Joe pick my car up and took very good care of me and he fixed my car and it only took a few days to do! Joe keep me informed about what they were doing to my car and oh yeah he paid my deductible! I didn’t have to come out of my pocket for anything! They very good work! Yes I would use Joe Dent again!

Abe was very friendly and easy to work with as well as Joe. Both made sure my car was repaired as quick as possible which I greatly appreciate while being pregnant currently. It was one less thing for me to stress about. Customer service was appreciated. All the dents from the hail damage were repaired. Only issue I had was we noticed a lot of little scuffs in my paint all over my car and surrounding areas that weren’t initially there.

This place is nothing but an insurance scam...insurance totaled my car and then joe wants to charge me for storage fees, for the free loaner car and 50 dollars for an effing car wash...DO NOT take your vehicle to this company!!!

I was just on lake forest in McKinney when a white Dodge Ram with this companies logo came up behind me on icy roads and was so close I couldn’t see his bumper. He then went around me and cut me off - had I not braked hard (again on an icy road) he would have taken out my front end. I was doing the speed limit btw. Anyone that endangers people like this a) shouldn’t be allowed to drive and b) probably doesn’t have the best business practices.

Great experience and would work with them again. Showed up at my door after a hailstorm in my area. Was VERY skeptical at first—seemed like I would get scammed because who pays for your deductible? So I asked to go to their location and they explained the whole process to me. Rob and Joe went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and even provided me with a rental car! (My insurance doesn’t even have rental coverage.) They dealt with the insurance company for me and got everything done within a few days. It was returned to me good as new and I didn’t pay a penny. This was a painless experience and I would recommend Joe Dent before anyone else.

Phil was great- I hate dealing with insurance adjusters because, as a female, I get sick and tired of the low ball estimates. Phil made sure the estimate was appropriate, and I never had to deal with the adjuster beyond one short phone call. Customer service is terrific- free loaner car and no deductible to pay. Totally amazed at the work that was completed on my personal Dodge Ram truck. Just by happen-chance I saw Phil drive through my neighborhood a couple days after a hail storm had passed through. Didnt know how the paint-less dent removal process really worked, but after visiting with Phil I decided to put my truck in their care. They did an awesome job. Cost was commensurate to that of regular bodywork and work was completed per schedule. Original paint job was left undisturbed. Could not believe it was the same truck as that delivered to them loaded with dents. Looked good as new. I am a very particular individual and they met all of my expectations. Would highly recommend. Work was completed at their facility on Van Dorn Street in Lincoln, NE.

These guys did a great job fixing my car. To be honest, I was kind of skeptical at first but when I saw the result I was impressed by what these guys have done. My car looks new and dentless! My car was in bad shape due to the hail storm we had a few weeks ago. I took my car to four different body shops for an estimate and was told that my hood and trunk needed to be replaced due to the damage. These guys fixed it without having to replace them and they did it in a breeze, probably faster than what the other body shops couldve done. Aside from the amazing and quick repair, they also offered great service. They provided me with a rental car, picked up my car and cleaned it out and delivered it to me when it was done. Ok this was my experience at Joes Dent Hail Repair shop I got to the shop on a Sunday for an estimate and was greeted by a hand shake and a smile not knowing what to expect so we talked and got things figured out. So I left my vehicle there and they did an awesome job on all the repairs. All the staff were really nice and friendly. I would recommend this shop to any person needing repairs to their vehicles. And the best thing is that they work with your schedule so they can get things in order.
