I am so thankful my insurance company recommended Caliber. They fixed my Jeep in a timely manner, and they kept me updated through the process of my repairs. The office was very helpful in explaining everything to me when I dropped it off. The repairs were done within a few days, and I was very pleased with how it looked once I got it back. Took our car there after an accident. The repairs look good however there was a mechanical issue that started the day after the accident and we asked them to check it out. Well we got a bill for $150 to have it inspected and they stated that it was because it wasn’t accident related. Well if it starts the same time how are we supposed to know that! I think this is shady! And I won’t be taking anything else there and I recommend you don’t either. At no time ever should an accident that wasn’t your fault cost you money! The other drivers insurance company said they would have covered that because the issue we were having could have been from the accident. I understand or having it fixed if it wasn’t accident related but having it just inspected should have been covered. How do I know they aren’t billing them for it anyway? Shady!

LOVE THE STAFF. LOVE THE WORK. Not only did they repair my car, but they also attached a lifetime warranty onto it as well! I paid for my repairs out of pocket, and wasn’t a hassle in the least bit. I was worried about the talk of insurance work versus customer pay work, and I must say... *knock on wood that I never wreck again,* but I would pick ABRA Carrollton every single time. The staff was top notch and made me feel like I was at home. They come HIGHLY recommended.

WORDS CANT EXPLAIN HOW GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL THIS PLACE IS!!!I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE IN NEED!!!

Unprofessional, uninformed staff. Called about clear coat cracking and paintless dent repair which is advertised on the website. You would have thought I was speaking a foreign language by the way they responded. Went in to get an estimate in person and was told by the front desk we dont really do paint. A chain collison shop that doesnt do paint? Waited for estimator who was still out to lunch at 2:45. Was told I could see estimator in training instead. Apparently I wasnt important enough to speak with Whitney so-called estimator in training. After waiting I never got to see estimator in person and they never even looked at the car. Front desk lady guessed it might be around a thousand, even though no one there even took the time to look at the car. Was told by the staff to try another paint shop, which I did, after wasting time coming in. Dont be fooled by the fancy website or the national chain. These people specialize in doing cheap insurance work and working with adjusters only. Avoid this place. There are much better more professional local paint and collision businesses in the area.
