We were hit by the hail storm back in February and like most people were inundated with companies wanting our business. This is the place for dent repair. Revive was able to fix a couple of door dings that a different shop said they couldn’t do and would need body work for it. Dane repaired the door fast and the finished result looked perfect. I jokingly accused him of replacing the door, I was that happy with the outcome. Very good people and made me feel welcome while I waited for my Jeep. These guys are truly top notch.

Well the hail damage to my vehicle was repaired great job, theres a but I had a DVD player damage during the process they replaced it great gesture, this falls squarely on me I found a damage rear door panel it looks like it was improperly installed, I also suspect my headliner may have been cut to remove to repair the roof damage, I realize its late in the game but I would have wished that his crew wouldve taking a bit more pride in their work

As far as the car goes, they did an INCREDIBLE job. My car was really beat up, had thousands and thousands of dollars of damage and it looks brand new now. The loaner car was nice and they take care of it all. I didn’t spend a dime the entire time. My only minor complaint is I was told it would take 10 days on the high end and it ended up taking 25. When I called after 10 days I was told “today or tomorrow” when I called after 14 days I was told “today or tomorrow” and after 20 days I was told the same. I also realize it was around the holidays and some of those days were days off.All in all, I highly recommend getting your car repaired here. They did a fantastic job.

So the time presented itself of the need to repair automobile damage to my car. I never write reviews but I just had to tell the world about what just happened. I have never been treated this way before. First off, don’t you know that customer service is the most import thing when it comes to running a business? I called you 5 minutes ago and you politely told me to come by whenever was best for me and I told you I was 5 minutes away and Tyler (the owner) told me he looked forward to seeing me in a few minutes to take a look at my door dings to give me quote. What’s with the kindness big guy.... don’t make me feel so special! So I get there and not only was I greeted with the cutest, most friendly puppy I’ve ever met, (How did you know I liked puppies?) but Dane and Tyler both came to take a look at my car. And instead of selling me on immediately working on the car - they had the audacity to check with their expert and see if the repair was even possible with my car / paint. What is with these guys. So as I had to wait for 10 minutes in their lobby after being offered a water and playing with the puppy, Dane comes strutting back in and tells me he’s done with the car. What do you mean you’re done?!? That wasn’t long enough to fix my car!!! I had three maybe four door dings on my Matte paint job, on my rear quarter panel - on an S63 AMG coupe..... not the easiest car to access anything....... sooooooo. How could you be done - IM A WALK-IN Dane!!!! I have to wait longer than this, plus you’re depriving me of puppy play time. Unfortunately they were done and the car looked perfect!I genuinely could not be happier with Revive and am already thinking about when I can take my other car to be fixed and looking like new again.If it’s a door ding, hail damage, or even paint repair - I have full confidence in this shops ability given the experience I just had - I will be a lifetime customer from now on.

I had no intentions of fixing the hail damage on mine & my wifes car anytime soon, but when Brendan, one of their members, shared with me how quick and painless it would be and their business model, I had no reason to say no. They provided us with rental cars (dropped them off and took away our cars) and even squared everything away with our insurance company.They truly went above and beyond on my car and fixed all the damages it had. The team was responsive to communication, specially Brendan, as he was always available to answer my questions and provide me updates on the process upon request.The process took longer than anticipated, but I believe our insurance company certainly played a part in it.So I would 100% recommend this team, and say if you ever have Any hail damage on your car, do NOT hesitate to reach out to them.My only recommendation to the team is to improve on the time estimate provided and their active communication - reach out to your customer when a certain stage has passed (i.e. Insurance signs off, or you begin working on the car) and provide updated repair [time] estimates.

After we scheduled a time, his team showed up the next day with a rental and they took both cars that had hail damage. A week later the cars where back and they took their rental. One of the Revive employees knocked on my door and explained how they could help repair the hail damage on my car for no money out of my own pocket. They explained how the process worked and how they would assist me in every step of the way, including securing and delivering a rental to me while my car was being repaired. I wouldn’t have to do anything and it would cost me nothing. It almost sounded to good to be true, but it made sense to me once it was explained and I decided to have some faith and allow them to prove what they offered. I’m really glad I did as they were top class from the moment I met them to the moment the delivered my repaired car back to me. I literally did nothing other than connect then with my insurance company and they did everything else for me. It took basically 2 phone calls from start to finish and that’s all the effort it took on my part to get my car fixed with genuinely no cost to me. They delivered a nice rental to me that met my standards and took care of everything for me. I was more than impressed with the way they handled everything and I would recommend them to anyone.

