The owner is childish and very unprofessional he still owes me money. He said he mailed my check and didnt so straight up lied and blocked my number I feel sorry for anyone that works for this guy.

They are unprofessional people. They will keep you waiting on the road for hours and keep on saying towing will arrive in 1 hr. We waited for 3 hrs yet no tow vehicles. If you call the number listed they will keep on saying 1 hr( that’s too after 3 hrs of wait). RUDE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. It is Waste of time. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

Should have picked up my car at 6. Didn’t get to the tire shop until 7:30pm when the tire shop was closing. Wish I would have read reviews first. Wouldn’t recommend!

After being refused service by the first company because their seat belts couldnt carry children, Triple A sent Speedway out to help us. They arrived as quickly as they could and got us home safe with no issues. I will remember them in the future.

Being in the automotive industry for 20 years I have conducted business with all types.Got to say the guys were on que from the initial call to dispatch to the drop off of my vehicle. My driver Torey, was fast, thorough and professional.They were quick to get to me and updated me all the way to my location via app.Really impressed and would strongly recommend these guys.

Great service

After multiple calls and 3+ hours, the dispatcher informed me that I had been farmed out to another wrecking service, and given their number. No record of my pickup at the other service. Wasted pretty much an entire day with this group.

Faster, cheaper and more courteous than their competitors. Ash got me off the side of the road and driving within an hour, while i was still waiting on other tow companies to find an available driver.

Getting stuck on the side of the road is not fun and frustrating. Many of the towing companies we called before speedway towing tried to take advantage of our situation and gave us outrageous and unclear prices. Speedway gave us a flat price and they came fairly quick. The driver was very nice and professional, the truck was clean, and the all process of towing my car to the dealership went very smooth. The driver even dropped me after at nearby Starbucks where I waited for my ride. Overall I really liked their service, and I highly recommend calling them if you ever needs a tow.

The driver Michael made it under 15 min to us, took & carfulcar loaded our lexus Is250 on a flat bed drove us home. He was nice and deserves a good review. As for the company I hope you treat this man well because he knew what he was doing and did it in a timely manner. 👍 Thank you Michael

Show up fast and got the job done at a good price. Called Rons towing before calling them and the price was higher and I waited for a long time and called back and they seemed to have no record of me needing a tow truck so they got a bunch of clowns dispatching at Rons Towing, Next I called Lindy Lott and they suck, wanted a million bucks and long wait time. Speedway is the way to go

Ridiculously expensive, and opportunistic.When I called, they said it would be 20 minutes. Ended up taking an hour. Never quoted me a price, so I assumed it would be market rate. It was $180 to tow a 9 minute drive.

The customer service here is at a ZERO! I just called and the guy hung up on me. Guys name is John. Before I could finish my statement as to why I called. Called again and he was even more of jerk

Horrible service they said 20mins and it took 40mins had me stuck on the highway for to long. Use a different tow truck service.
