Absolutely great towing service. My car broke down on the fourth floor of a very narrow parking garage. Marvin showed up in 30 minutes and was an very polite and professional. Got my car hooked up and out to my mechanic in no time. Special low clearance tow truck was key as our ceilings were below 7 feet. Definitely using these guys going forward.

They were very rude and unprofessional, I was going there to retrieve my personal belongings out of my car a few days after having a horrible car wreck that left me with a broken knee and on crutches. The man in the front advised me to walk into the yard and he would allow my friends car to enter the tow yard. It was clear that I could not carry my belongings back to the front but another employee literally started yelling that my friends car could not be in the towing yard. I explained to him that I was just trying to get my things and needed my friend to drive to the back so I could get her to place my belongings in her car for me because I clearly could not carry them to the front myself. He continued to yell and be aggressive about the situation. Which was uncalled for. We were eventually allowed to enter the tow yard and I was able to get my things.. Later I was advised that the guy was a supervisor for the company. Its a shame they have this kind of leadership running this company.

Kay Kay was easy to talk to and though professional had a smile and made the process so easy. Got my Softail and was back on road in minutes. Pssst... I hope I spelled her name right...

Very helpful especially the red headed truck driver that stayed late so that there would be someone there to escort me back behind the gate to get my property out of a friends impounded vehicle.

I was going to use their service, but the guy was so rude On the phone I said forget it.

These guys are not the friendliest. That’s got to be expected in the line of work they are in. They are however very fast. Processing the paperwork out took 5 minutes. The car was returned 5 minutes after that. I would give 5 stars but the Parking lot is dangerously dark at night. They do something about that to protect the people that don’t have to wait too long for a car to be delivered.

Theyve towed my BMW several times (go figure lol... Typical BMW) anyways the cars pretty low and they got it up with no scrapes everytime. 👌

Driving home, their driver was going at least 60mph in a 40mph zone. He sped up and tailgated drivers, cut me off so I had to slam on my breaks. He was weaving in and out of traffic. Completely dangerous. Called the office and spoke to a young lady, she could care less. Wouldnt even apologize or say shed address the matter. Next call is to the Dallas PD.

They were nice and straight forward with me even though the cops towed my car.

My car decided it didn’t want to go to work today, so I had a rough start to the day. My body shop recommended Graham’s. I shopped around quickly to determine who had a good price, they were in the middle but had a good presence on the phone, so I chose them above cheaper services. Marvin came out and was very professional, cared about my vehicle and keeping it from damage. With quick service and a caring attitude, I was able to get my car towed and kept stress low all while getting to work as quickly as possible. Great job!

Whoever was towing the black Malibu the night of 5/16 had no business going 80 on a service road, 90 on the highway and not signaling. Dangerous for other drivers and recklessly putting that Malibu at risk of damage.

They need training on customer service

I was driving down a one way alley to my job and their truck driver was in the parking lot. He told me to back all the way out of the one way alley for him. I tried to move out of the way, he squeezed me into the curb, and ended up popping my tire. He left and I called his company begging for help, whether it was a complimentary drive to get a new tire or whatever. The guy on the phone would not approve and told me he would not send me to a manager. He just hung up the phone. I literally just paid for 4 new tires before this incident and am hurting for money. They truly have the worst customer service. They left me stranded.

I have used this service a couple of times over the past five years, and each time the drivers were courteous and professional. This morning was a flat tire on the tollway. They had a driver there in twenty minutes and he made quick work of changing it. A little expensive, but more than worth it because it got done much quicker than I could have on my own. Also kept me clean for work. Thankfully I dont have to use them often, but I always keep the number stowed away for a bad day.

Fast, prices r reasonable

On Friday, 1/10/2020 I had a blow out on I35E heading south from work going home We were under a tornado watch the temperature was dropping and raining. I phoned Allstate for roadside assistance. Turns out a dispatch was cancelled and no one wanted to help. When I heard my tire blow out I got in the far right lane, not realizing it was the exit lane #446 for Frankford Rd / Dickerson Pkwy. I made several calls trying to get help and everyone said the same thing you are not in a safe place and we dont have the correct equipment to help. I have a flat what special equipment do you need. When I called 911 then finally after 3 hrs in my car the Carrollton police arrive. I was told by my insurance company to call them. The officer said we dont change flats. He offered to call the towing company they use which is Grahams wrecker service. About 20 mins later the tow truck arrived. My insurance company said if I could get to a safe place they would tow me home. I drive 40 miles one way for work. The driver took me to a Texaco station which was no more than 2 miles and if he dropped me there the towing estimate was ouch $142. I called Allstate who told me they could reimburse up to $125 and my estimated wait was a hour. I wanted to be home so bad got an estimate of $250 to drive 37 miles to get me home. I thank God for keeping me safe arrived at my house at 1am. I dropped my policies home and car with Allstate. The cost was ridiculously expensive but I was just glad I finally had some help.

DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE. THE DRIVER THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME, AFTER THE DEALERSHIP CONFIRMED THEY WERE PAYING FOR THE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE THEN HE KEPT MY KEYS. IF ANYTHING, HE WAS STEALING, JUSTIN WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SUPERVISOR SAID THE DRIVER’S NAME WAS J.D. J.D LOOKED CRAZY, SO I KNEW IT WOULD BE A PROBLEM. Dont trust them. After more than 8 hours with a broken down truck, we finally cancelled. The reason we didnt do it sooner was because every time we called, they led us to believe their ETA was within 90 minutes.I doubt they ever tried. My husband finally called with them saying they didnt have enough trucks.....IN 8 HOURS!?!?On top of it all the man on the phone had the nerve to call my husband young man and proceeded to raise his voice at my husband who was just trying to get our truck towed to a shop before it closed for the day.As a customer my husband felt very disrespected and insulted. The lack of respect from this company is appalling. We are in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and letting our roadside service through our insurance company know that they should cancel whatever contract they have with them as they are extremely unreliable.**This review was created 2 years ago. The workers are very slow. Yeah. JUST SO SLOW LIKE A SNAIL. If your car is towed by this poor company, RIP. You should wait for an hour to get your own back. Had a stellar experience. Totaled my car, called this place and they had a driver on scene within the hour. Went above and beyond, backing the tow truck up to our driveway in a narrow alley. Driver was very personable, would highly recommend.

Tony towed my car to the dealership David McDavid Honda in Irving. He was kind, respectful and helpful. FAST too. I had dealt with 4 other tow companies before I got to Graham Towing. The others were not nice and not good at listening on what type of truck was needed to enter a parking garage. Very pleased with the service. ON TIME as well.

Alittle high but easiest impound to deal with

Incompetent unprofessional racists. They quoted one price when all the vehicle details and pickup specifications were provided over the phone. When they arrived the driver demanded over 4 times the agreed upon price and the was violent, aggressive and scary. He was making several racial remarks and screamed profanity at me and said his dispatchers didn’t know “SH!T”. I waited over 3 hours and was fearful of this mans agression. Stay away at all cost.

Rude, inattentive, $389 for a 3 mile tow.

The parking is almost non existent the actual building you enter has a little area the size of a dog run so if more then one person enters its like being in a sardine can. The staff wasnt very friendly and we had to wait an extremely long time for someone to show us to her sons vehicle to get proof of insurance out of the car and while we sat there waiting staff had no problem helping others and coming to the gate for packages and trucks with drivers that hadnt even checked in. I found the whole experience distasteful and totally lacking in any kind of friendliness.

Ive known Bobby Graham for over 30 years. I was his father Jesses notary when they were at their original location on Broadway in Carrollton. I owned Scottys Wrecker Service on Old Denton Road and we retired and closed a few years ago. Although we were competitors we are always good friends. They have contracts with many cities in Carrollton and the surrounding areas. They operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They are friendly, honest, and dependable. One of thier drivers almost hit my family running a red light on frankford and Kelly. After running the red light and speeding down frankford I manage to snap a photo of the license plate. He then was weaving in and out of cars. I already reported to police. If this is the level of this companies professional drivers you need to find better ones. License of the truck T71-94G last seen speeding down Frankford heading for Marsh.

No help after my SUV was totaled by a 18 wheeler. I was hospitalized and by the time I was able to get to the wrecking yard, the cost was so high, I couldnt afford it. The semi that hit me was a hit and run. The staff could of cared less, all about the money and screwing the victims over.

If I could rate a 0 that is what my rating would be, my sons car was towed by this company.When we went to get his car his spare tire, car jack and a pair of gucci reading glasses ($500) were stolen out of his car, I told my son to make a police report of the stolen items and if you leave the car there for more than 24 hrs they charge a fee of $50.00 to mail you a letter about your car total bill was 223.00. The car was in the lot for 1 1/2 days. When we called about IT we were not told about the exta fees either. We could have picked up the car right away but we decided to wait till after work the next day. BEWARE THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES!!!and he had damage to his bumper and under his car too!!

Towed my car while I was sitting 20 feet away after parking it near a side entrance to bring 7 large bags inside. (Had every intention not to leave it more than 60-90 seconds but everyone makes mistakes sometimes.)Remembered soon after within an hour kf finishing a shower only to be out a grand total of $160.They didnt even have the courtesy to ask the hotel who the car belonged to. (Even though this towing company knows they keep the license plates listed on file under the room number.)Instead they just wanted to tow it ASAP.The staff is of course generally curt and non-sympathetic, even if just for a token sense of conversational empathy.I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because I once worked for a towing company so I know how long the hours are and they do work hard for their money.At the same time so do I and this really set me back.

If your car has been inpounded well get ready. It cost us $ 300.00 to get the car out and another $ 70.00 dollars so the can pull it out the gate which was 50 from the door. Unprofessional group of people.