From what I’m reading here the service is outstanding, however, their continued showing up at our front door is very frustrating and feels like borderline harassment. They have sent different employees out for the last year after being told every time “we are not interested/concerned with fixing our hail damaged (minor) cars” by both myself and my husband. Just had an employee show up again just minutes ago. I eventually even had to block their phone number/texts as after being told several times nicely that we were not interested. I blocked the number after I was told “ha ha, nice trick!” When they last texted. This is DEFINITELY not a way to procure new business at all no matter how great your work and doesn’t make us want to ever use this business. Just because you’re peddling a service doesn’t mean I have to take you up on it.

I got my car back with scratches on my bumper after arguing with J about it they took the car back to repaint the bumpers over a week later I got the car back and noticed a different scratch on my front bumper.I also received a charge on my card from enterprise for toll fees( I never ride tolls) now I’m wondering if I will receive more toll fees in the mail for my vehicles.My husband got his car back in perfect condition with no complaints but my experience was not as good.They will give you a reimbursement check and “waive” the deductible which is no OOP cost.The owner recently sent a check for $300 for the bumper repair. It’s not about the money to me it’s principal I would prefer my car be like it was but I can’t keep dealing with this company.

Somebody from this company rang our doorbell at 8:30 at night after my kids have gone to bed and was talking to me about a car in the street that had some hail damage. When I let him know it was not my car, he continued to press me if somebody in the house owned the car and one of the hail damage fixed. Please, stop sending people door to door late at night ringing our doorbell’s when we need to be taking care of our family. I understand that you need to make a business in to do that you have to have customers, but there has to be a limit of decency as well

The process of getting my hail damage repaired was extremely quick and stress free. Brandon Begin did everything from filing the insurance claim, to delivering the car to and from my home. These folks are awesome!! Had two vehicles that had hail damage from the Oct storm 2019. One truck is a work truck that was used for delivering pipe and had some dents. But when got the truck back good an cab of truck looked brand new. Now the most impressive vehicle have 2009 F150 it got hail damage also and it looking tired. Got back and it looks almost new! Awesome job gentlemen and thank you. If you new work done use these folks you will no be disappointed.

By far the easiest and best repairs I’ve had done. They took care of everything when it came to getting the hail damage on my truck from contacting the insurance company to getting me a rental and delivering my vehicle to me once it was completed. It came back as if morning had ever happened to it. Def recommend and will use in the future again.

The work done was excellent. They even touched up a couple of small items not in the quote, but just made the over all work better. My hail chipped paint on the running boards and roof looked like new. I had a couple of concerns when they brought the car back, and they investigated, and while it was not related to their work, they addressed them with no additional cost. Great customer service.

They did a great job on a few door dings and buffed out some clear coat scratches. It looks like the shop is well equipped with the right tools and the techs have sharp eyes. They took my vehicle in, put the light on it and found and marked every ding (many I hadn’t seen) even though I didn’t have all of them repaired. Very professional.

When it comes to hail repair, this is the only company that you should do business with. The entire process by far exceeded my expectations. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars at a body shop, it took 30 minutes and they knocked it out. The were very helpful and courteous. She took care of everything, worked around my crazy schedule, and even went out of her way to have my tire fixed before dropping the car back off to me. The experience all around was excellent

So for the second year in a row I’ve called Paul after it’s hailed on my car. The first time was very little damage compared to the second time. Both times they took such amazing care of everything! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of my car! I’ve also referred many friends/neighbors to get their cars repaired from them as well. If you have hail damage this is the best place to go! Also make sure to ask for Paul! He’s Awesome!

Brandon was so easy to work with and did a great job on my BMW. He picked up my car at my house and at my convenience, leaving me a loaner car to use while he had mine. He handled all the insurance issues, and brought back my car spotless again at my convenience. I would recommend him and Revive to anyone.

