We had to have some body work done and some sensors calibrated. Called Gerber, spoke with Meredith. Super helpful. Explained exactly what would take place. Provided a rough time estimate, which turned out to be right on, and I couldnt be happier with her service. The repair was done quickly and by true professionals. Repair looks perfect. I highly recommend these folks. Class act all the way!
Went to Gerber to have some trim replaced. Art was kind enough to help me find the replacement piece to order and he popped it in at no charge once I received it. This place is awesome and honest. Highly recommend this business if you ever need it.

If you ever make an insurance claim for body damage or glass break you HAVE to take it here. They fixed the issue and some, kept me informed on every delay, and best part the service!!! Ive never thought the service I got was an expectation by them unlike some places being a luxury. The front left fender of my 2017 Imala was damaged. Gerbers people did an excellent job repairing it. Looks as good as new. They were very nice and helpful from beginning to end. During the time they had my car they kept me informed about the progress. I highly recommend them for the excellence in not only doing a great repair job but also their professional personnel.

I took my car into Earth Collision after researching and reading the great reviews on Google. My car was taken in with an original insurance damage estimate and check ready in hand. Earth found additional damage, which increased the cost of repairs. This required a supplemental damage form to be completed by Earth Collision and sent to the insurance company (to request additional payment coverage). Earth Collision took over two full weeks to even begin the paperwork, despite my communication with Earth and the insurance company. The representative who was in charge of my car repairs at Earth was polite but he continued to state that he would complete the paperwork and then the next several days later when I called, I would get the same response.I am understanding of delays, especially if its a busy time of year for repairs.What was the finishing touch that when my car repairs were finally complete and I went to pick up my car, the interior had small black specks of some indistinguishable material that when picked off the light beige fabric interior of my Accord, left black stains. There were foot prints from a shoe on the back of my drivers seat and dust and fingerprints all over the back windshield and drivers side rear window. When I called the Earth representative who had been over my car repair case to ask him what they could do to fix the issues/let him know what I had found in my car, he did not return my call and I got no response back. I was DONE with this shop, so I did not pursue the issue any further, but now my interior fabric looks shabby despite my meticulous care, because of the repair shop.I am not the type of person to have issues with many places, Im flexible and understanding, but this shop was a complete disappointment and I recommend that you reconsider taking your car here.
I had a great and hassle-free experience at Earth Collision. I worked with Robert and Priscilla. Both were very polite and attentive! When I brought my truck to the collision center it took about 10 min to check-in. While I was filling out the paper work, Priscilla called the rental car company and Robert completed a quick assessment of the damage. Then he explained the next steps and how long the repairs might take. He clarified that he still needed to speak with my insurance adjuster to validate the estimate. By the time I got done speaking with Robert, the rental car representative was already waiting for me outside. It doesn’t get more efficient than this! Next day I got an update that insurance adjuster quoted 5 business days to complete the repairs. And that is exactly how long it took to fix my truck. Not a day longer. Just as Robert promised. Final result of the repairs was great as well. I didn’t find any issues. Overall, superb experience! Thank you Robert and Priscilla!!

