Toured the apartments earlier this week and found a unit with a great view! Barbara was very helpful, professional, and just made the tour delightful and a fun experience! I am excited living at this complex!
We are absolutely thrilled with our new place! Barbara and Chance and the Manager here are ANGELS!!! We were welcomed with opened arms and walked thru the process every step of the way. Even thru all the excitement they remained helpful and eager to help. There was a nice surprise waiting on us when we moved in! We are completely in love with the place. This is our view from our patio. It’s like waking up on vaca every day. The application process was easy and the staff is there to hold your hand and make sure you get everything done. On move in day we just had to pick up our keys and go! This move has made our lives much easier. The location is great and convenient to everything you could possibly need. There is a nice convenience store next door for when you need anything. If you are looking for a place, def ck this one out. You won’t regret it!
Beautiful brick buildings contrasted by lots of trees and open areas. The interior has updated modern styles and luxury fixtures and finishes. The community is quiet & peaceful with a nice pool and gym. There are numerous restaurants/shops/malls/parks and things to do around the area - the location is excellent! If you are looking to lease here, ask for Barbara! Shes been amazing throughout the whole process and extremely helpful & patient with answering all of my questions. The staff here really cares for their tenants and tries their best to work with you and any special circumstances that come up.10/10 - beautiful place and amazing staff
The neighborhood is generally quiet. Barbara was very helpful when we initially toured the apartments and she was great in answering all our questions about our move.Maintenance is great. Weve needed them to come over twice and every time, the response time is very fast and the issue gets taken care of that same day. They lose a star because they need to fix the gates. They stay open all the time which isnt safe. There is also a dumping issue. There is always a pile up of trash and large items that get dumped near the garbage compactor.
Barb was such a great help, and she has a wonderful personality. She takes the time to answer all your questions and really makes you feel welcomed. Youll always get a great conversation and a wonderful fishy map of the complex.
Omg. I drove here to apply for an apartment. Gates were left open. Trash everywhere. EVERYWHERE. The area smelled of black mold. I do bathroom remodeling. I know what it smells like. I stopped and talked with a resident and they said DO NOT EVEN APPLY that was a definite red flag. The picture here on google a very deceptive. Cars on blocks. Guys drinking in parking lots. Looks like a slum. Id give zero stars if i could. Every employee needs to be fired. This place needs a fresh start. Absolutely horrible.
Tried to apply here for days and no one called me or reached out to me, I had to do it myself. After days trying to reach out to them they denied me because my ID address didn’t match the address on my bills. They simply just denied me without trying to help. The people that work here are fake and try to be nice just for the money, they simple do not care about you.
Very courteous staff. Prompt responses to maintenance issues. Clean and tidy community and upkeep.
Barbara was an amazing help. I love the vibes of the community and the apartment is really nice
Great location and grounds. So-so amenities. Maintenance is much approved. People leave there trash everywhere.
The accommodations are nice, and always available. The management team is prompt and responsive. I live here with a large group from work and we’ve had great experiences, especially with Barbara. Thanks!
Babara is super helpful and always looking to go the extra mile. Definitely a 5 star for being so helpful.
Me husband and I moved here in July of 2020. Still currently live here. I really just have to say that the professionalism here is very poor. I understand that during a pandemic it is hard to get some face to face contact but the office is hardly open. During the winter storm last week, no one was to be found. Apartments flooded, we had no lights or water for a week and a half and they had no one on standby answer any questions or even send an email about what is going on with anything. Apartments flooded and are left with holes in the ceiling and wall and when you ask to be moved or to get out of you lease, you are told that you apartment is still livable. In the beginning they act like they care about you but once you’re in for about 2 weeks, true colors begin to show. I’ve felt with the office a few times and every time the person I spoke with was rude and they lie for absolutely no reason. If you are a homebody and can fix and survive in less then ideal conditions then this place is for you. But other wise, it is not worth your money. Trust me
Laura made our process as smooth as could be, best move in experience to date.
Laura the leasing manager isn’t nice. It wasn’t difficult to find it out. It took me less than a min to find that out. I dont hate you, but you need to have a better customer service. Try to learn. I really hope you learn. Thank you
I really enjoy living in this community. There is a situation going on which is not nice. Its about maintenaince. Even though the community is standing, safe, it is still a nice place to live at a very nice neighborhood.
Have been looking for an apartment in Carrollton and Barbara has been really amazing!! She has the best positive attitude and really takes the time to make sure all your questions are answered. Looking forward to becoming a resident!
During my stay here at ARIUM CREEKSIDE, Barbara has been so helpful in helping my partner an I figure out our options and guiding us in the right direction. She really has been a joy, and we’ve enjoyed our stay here because of her amazing input and help!