Brandon and the team at Revive went above and beyond on my truck. The customer service was incredible and he made it one of the easiest repair jobs I have ever done. They came and picked up my rental and dropped my truck off to my house when it was finished. The attention to detail and professionalism was like none other Ive ever seen. After I had a bad experience with estimates with an initial hail repair shop, Revive Auto Hail Repair provided a much more positive experience. The hail storm that hit at the end of March was my first experience with the kind of damage such storms can cause. Two of my cars were damaged and the insurance company wrote up some quotes and gave a couple of recommendations as far as shops. As you can imagine, there were several attempts by various auto hail repair shops to solicit the business. One actually left a handwritten note on a sticky saying sorry about your car, please call me.... I thought this attempt to gain my business by fooling me into thinking they hit my car, was low and lacked integrity, but I digress.I made an appointment with Service King and it was gonna be a done deal. One Saturday, Joe from Revive Auto Hail Repair knocked on my door. My wife told him that we already had plans for the repair but took his business card anyway. A few minutes later, I called Joe just to get some perspective on how this stuff works. He was still in the neighborhood so he came back to the house.Long story short, Joe was a pleasure to speak to and I felt very comfortable speaking with him. Thus, I went with Revive. They were very helpful, easy to talk to, and they did a wonderful job with the repairs. I cannot recommend Joe and Revive enough.

Revive did a nice job repairing hail damage on two of our vehicles and they look great. Brandon was more than helpful! He explained the process and answered every question. He went out of his way to pick up our vehicles at our home on two different occasions, assisted with procuring a rental car for us, worked with the insurance inspector on the damage assessment and quotes, and returned both our repaired cars to our home and then returned the rental car to Enterprise for us. Pretty painless for us all around. We have a third vehicle that needs hail repair and we will go with Revive again!

I had an amazing experience with Revive! Brandon went above and beyond to help me out in every way possible. As a mom of 2 small kids, I do not have the time to deal with making an appointment and taking my car in with both kids. Brandon came to my work and brought me my rent car and picked up my car to take to the shop. When my car was complete, he drove 45 min to bring my car to me at my house!!!! He set up everything with the rental car and dealt with all insurance conversations. He always kept me updated with status via text and was quick to help or answer any questions I had. Revive did an amazing job of fixing the hail damage to my son’s Subaru Impreza. It got hammered hard this spring with dents deep enough and on seams of the car that I was sure that it would take replacing and repairing parts of the car. Brandon with Revive walked me through their process of removing dents and I saw the results of a neighbor’s car that they had repaired. Revive picked up and delivered the car when finished and the dent removal was outstanding! I looked the car over several times and couldn’t tell where dents had been. Bonus was no parts of the car body had to be replaced and paint matched which never works quite as well as you hope.In addition, Revive was very responsive and came back immediately to correct, in less than one day, a problem with the passenger side door latch (they remove inside panels to correct dents from inside out which is more effective that “pulling” dents out from the surface).If any of our cars get hail damage again, I know we’d use Revive again without hesitation. They are very professional and attentive. I always worry that businesses in the business of storm damage repair are not as concerned about customer satisfaction. Revive very much cares about delivering for the customer and that is worth its weight in gold to know your car is going to be taken care of.

Quality customer service, fast repair, and easy to work with.Paul over at Revive Auto Hail Repair took care of me and my Tacoma. We moved to North Texas after I got a new job and were not at all accustomed to the weather. Hail started destroying my Tacoma on a trip to Krogers and we did everything we could to hide from it. When hiding didn’t work we started looking for a repair company to help us out.From helping me get the right rental to COVERING MY DEDUCTIBLE and helping with what my insurance wouldn’t cover. These guys are on top of it. Paul communicated way better than my insurance company and always shoots me straight. None of this phone tag junk the insurance adjuster plays. I knew when the adjuster finally made it out (two weeks late), when the truck started repairs, and when the vehicle was ready for pickup. Icing on the cake? I got sick on the morning I planned to swap my rental for my Tacoma and Paul was willing to deliver the Tacoma for me and drop off the rental. I was amazed, just completely blown away.These guys go above and beyond for their customers and deserve good customers. I’ll never take my vehicles anywhere else. These guys are the best I’ve ever worked with and run a smart business model.

Brandon Begin is awesome. Great communication and was flexible due to our crazy schedule. Both vehicles came back looking great and we no isssues. No missing panles or sagging headliner. Really helpful with the wife because he would meet her at the job to get the car and missed her at work when they brought hers back but came to the house right after she got with the kids. Overall great service. Would highly recommend.