They were happy to honor the insurance estimate and the whole process was very smooth. They even arranged pickup and drop off to my work place and finished the job on the same day. I also got some free services which makes my car look new even though it is almost a decade old. Disappointed as I was given so many promises just for a good review. So to kick this off I had some paint transfer on my car which sucked I called around and wanted to find someone who was close to the office I was doing a take over at (I was only in town for two weeks while doing a property take over with my company). I called and Scarlett said I could swing by and ask for Robert and he would take good care of me. Once I got there friendly welcomes, They took my car back and said they would look at the paint transfer and have it taken care of Alright great once they got it back to me they got the transfer taken care of I was so happy. They offered to do it free but wanted a 5-star review Robert said since he wanted everything perfect but hed seen the dent from the bleep from whoever hit my car and did the transfer. He insisted that I came back and seen their guy to get the dent taken care of yet I was alright paying which he insisted that free of charge. The guy wasnt in but told me to come back next week I waited to write the review as I wanted to see if the work was done properly before I wrote one. I got a call saying that the guy was going to be on site which was awesome I drove all the way over there over my lunch from my office to be told he didnt bring his equipment. I was frustrated of course but stuff happens alright fine. Then I get told again that he was on site and I said I could take an early lunch as I normally dont take lunch before noon so I take another lunch and go out of my way to have a dent taken out that was said wouldnt take more than 10 minutes, Once I get there they tell me that he already left for the day? Im like are you serious dont tell me to drive all the way out here to waste my time. I was so annoyed and left once again without having a dent taken out. I finally my last week in town I get a call saying that they will call me and they will reserve a time for me and give me a call and asked when my last day in town was, Of course,fF guess what happens I was nice and wrote a review THEY WENT MIA! no returning calls short with me on the phone and then never called to set an appointment for the dent? Seriously, This staff is a joke listen to the other bad reviews avoid THIS PLACE!
So far, a 5-star experience. Scarlett is responsive and charming to deal with. Roberts honesty and forthcoming attitude helps the process. The only difficulty is in receiving updates. I cant fault them since theyre Tesla parts, and Teslas notorious for delayed shipment of parts.Will update review once repairs are completed.

Earth Collision Center was wonderful- the repairs on our car were impeccable and they did the work quickly. I got my quote from Richard, who gave me a VERY reasonable quote on the repairs, and his quote was what I was charged. He kept me updated with the progress of the car. I had very good experience to get my car fixed at Earth Collision Center. They were very punctual on providing update on my car. When I went to pick up my car my car was ready to go and Robert and I inspected car together. He personally told me that if I find anything after I take car home I could bring it back to shop. He even made a follow up call on how is my car running. Everybody at Earth Collision center are nice and honest. I would definitely recommend this place for car service and repairs.
Couldnt be happier with the repair work I recently had done here at Earth Collision. I had taken my car to multiple repair shops and Earth gave me the best price on the repair as well as having a very quick turnaround. I would not hesitate to send any of my family and friends here if they were in need of a good, high quality repair shop. They are also very helpful in getting a rental car, if you go with Enterprise you can just leave your rental at Earth and they will handle returning it to Enterprise for you.Thank you again, hope that I dont have to return, but wouldnt hesitate if I had to.Almost forgot, they also completely cleaned the interior of my car with leather cleaner etc., this was not asked for or expected, a very pleasant surprise.
Came in because someone hit my front bumper and the lower valance popped out one side. I didnt want to have to pay my insurance deductible which is $500 to have it fixed if it was going to be a costly repair. The service I received from Robert was superior and was told they would be able to reattach it at no charge. I am so thankful they went above and beyond and didnt try to take advantage of me when a lot of places would have. I would recommend Earth Collision to anyone in need of collision work, whether major repairs or something minor like mine. You will receive incredible service you can trust.

