Got an insulting quote of $895 to tow my truck 45 minutes away. (Ended up getting the same job done for $250 elsewhere) don’t waste your time they’re expensive for no reason

They towed my vehicle they are so professional and so nice they took cared me and my SUV i recommend this company if you need a tow in the near future I definitely will be using them in the near future...

All I wanted was a price quote on how much it would cost to tow a car half a mile down the street. I didnt even expect it to be an exact quote, I just requested a ballpark figure. The guy laughed and hung up on me. Screw this place!

The CLC Towing Carrollton guy were very professional, kept me updated on the status of my car and arrived quickly.

Having never in my life used a recovery service, I would not have expected to need to do so twice within 3 months! Once again outstanding, friendly service and great advice. I would recommend CLC Towing in Carrollton, TX to anyone, though I do hope I dont have reason to use them again for awhile. If I do, I will be straight on the phone without hesitation.

Horrible experience. Had a blowout last night during the storm. The guy told me it was 89 dollars to order the tow and it would be about an hour for the tow due to weather. I also was told that there would be a per mile charge over this amount and that the driver would give me the break down and I’d settle up once complete. The tow took 2 hours because “their systems” went down. They even called back and asked if I still needed a tow. When they finally showed up an hour after the second phone call, the truck had a different name. Now I know a lot of these places have vendors, so fine, not a big deal, and get towed to Discount Tire. When complete, I ask if I need to settle up, and the driver says “it’s what I agreed to in the phone and I can call back and give my email for an invoice”. This is where I messed up, I should have asked for an exact amount, but I never expected a 214 dollar charge for three miles. When I called this morning for a breakdown, the guy says he can’t give it to me but the driver can. However, he acted surprised that the driver didn’t go over it with me. When I said it appeared to be a vendor, he said “No, he was my guy.” He then said that I was charged less than 4 miles, but how could he know that if he didn’t have a breakdown? I asked for an itemized invoice, and provided my email. Of course, it hasn’t been sent. Stay away or if in an emergency, get a full quote upfront.

Im a fan. Always professional, always full of humor to brighten what would otherwise be a terrible day, and always on the spot with the best equipment in town. Definitely will request CLC Towing anytime I have a need.

VERY FAST AND VERY GOODedit: actually they kinda got me. didn’t really explain how much i’d paying in total. they charge you upfront in case of cancellation it then tell me i’m going to be reimbursed. idk i was confused. they always told me two separate prices instead of just telling me my total outright. i feel like i got played. i mean but they still fast and did a good job i guess.

I desperately need a Custom Show Corvette moved from Twenty First Century Muscle Cars in Addison, TX to my home about 40 miles away. The vehicle was worth a tremendous amount of money and I needed to be reassured several times that the technicians moving the vehicle were indeed professionals and kid gloves would be used. The technician who was assigned was very much the professional and took extreme care of my Baby. He was dressed very nicely and was extremely polite in his dealing with me.There is no doubt in my mind I would not hesitate to call CLC towing if I ever need extreme care in moving any of my vehicles.Thank You CLC Towing!!

I was not given an exact quote over the phone prior to booking and that should have been a major red flag. I am now out of $164 and initially they tried to charge me $188 for the tow. After talking to the driver they discounted $24 which is actually nothing. The driver actually didnt work for the company he was just contracted. I had my car towed 4 miles within the same city. They did not advise me of the possibility of addional other charges if they had trouble loading the car. I do not reccomend any one book with them ESPECIALLY WOMEN THEY ARE NOT WOMEN FRIENDLY.

I was quoted $129 on the phone, but was charged $214 for a tow that was only going less than 1/2 a mile. If they wouldve been more upfront about their pricing, I would have been better informed. When I called them to dispute the charges, the man that answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me.I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS BAIT AND SWITCH NONSENSE AS WELL AS THEIR DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR!