Quite, secure, friendly staff. Barbara and Chance are awesome. Both have been very helpful and accommodating. They go out of their way to assist me with what ever issues I have, have always tried to resolve it. The only concern I have is valet trash....too expensive, would suggest to find an alternate solution where there is no charge to residents.
I love love love Barbara she is the most amazing optimistic and welcoming person you can meet when coming into a leasing office. I was moving in a rush last min and she took her time to find the right apartment for me. Every time I have a issue she is there to fix it for me and get me an answer. The gates dont always work but other than that the apartments are nice and the grounds are quiet at night. Having a security alarm as well definitely makes our family feel safer.
Love the apartments and the office staff. Laura was a huge help.
Ive lived here since Feb 2021 and it has been pretty good to us. They had to fix a few things in the beginning but I plan to stay here for a few years before we save the money to buy a house.
Ive lived here since Feb 2020, its been pretty nice. The power goes out a bunch during the night like a quick surge. The tap water is as bad as grand prairie water. But its way better than my last place in lewisville
The apartment community has deteriorated exponentially in the past two years. It is a common site to see teenagers and young men roam around suspiciously outside apartments and in the car parking between midnight and 3:00 am! Security is a huge concern! The staff is highly irresponsive. There is dog poop all over the garden in front of the apartments and it is not uncommon to see pet owners walking their pets without any leash. I literally saw one large dog almost maul a toddler!
If you are an Insurance Adjuster and reading this please know that no email communication went out before the deep freeze that Dallas just experienced. The first email to be sent out was after the rolling blackouts started. Now several building still have no water but some buildings are getting water slowly.
Ms. Barbara is the most professional leasing agent that I’ve ever dealt with! I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks ago to tour the complex, and they were short staffed, due to another agent being sick. Ms. Barbara was able to show the property to me, my girlfriend, and another couple all at the same time. We didn’t mind! She handled it so well and with so much vigor! Overall the complex is amazing, great deals, and everyone is guaranteed a free covered parking spot. You can’t beat it. If you decide to move here, you’ll be in great hands. Ms. Barbara’s personality, transparency and overall vigor has reassured me that the leasing staff here is too notch!
5 more 💫 for Ms.Kaylie so professional, friendly, accomodating and down to earth. I have never experienced any issues here earlier unlike 1 by previous management which was handled and rectified very professionally and proactively by her. This particular management has greatly revived my memories since I have lived here for almost 2 years before 2018. I now plan to move back just because of the awesome customer service provided by Ms. Kaylie. I highly recommend this place to everyone becuase you dont get all these amenities, fast maintenance and friendly staff everywhere. Way to go Arium Creekside, Carrol Management 👍Stay Blessed guys
“If you’re thinking about moving here, erase those thoughts before it’s too late”/// i posted on google 2weeks ago, which is the before slash, and today april 24th, i went out to drink, and my boyfriend just drop me off and in an hours our car was broken by some body. I am definitely not recommend this apartment. If you will move here, it will be danger.
Hello Everyone that reads reviews, my family and I moved in on October of 2020. We had just gotten an apartment at the Summit Ridge apartments and only lived there for 7 days. That place was in horrible living conditions and lied about how the apartment looked from the inside, it was disgusting (YUCK). In that note, my family and I were driving around and found this apartment complex. Ms. Barbara greeted us with open arms, very professional and very a great sense of humor, in which I loved that about her. We explained our situation on what had happened, and she took the time to listen to us. That my friends its really hard to find at apartment offices. She made us feel welcome and help us with tremendous worry that my family and I were going through at the time. She showed us the Demo Apartment and I ask her if the apartment was going to look exactly the same. I was so terrified from the other place. Ms. Barbara responded of course, look we have one availableyou can go see take your time and look at it. With that being said, she made us feel safe and she was truly honest about everything she said. She made our move even more easy, they paid for movers to get us into our beautiful new residence. My family was excited to move to a clean, quite, and most of all to have a friendly and honest staff. My daughter states that she loves having her space and alone time at the computer lab and that she feels safe. That they greet her and are very kind to her. And Any mother wants this for their little ones, I love that....Please I know my review is long, I really dont ever write reviews, Let this be the place you come and live and make memorable memories.
I want to thank the maintenance man Brandon Digby for providing great customer service and making sure that my apartment was good to go for me.
Google said my review was too long so I took a screenshot. I guarantee itll be worth your time to read this.