My wifes Hyundai Veracruz SUV had two fender-bender accidents that required body work, one at the front right fender/bumper, the other; rear bumper. I chose Earth because it had good reviews. I met with William Kitchens, the manager, agreed upon a cost of $~1740, left the SUV with the shop, and rented a car for use during the time period, which was estimated to be a week. For some reason the job kept on delaying without providing any explanation or definitive date of delivery; it was not until 16 days later when it was finally finished. Guess what, I had to pay for the rental car for the extra days. Sure there were two damages to repair, but they could and should be worked on at the same time as the estimated time was one week in the first place. I had to pay for the extra car rental that should not have to, they would not or help get the insurance company to share the extra cost with me. Additionally, they charged $25 more than what was agreed upon. When I called to complain, Will gave me a lecture of how much money they saved me, how high their burn rate (cost?) was, and how long it took to do the job before saying he got another call from his accounting department and would call back, but he never did call back.As for the quality of work, the paint job and dent repair job appeared to be OK, but the fender was not fully restored to the original form, the front bumper was not replaced with a new one as called for by the adjuster. As a result, the plastic molding on the wheel well was not seamlessly attached to the fender; it was loose, making me wonder when it is going to fall off. Also, there were silver paint palm/finger prints inside the cabin; on the saddle leather drivers seat, the shifter nob, and the door nob. Fortunately, they could be mostly rubbed off with a solvent, or my wife would surely keep on whining until I replaced the vehicle for her.
I was rear ended by a woman having a seizure in a big pickup truck back in December, and my car was almost totaled. These guys took GREAT care of my car!! While it took longer than I expected, I dont think it was their fault...Insurance was being a pain. But Connor did an awesome job, he made it look like nothing happened. VERY pleased with the work they did!
The service I received exceeded my expectations! They provided updates via email, detailed my car after repairing it, and the repairs were done sooner than expected!
I ended up at Earth because all of the other shops around would not talk to me unless I had an appointment. Robert took a look at my car and wrote up an estimate. Since it was just the bumper, he ordered the part and when it came in we scheduled a time for install. I came and they took care of it and even cleaned my car inside and out. There was some bubbles in the paint so I came back to get fixed. Why would you give five stars for not perfect work, you ask? Well, when I can back, the GM, Will, took my car right in and got it fixed up even buffing out another scratch that I had done. My car was washed again and completed in a timely manner. The new receptionist Pricilla was lovely and nice to talk to while I waited. No one is perfect but it how you recover that makes you a great business!
Took my car in to Earth twice within 4 months due to 2 accidents. I dealt with Robert and Gary. Both gentlemen were very polite and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with their repairs and speed. I ended up having to take my car back in after the second repair because I noticed a headlight was out that I never noticed! I called them back, popped right back in, and the light was fixed in 30 mins. Recommended.
We went with Earth Collision to fix our car due to all the positive reviews we saw online. I am not sure if the reviews were legitimate but I wanted to put an actual REAL review of this company about my experience there. We decided to go with Earth Collision because we were told they can start right away (Sept. 6) and have us done within four days to a week for simple side bumper repair and Alignment/ suspension. We got a rent a car from Enterprise and had to pay out of pocket but would be reimbursed once the car was returned. Two weeks pass and we receive no phone call regarding the progress of our car! So we called, We were told that the car was almost finished they were just trying to align the car and it should be finished within a few days. Another week passed and we still didnt get a phone call regarding the progress of the car so, we decided to call once again and asked for information regarding the car. This time we were told that the alignment was done, they were just finishing up on the body of the car. I wanted to argue that we were already told the body of the car was finished it was just the alignment needed to be done but I just wanted the car to be finished. 3 days pass and we call to see if the car is finished we were told NO they were still trying to see about the alignment. Another week passed and by this time we had spent $950 on the rental car so, we had to return it because we couldnt afford another $200 a week. So we gave them a few more days to try and fix it which means we had no car to get back and forth to work so I had to quit my job. We were struggling trying to get my husband to work. Rain and heat, I had to make my five year old son walk 2 miles to get to school every day while pushing my baby in the stroller. A week passed and they actually called this time, to tell us that they could not align the car because the two wheels in the front were different from the two wheels in the back of the car. We took our car and 5 lugnuts fell off the wheels while I was driving my 11 month old and 5 year old to get some food. That never happened the whole entire time since February when we had the wreck until we got the car to Earth Collision. I called Earth Collision because myself and my two small children were stranded on the highway and no one answered the phone . I called at least 10 times. Earth Collision only refunded us $69 for not doing the alignment. When we got the car to the shop Christian Brothers, it took them only five minutes to pull the car up and see that the front knee assembly was bent and that was the reason why the car could not be aligned properly. I called Earth Collision and ask how was this not noticed in 4 weeks of having the car . Roberts only explanation was well my guys never gave me a printout of what needed to be done on the car so I dont know but he would find out. Of course he never called me back explaining what happened . They told us we would have to wait for a supplement for the insurance which cause another week to pass . We call the insurance to see if they could pay for us another rental car and they told us that it shouldnt take a month to fix a bumper and alignment and suspension so because the body shop is not doing their part we would not get the entire amount that we paid for the rental car. We called Robert to see if the car was finished the following week, he said it will be done by Friday, then it was the following Monday for sure, then Tuesday. So on Tuesday we called and he got an attitude with my husband and said dont rush him. My husband said we are only going off of your word, you told us it would be finished so thats why we are calling. He got mad at my husband and said well if youre going to hold me to my word then it wont be finished for another week. I was appalled of his attitude. Plus he actually sent our car to Christian Brothers to get the knee assembly done. When the car was finally finished (Oct. 4) and we got the payment to pay them Robert asked for the $69 too even though he did not align the car Christian Brothers did
Gerber did an awesome job on my wife’s new Volvo XC90. It looks brand new again! The staff is so amazing and knowledgeable about the repair process. Most Insurance Companies recommend Gerber and they make the whole process seamless.

