Extremely deceitful body shop that likes to find new things to bill you on for as long as you’ll let them. I’ve had a vehicle in repair for 3 months, over a month after my guaranteed completion date, and they’re still finding new things wrong. They are dishonest and your weekly updates are all false. Even my insurance company is looking into red flags on their end.

They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and when it would be ready. I was very satisfied with the completed work. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs bodywork on their vehicle.

Wrens Body Shop did a spectacular job on my 2008 Acura RDX. Got this car in beautiful condition with very low mileage last October. I was rear ended in this car and you cant even see anything indicating it was hit! Sent my truck to them to fix my rear and front bumper. Neither of them line up properly, also under my front wheel wells they left the screws out and the cover over my radiator. After hooking a trailer up I realized the lights didn’t work. I had to completely redo the wiring for my trailer hookup as they shortened several wires together and cut some completely in half. Will not send my truck back or recommend to anyone.

Best and easiest body shop in the Carrollton area. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Love the ability to get a rental car (Enterprise) on site, makes a stressful situation much easier.

Dropped my car off and was told 6 days for repairs to be completed. 2 weeks later, still not finished. They called me and told me that the replacement parts (hood and front fender) were painted and they were putting it back together. I became curious and stopped by the shop only to find that the parts were not painted and my car was still in pieces. I will never use them again for any reason!!
