When my truck got hit with Hail last month I had many hail repair companies knock on my door. I had chosen one until Tom McCallister from Just Hail knocked on my door. I was thoroughly impressed with him and how he represented his company. There were no pressure sales full of empty promises. After spending a few moments speaking with Tom I made a change to Just Hail. Man did I make the right decision! They have a way of making you feel like you are their only customer. Tom met me at my rental car pickup making it convenient, minimizing my time spent in delivery and pickup. Tom constantly kept me aware of the status of my truck and any time I text or called him with questions he responded to my text quickly and answered my calls no matter the time of day. We all read reviews these days for everything we do and everything we purchase hoping that what we are reading is accurate. This is a legitimate review and they have secured me as a customer for life.

This is the third time I have used Just Hail and each time has been an excellent experience. Tom and John were so on top of everything, from picking up and delivering my car to them having to deal with my normally easy to deal with insurance. They kept me updated on the insurance mess and the work being done on my car. Always with a smile and a have a blessed day. This only allows for 5 stars, Im going with 10! I highly recommend Just Hail and since I am in Texas I know I will be using them again. I just got my car in July and when Tom brought it back it looked better than it did when the dealership detailed it.

At first I was a little skeptical about going with Just Hail but I am so glad that I did. Tom was very helpful throughout the whole process. I put both of my cars in the shop and they gave me two loaner cars. Chad did wonders on both of my vehicles. I would definitely recommend Just Hail to a friend and use them again.

I had the best experience with Just Hail. I had 8k worth of damage done to my new Equinox from pea size hail and they fixed it up line new. Customer service was OUTSTANDING! They also gave me a loaner car to drive for the short time that they had my vehicle and washed it before they returned it to me. I would highly recommend Just Hail for any auto hail damage repair work.

Just Hail did a tremendous job! They were fast and courteous throughout the entire process. They dropped a loaner vehicle when they picked up my truck and returned it to my house when they were done. They even handled all the insurance mess! I highly recommend these guys!

Just Hail ... is just awesome. I had an ugly door ding on my new truck for more than a year. I finally decided to get it fixed, and the guys at Just Hail had it looking brand new in a few hours. I couldnt even see where the dent used to be! Plus, their professional and courteous service was much appreciated. My only question now is why did I wait so long to do this?! Highly recommend.

A coworker recommended I come by to Just Hail after my car recently got beat up by a hail storm, and it was a great decision. Chad treated me as if I was VIP and I barely had to do anything - he took care of it all. A very seamless and hassle free process that I couldnt believe it, but they were great and the car looks like it never even had been in a hail storm. He even provided a rental car while my car was getting worked on and delivered my car off to me once it was done.

Chad was very personable and professional, which is very hard in any aspect of the car business. Not only did they do great body work on my hail-damaged car, they backed their work and even met me days later to fix a seat belt issue that my own car dealership turned me away, saying it would take too much time without an appointment!. I’m very busy and this was above and beyond.

Tom and his guys did an amazing job on my 2016 370z, customer service was outstanding no hassles no pressure and even put me in a loaner car the whole time they had my vehicle would highly recommend to anyone whos looking for hail repairs just hail are the guys to go to wouldnt trust anyone else with my vechiles thanks again guys for the great work and customer service

The hail damage I had to my Kia Sorrento was SO intense everyone I spoke to thought my car was TOTALLED. I was dying inside. I bought this car brand new right before i had my daughter. It had 50k miles on it. I was emotionally attached AND financially I was in no place to buy a new car... I didnt have gap insurance (yes. Im stupid) I explained everything to Chad, Angela and Tom. I can not tell you how they went above and beyond. They took my car, cleaned it all up, worked with my adjuster, communicated with me almost daily. AND MY CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW. so many people have been blown away by my car. Its night and day and i am forever grateful! If you need help with your auto hail. Dont go Anywhere else.