Worst experience of customer service I have ever experienced. My car was with them for more than 3 weeks and I received a total of one update the entire time. It was absolutely impossible to get them on the phone to give me any updates on my car. I was told multiple dates when I would get my car back and they were just countless lies. They also do not care about your services since the insurance company pays them regardless. Avoid at all cost.
As the proud owner of a Tesla S type P 100 D I was devastated when the valet company and another unassuming driver collided. Robert Sierra raises the bar as he took over negotiations from the owner of the car you wanted to pay out-of-pocket instead of going through insurance for the damages. I was able to get an estimate after a 20 minute visit and continue to drive the car for about two weeks while the parts came in. It took 31/2 days to fix the car.Robert used his personal cell phone to text me updates and snapshot pictures with the car being detailed once it was done. Things started off fine but because of their inhouse lack of communication the insurance company thinks something shady is going on and I have to wait without a car for additional cosmetic and mechanical repairs. Repairs that should have been done in the first place. Repairs that said were gonna be taken care of but were not put down on estimate. The insurance blames Gerber for not recommending repairs and Gerber blames insurance for not recommending repairs. With both insurance and Gerber saying its the others fault, i am now able to believe the others who told me not to take it to a place the insurance company recommends.With the work they did do it was good and thankfully the flakey metallic paint matched.

Earth Collision has taken care of 3 of my body shop repairs (2 hail damage, 1 front end collision) and gone above and beyond in terms of quality of job and making sure the vehicle was restored to like new condition. Im a perfectionist when it comes to keeping black cars clean and this is the only repair shop Ill trust with my work. Getting into a quality body shop in hail season doesnt happen immediately- Caliber gave me 3 month estimates- Earth Collison completed in 30 days but took another week to perfect the finish and wound up reshooting a rear quarter panel. I was glad they took the time to get it done right. Great work EC & Robert Sierra for the time and attention to the vehicles.

Had my car fixed there from a Hit & Run incident from a while back. I didnt get a chance to write a review then. However I was quite dissatisfied with their service. The process at first seem okay but it turned into a disaster. They quoted me 2 weeks to have the car complete. When the end of the 2 week period came, I called in and ask if they were close and they said yes and they would only need 2-3 more days. I call again after, and they were still stalling then. The repair basically took 3 weeks and it seemed to me that If I had not called to check the status of my car, it probably would have taken much much longer. Not to mention they forgot a lug nut on my driver-side rear wheel. AWESOME...SIKE. I will never come back here. Ill drive the distance to a better collision center
The worst service. Dropped my car off 8/22 b/c I got in a minor fender bender. Driver side fender was a little messed up causing a few other minor cosmetic problems to the vehicle. Was told my car would be done 8/29, which in itself to me seemed a bit excessive for the minor damage that was done. But I figured they have many other cars to work on. 8/29 came and I didnt receive any calls so I called and was told my car wasnt done yet and it wouldnt be done until the end of the week at the latest, end of the week came, again no call, so I call and again the date is pushed back. The new date comes and I call and again date has been pushed back. This is the 3rd week I have been without my car for minor damage that I was told would only take a week. I am told it will be ready this week but at this point I am doubtful. After I recieve my car I will post another review with details on the work itself. Hopefully the work done will justify this wait.
Well I have had an overall bad experience with this place. Giving it 3 stars just cause the quality of the work is guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle, and Rachel the front receptionist was sweet and nice. I came in with hail damage and chose this place due to the positive reviews. Customer service when I dropped off the vehicle was stellar I got sold right up front. Went down hill from there. Told it would take week and half to complete the repairs. So week goes by I call check to see the status. Everything going good, no problems. When I call back on Monday said it would probably be more like Wednesday/Thursday. So needless to say another week goes by with every call being tomorrow. Every time was due to my service advisor, Robert, not being satisfied with the work. Well I am a little worried with how well it is going to hold up if they had to do it about 8 times to get it right. Got back and the inside door handle is not working properly and alarm wont set due to the door handle. So needless to say I wasnt going to drop it back off and miss it for another week. Robert will have a person come out to my job on Monday morning to fix the issue. Well Monday is here and guess who didnt get a call by 3PM. Texted advisor and scheduled something for, you guessed it, tomorrow. Well see how that goes.

