I needed towing for a transmission issue. Our repair guy recommended TCR, so I called them. The driver, David, was extremely professional and courteous. We live in a rural area, park and drive across the lawn to get to our animals, and he actually asked if he could drive on the grass. No driver has ever asked this before, even when the car to be towed is parked on the grass. David also talked me through what he was doing and when the rear tires wouldnt roll properly, he told me what he thought it was (he was right), and asked me to sign a damage waiver, which I was very willing to sign. Everybody I talked to from David, to the Supervisor I told about David, was professional, warm and friendly. Thank you TCR, great job!

On time and great price.

Had to get a car pulled out of a ditch tonight and my insurance roadside assistance failed me. Called TCR Towing & Recovery and Todd was dispatched to take care of me. Not only did he get the car out of a deep ditch, he did it without a single scratch. I also appreciated his personality as we assessed the situation and came up with a plan of extraction. Thanks to Todd for the rescue.

Work for bremen pd and take advantage of people. 250 impound fees and 300 to sweep up debris from wrecks. Then they try to take your car if you cant pay. Some lawyers and media outlets need to get a hold of stories like the crooks at tcr

I would have given 0 stars but that was not an option. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Some of the nastiest people I have ever met works here. Let me first start with the BOSSS WIFE. She was extremely rude and mean to me. She has the worst attitude and I was nothing but nice and respectful to her. She had the nerve to tell me that her word is final because she is the bosss wife. The workers are incompetent and are not helpful at all. Also, after my car was towed it was making noises like they had messed something up. Plus, there are scratches on it now. They would not let me use my card to pay for the towing fee so I went to get cash. When I brought the cash they did not even have change to give me. This was really inconvenient. I am not from here and my bank is a local bank that is more than 2 hours away. So I had to pay additional fees just to get that cash. Also, the bosss wife told me, before I came that I could use my tag receipt to get my car but when I gave it to her she changed her mind and said that I had to bring other proof of ownership. She was extremely unprofessional and petty. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! The boss’s wife has no respect for others. She was horrible to me and my sister.

Nice CAPABLE trucks. These guys are the down-home, good-ol courteous country folks that we all know & love, but seem to have a shortage of these days! They are a breath of fresh air, considering the lack of southern hospitality & manners & respect among people how-a-days! Good Job TCR! Keep It Up Guys!

Was a little high on pricing, however they were one out of 6 others that would toe on Sunday Thank You.

My son ran off road with his F 150 and a small air compressor. So they sent two trucks one for truck and one for compressor. He was only 10 feet off shoulder down a small bank. Only took a few minutes to load both truck and compressor. Charge me 600.00 for both tows. Actually took truck two miles or less to my shop. Took compressor about 10 miles to Carrollton. They are way to expensive and just took advantage of the situation. I do a lot of business in area having trucks and equipment towed. Will never use them again. Had a truck towed from Norcross to Carrollton today. 260.00 big difference in companies.

They are a RIP off all the way around and the lady in the main office is rude & unprofessional

Got the job done, 155$ to go about 30 miles for a heavy Dodge 3500, didnt seem unreasonable when you need it done. Called to get a quote and they came out in about 30 minutes.

They impounded my car and didnt inform me and left my parts at the sight which it was stolen! And when i tried to pick it up at 1pm no one would see me! The place is open 8:00am- 5pm!

Very prompt and fair

A family member had their vehicle impounded on their lot in Carrolton, and these guys were about as professional as a vulture on road kill. They quoted family one price and then me over the phone 1000 miles away a much higher price.I would never recommend these scumbags. I only gave one star because its the lowest it would let me give.

All they care about is the money. They dont realize they do business with people.