I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff of Arium Creekside. First, allow me to begin by saying a month ago when me and my family moved in it was magical. To lift heavy boxes into our beautiful new residence was hard and hot, but when I walked into the three bedroom apartment it was clean and there was gifts upon the countertop to see wine, and a pizza box was a blessing; because cooking wasnt on my menu. This was an unexpected purk when we decided to make this our new home. After settling in Ms. Day, and Ms. Laura are two beautiful members of the staff was more then helpful to make sure we had what we needed, and was comfortable. Secondly, I am in the health field I am a nurse and laboratory assistant, and I would like to thank all of those who are frontliners.Ariums leasing consultant Ms. Barbara also gave her gratitude with giving me a gift for being a frontliner, and this touched me deeply. I would refer anyone who is searching for a new place to call home Arium Creekside should be FIRST on your list!I would also like to extend my appreciation to the environmental services Emmanuel and the other maintenance personal for being so thoughtful and diligent.
I recently moved in January and I can honestly say the staff has been great from the first day I walked in for a viewing. Barbara has been very helpful throughout the entire process and made moving in my new apartment very smooth and easy. The floor plan and space is the perfect size for me. I was really surprised that each unit came with a covered parking space which is very convenient. Overall it’s very quiet. I would definitely recommend moving here!
I requested an online appointment to view a unit at 10:30 am today. I arrived a few minutes early and called several times to learn their procedures for handling tours, since we are still dealing with the pandemic. The calls went unanswered.I decided to go to the door and read a sign indicating that you needed to knock and someone would get with you. I knocked, waited several minutes with no answer. I noticed the door was slightly ajar, so I decided to enter the lobby and knock on the closed set of doors that leads to the office area. I waited a few more minutes, no answer.I peeped my head over and noticed several staff members were in a meeting, so I decided to take a seat until the meeting was done. At least 2 of the staff members made eye contact with me while I was seated. The meeting finishes and they all disperse to their desks; a few of them actually looked at me as they were going back to their desks. While I am sitting in the lobby, another staff member, a gentleman with jet black hair, passed me without saying a word and went into the office area.A few minutes later, I decide to leave. Clearly, they were not interested in my business. As I am leaving the property, I get a phone call from Dayshon, who left a very nice voicemail. She then texts me, after I didn’t answer, and gave the excuse they have been having issues with their phone system. What does that have to do with blatantly ignoring someone sitting in your lobby? I am a very hard individual to miss. What adds insult to injury is that they could all see me walking up to the building, while they were in their meeting. This is utterly unacceptable. If this is my experience while trying to gather information, I can’t imagine how bad my experience would be once I moved in.
We just moved from New York and saw many apartments, but we chose here. Because the staff are very friendly, Barbara is one of the staff here, she showed us many apartments. She very kind introduction us each apartment. It is very nice after we moved in, it is quiet and clean. I highly recommend here .
Maintenance was so quick and he did a great job. Thank you very much!!!Also the manager is awesome!!! I couldnt pay the rent for 2month because of COVID-19 however she helped me big time to settle this chaos. Thank you!!!!!
This apartment complex is AMAZING. Weve been residents here for a couple years and its been awesome. Work orders are responded back super fast. Grass trimmers are here punctually, property is always clean, and the valet trash pick up is great. The gym was recently renovated and now it has all the best equipment, treadmills and dumb bells. Pool area is great and there is a lot of space for a quick morning walk. The admin office is great and Barbara Fields is the best person there! She is always promptly responding to any requests and being on it till its done! She made our experience is even better! Apartments are reasonably sized and pricing is very reasonable. Great for families and couples! 5/5 Stars :)
Dont come here. This office worker is so unkind.Hes really unkind and ignores foreigners. I cant wait to move because the contract is over.
Very pretty and the inside looks just as great. The trash area looks abit rough but i still likes what i seen. Definitely worth it if ur considering renting here
The office manager Barbara is THE BEST. I moved here from Las Vegas. And the places I was trying to get didnt go through. So I had a week to find a place, get it approved & paid for. A friend referred me to Barbara. And from our very first conversation, she started working on getting me moved in. I arrived in Carrollton last night. Ten days from the first time I spoke with Barbara. And EVERYTHING was just like she said it would be. I LOVE my new places. Thanku Barbara.
Everyone has been incredibly nice. Moving in was a breeze. The staff were amazing and very happy to meet me and have me here. Already love it and feels like home.