I was purely fooled by review rating on this :(The repair work is very poor and slow.. My car front bumper and headlight assembly was changed after damage I can feel and see the difference the headlight is not pointed correctly and the paint is poor.I have to go back to them for the fix now.Dont know how long it will again take to fix it.!My car was supposed to be ready by Oct 10, 2016. Today 17th and still waiting..with no communication/update..after I call them, one day Robert says sensor issue will give tomorrow and next day other person says the logo is missing ordered that part might be next day..looks like they are just passing days!!I hope my wait will result with good repair.Will Update the rating and review again tomorrow after I call them, as I have zero hope of getting the call or any update !!!!

Ive never had to tell someone they were to customer oriented until coming here and thats a good thing. I had brought my jeep in for front end repair. They not only preordered the parts before I dropped it off they then drove me 20 mins to get a rental car sent me photo updates daily and got it out a day early to save me money on my rental since I was paying for it myself. I typically dont leave reviews but I am really impressed how they handled business and would recommend them to others
Do not do business with Earth Collision in Carrolton . They will lie and lie and lie . Told me two weeks it took 4 . Told me they would cover the rental if it went past the insurance rental agreement date which was another lie. Spoke with Enterprise who stated they would not allow Earth Collision to do that anymore because they havent paid on multiple accounts . On top of all of that they tried to convince me i dropped my car off a week after the actual day i dropped it off as if im some kind of moron . I wont even start with all of the excuses after those 2 weeks . Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs the building looks emaculate does a great job of at least making you think there gonna take care of you and that there capable when there not even close . The actual body shop guys who fixed my car did a great job it took a month but it looks great. The guys in the Office on the other hand are straight Salesman/ Conmen dont be surprised if there excuse is a glitch in the system that apparently happens at least once a week and it makes it impossible for them to return your calls back. Horrible experience Just non stop Lies

