver and shiny it was unable to get any additional pictures that show the additional damage. Very disappointed at this point. I will update review once I hear back from them.Update: spoke to a manager in person today who denied everything and stated there was no way that could have happened at their facility. Anything that touched my vehicle could absolutely chip and scratch my windshield and paint. Of course the business owner is nowhere to be found. They haven’t seen the last of me! I plan on getting and estimate and fighting this. It is ridiculous to deny something that is so obviously the fault of their machines. They could have handled it professionally but it seems they would rather do it the hard way. I plan to make sure all of carrollton is aware of the services they provide that they don’t stand behind. I plan on contacting a local news channel along with pursuing small claims court over this.

I had an accident in the middle of machine. My car and front car wasnt break and anything, but my car hit the front car for some reason. The front car owner said he felt his car got out of track and stopped. And he had to drive to get out of machine. The owner of this business said they have no responsibility for this accident so both of us should take care of it. Dont go this place, you will hit by other car and have to fix your car with our money.