How do these people sleep at night ? My first time ever to need a tow truck. I called and the man told me there would be a $89.00 security deposit in case I cancelled before they arrived. I told him I couldn’t afford that so he dropped the deposit to $59.00. My tow was within 10 miles so that cost was a flat cost of $30.00. Some sort of other $95.00 charge. Grand total $184.00. He explained that the $59.00 charge would be credited back to my debit once my car was towed. The final cost would be $125.00. I asked him twice to confirm the final cost is $125.00 and he assured me. He told me he had a truck close and could I be there in 15 minutes. I had to scramble at work and get someone to drive me to my car. I waited 2 hours! I called twice and both times they told me he was on the way. The guy finally showed and towed my car. After I drove the car off the tow truck and by the way I also drove it up on the tow truck. My radiator had a hole. He charged my card $184.00 and I signed. The driver swiped my card again and told me he was crediting my card the $59.00 and when I asked how soon it would hit my account he said immediately and I with receive a receipt by text. Well I’m 6 days in and nothing. I’ve called 4 times and today the guy was rude and told me I signed for the $184.00 and if the driver swiped my card twice the credit would be showing in my account. Basically calling me a liar! He told me he would call the driver and call me back ! Never happened. They are the liars ! Shame on this company!!! Please do not use this tow company! There are plenty of others.

Finally a towing company with some class! When I broke down in Dallas, I was pretty much already a wreck! I called a couple of companies but they gave me ridiculous wait times. I wish I had called CLC first! A polite young man named Danny got to me quickly and was happy to tow me all the way back to Arlington. I appreciate the wonderful customer service and will recommend this company to everyone I know!

My experience with CLC Towing was spectacular. From the moment I made call to the service that was provided, was wonderful. Customer service was friendly and caring. The vehicle was being towed from the collision center to the residence, due to XY reasons I was already frustrated, and hoping that the service from the towing wouldnt be another hassle, yes it took a while, but thats understanding First Call, First serve. With all that being said, the price was reasonable, gracias CLC!

If I could rate it lower I would. They sent a driver from the most expensive tow company around and they would not honour the price quoted on the phone for a tow. The driver kept trying to hook the vehicle even after telling him to wait. Finally I had to cancel the tow and was told they are going to charge me anyway. This is being disputed with the bank since they didnt tow and didnt honor the price quoted.

My car overheated as I was pulling into work. I called this towing service and the people were friendly and helpful. John was my driver and we drove from irving to mesquite. He is a safe driver and wonderful to speak to. I will use them again in any towing emergency.

TERRIBLE!!! Very rude people over the phone. the driver literally did not give me the invoice after towing the car, and he told me he gave it to my brother but when I asked my brother he never got it. Later that night, I called them, and asked them if they can give me my invoice they asked me to give my email, and they said they will send the invoice after the driver comes, so they told me to check in the morning to see I received my invoice. I checked in the morning and have not received the invoice, so I called again and asked for the invoice, but surprisingly they told me that we cannot give you the invoice because you got a tow service yesterday, and you shouldve got it from the driver, so I NEVER got a breakdown for the prices that I paid. VERY RUDE PEOPLE!Also, If the owner sees my message can you please provide me with your phone number because your employees refuse to let me talk to a supervisor or the owner.

After a long day of work I get on 635 and just my luck I got a flat. Fortunately your company did great in assisting me! After calling multiple ignorant towers I realized I should have called you guys first. Your driver needs a raise for his obsolete service. They made me pay $50 up front just to call. I asked for a tow truck and they sent a locksmith instead of a tow truck. I kept asking for a tow truck and not a locksmith. Finally I just cancelled the truck and wanted a refund but they said they do no refunds at all even though they provided me with absolutely no service at all.

The people on the phone are pushy and rude. All I wanted was an unwrecked and completely driveable vehicle towed ~30 miles. That shouldnt be too hard to calculate. I dont want to hear its $x for a basic charge plus $y for a basic tow plus $z per mile after that. Give me a total. I know exactly how far it is from point A to point B. When I pressed for an ballpark estimate based off mileage they hung up on me. Thats pretty shady.

It was really late, I was going to drive back home and unfortunately I found out I had a flat tire I didnt have a spare tire called this guys and have them all my information in 30 minutes the to a truck driver was already there, he loaded my car in 10 min using special equipment(I have a low sport car), he was very kind and professional, ill definitely recommend those guys. It was about 11 pm on Saturday night My car broke done on the hwy, called few towing companies most of them didnt answer the only company that did answer said they can have there guy in 2 hours, until i called CLC, they answer the phone in 4 seconds, 25 min after i finished the call with dispatcher, the tow truck driver got to me within 25 min, He was quick professional and Kind, I wish i will not need to use this kind of service before, but if i will, Ill definitely call these company.