In June the left front tire of my Mercedes hit a curb. There wasnt any obvious body damage, however the left front wheel was bent. I had the car towed to Earth Motors because thats where I bought my last three cars. Robert told me I made the right choice and the car would be perfect before he returned it to me. Wow, they initially had my car for seven weeks! The initial claim my insurance company paid didnt last long. They filed for three more supplement claims! I had it for a couple of weeks and then I started hearing sounds from the suspension. I took it back again and again and again and again. Ive honestly lost track of how many times. Robert said the issue was due to defective parts from Mercedes. So he ordered new parts and then when they came in he put them in my trunk, so they wont get lost. The second and third time I took it back they didnt even offer a loaner car. I finally insisted on a loaner car the last time. This is when I discovered the old parts in my trunk that were defective and needed to be sent back to Mercedes for credit. Come on really? If you got defective parts from Mercedes and you need credit for them would you leave them in the trunk? They called Enterprise and I got the cheapest Hundai. How insulting. Steer clear of this establishment. They even had me ride around with parts in my trunk. Who does that? Ohh and to add insult to injury, dirty foot prints are in my car! Its five months later and I think my car is finally right. There is so much more to write about those jokers. Thats just the highlights...Ohh wow update. They changed the name to Gerber. I think they misspelled it. It should be Gubbers Garage. Earth Motors is a fine company. Its unfortunate they have the same roof.
Had to have some hail damage repaired after a storm in March so after I received the estimate from my insurance company I looked around for a shop to take my car to. After looking at reviews I chose Earth Collision based to the amount of positive reviews. I called Earth Collision to setup a time to drop off my car and was told it would be 3 weeks before I could bring my car in. Due to the storms I was fine with waiting that long as I understood the volume of work had dramatically increased. I dropped my car off on 4/25/16 and thats when it began...They never contacted me during this process. They had to adjust the estimate on my vehicle 3 times, never told me about any of this. They were never in sync with my insurance company. My insurance company had records of them going to the shop and even sent me the check for the additional amount after reviewing Earth Collisions new estimate, but Earth Collision insisted the insurance rep had never been to the shop. Keep in mind, Earth Collision never called me and informed me of the status of my claim or the work on my car. This back and forth between Earth Collision and my insurance company went on for 3 weeks while my car just sat there. Robert Sierra was my main point of contact during this process and I can tell you he has no professional integrity. This also seems to be the norm for this business. One day I called and was informed Robert is out to lunch, called a little later Robert is out getting a part called a little later Robert had to take a mechanic to the hospital...left 3 messages and Robert never called me back. Robert assured me many times that he would take care of the situation, when I actually got him one the phone, but he never did.Earth collision had my car for 2 months and this was for less than $2K hail damage on a 2008 Civic, and thats AFTER waiting 3 weeks to even drop my car off at the shop.As mentioned before, they never called me. I called them on 6/17/16 and was told by the young man who answer the phone that my car was in the process of being detailed and I could pick it up that night or the next day. I show up the next day and to my surprise...my car has not been detailed and it is not ready for me to pick up. Luckily, I didnt drop off my rental car before going to Earth Collision or I wouldve been without a vehicle. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE READY AND IT WASNT. And they never contacted me UNTIL the next week when on Thursday 6/23 they finally told me my car was ready...it took 4 days to detail my car.Then when I pickup my car I see that one of my aftermarket Honda emblems is missing. I talk to Robert Sierra about this and he said they were aware of it, but chose not to replace it. Instead he wanted me to buy it and have the shop reimburse me. What? You broke it, didnt tell me, then want me to go buy it and have you pay me back? This place is a joke.Sure, they have a nice building and a lot of fancy cars around there but they have no integrity, and could care less about the customer. They lie, they do subpar work, and it takes 2 months to get $2K worth of hail damage fixed. Also, the work isnt even that good. There is weather stripping missing from around the windshield and the paint is mediocre at BEST. I would take it back but I cant afford to be without my car for another 2 months.This place is a joke.Robert Sierra is a joke.Find another place to take your vehicle

This is the nicest independently owned bodyshop in DFW. They truly care about their customers and the quality of their work speaks for itself. If you want you vehicle fixed correctly with a lifetime warranty take it here.

I had originally brought my car to earth collision after a major wreck that jammed up I 35 in dallas they said they would take good care of me and they did not hold true to their word it has been an absolute nightmare to get my car fixed right and it is still not right here are my issues with this company 1) never called to either say we are working on your car or even update me on the progress, 2) argued with me over some parts until i pulled out my cell phone to show them the parts we where argueing over were in fact a factory peice, 3) took 30 plus days to get my car back, 4) said they would cover my vehicle rental because it took so long to repair my car they changed their minds 3 time on the rental,5) and now I have my car back in the shop somewhere else because I feel they didnt completely fix my car and I gave them ample oppurtuntiies to do the job right now so far I am finding out there are more problems than what earth collision claimed and my insurance company and the new body shop are considering totalling my carI am very unhappy with this company I will never go back I will say stay away from them if you can