Nicest apartment I have had since I moved to Texas 6 years ago, Many different floor plans and are very nicely upgraded with your choice of paint colors and very nice lighting and appliances,Office staff are the best, Barbara and Luis are the best, always take care of any issues you have with a smile on their face, pools are always clean and Fitness center is brand new.Maintenance is good and fix any problems in a timely manner.Gated community and see the security patrol driving through at night and early morning.Plan on staying for a long time as long as they dont raise the rent much like the other communities I have lived in
These leasing office do not communicate properly, and very irresponsible, they send lots of emails and one of them would be very important rules, they dont send any notices for any thing. They enforced some towing policy and asked resident to register the car in some site, they took my car away without any info to me. I was about to go doc appmt and I cant find my car, I thought car was stolen, and I had to collect my car from a very remote and unsafe looking place with dogs /cats and costed 300$. When asked about this to leasing office, they said its between you and towing company. For 2 min work, it costed me 300$.
Ive been living here for almost two years. Life is challenging. The staff here is great. If I ever need anything done the first person I go to is Barbara Fields. Whenever I was going through a break up and needed to downsize. Arium Creekside was more than accommodating. Again, Barbara Fields was the light in the office in the midst of misery. Then months later down the line, she reminded me that I get a FREE carpet cleaning with a renewal of a lease. This has by far been the best place to live.
DO NOT COME TO THIS APARTMENT. MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE.TRUST ME. THEY ARE THE WORST.
My washing machine went out on me yesterday while a load of clothes was in it. So I went by the office today to find out status of work order. I had the pleasure of meeting Debbie Burns our Apt manager who informed me that maintenance is going to order me a new washer because this was not the first time that they had problems with this appliance brand. I am a happy cause I will be able to wash my clothes tomorrow! Thank you Debbie for making my stay easier here at Arium Creekside!
I totally love living here. Im new to Dallas and have lived at 2 other apartment complexes, and Arium Creekside has made me love living in Dallas.
Nightmare...thats all I can say....
I do not reccomend this apartment complex, they will change there policies and will not let the residents know of it. Over priced for what you get. The leasing office will say condescending things as a joke after you have explained your issues yes this will piss you off. The one pro I have is that the new maintenance team is on there job.
SANDRA IS THE BEST THING THATS HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE. I CAN COUNT ON HER ANYTIME. SHE GOES THE EXTRA MILE EVERYDAY. SHE MADE MY MOVE EASY AND SMOOTH. AND HAS CONTINUED TO MAKE MY RESIDENCY HERE GREAT. SHE IS AN ASSET TO THIS COMMUNITY. THANK YOU SO MUCH SANDRA FOR EVERYTHING🙌🏼
Asan update from my last review, there’s new staff that has helped resolve a lot of the prior issues. Joey in Management aims for customer satisfaction. Also, the new maintenance staff is much better with addressing work orders. Rent has increased tremendously but I guess it’s based on market so can’t hold it against the staff.
I have been living at this apartment complex since 2003. Over the years it has been a most enjoyable journey. There have been times due to ownership changes have caused stress, but overall things have always been able to be resolved and a quiet peaceful complex is where I live and enjoy coming home at the end of a busy day.
Friendly and accommodating office staff. I feel like a valued resident when I call in for help with anything, whether it be maintenance or other issue. I like the new maintenance staff as well! Great job to all!
Have lived here for over 6 months. Here are a the pros and cons that I have found:Pros:Good sized apartments for the price.Location is great. Takes seconds to hop onto 121 or 35.Renovated units are pretty nice.New maintenance team is a lot faster as than the old one. Old one was disturbingly slow.Free covered parking is a plus and gym is enough to get by.Cons:The apartments are definitely old. The new management is trying to give the place a face lift, but you can tell that the bones of the complex are on the older side. The gates break at least once a month and things here and there are always going out (this week is the trash compacter)The trash area is always packed with junk on weekends. It can look really gross and uninviting when people are over.Overall, if you get a good price, then this is a decent apartment complex to stay in. Its cheaper than the brand new complexes around the area and has more pros than cons.
Sarah was my leading agent and is no longer there but Sandra and the rest of the staff is always friendly and willing to help me out with anything. I love living here! No complaints here!
Thank you Barbara for being an amazing person to me as Ive been here for a year. You are always there for me when I had questions and answered them in a timely manner. Living here at Arium is awesome. Thank you Arium!!!
Would Move Back in a Heartbeat. Absolutely loved this community. I lived there from Jan 2009-March 2010 and the only reason I left was because I was laid off from work. The property was extremely well maintained, the office management was always nice to me and very responsive. My apartment was exactly as advertised, and at the time was 10 years old but still looked brand new, it was well worth the rent. The surrounding area was a dream! The apartments are next to a residential area and so it was always quiet, safe and clean. Even though the property is right off two major freeways there was never any congestion or excessive traffic along our street. A plus is you are surrounded by every modern convenience known to man. Shopping, groceries, car wash, library, fast food, gas. As another reviewer mentioned it truly is one of those places that you really couldnt appreciate until you moved....the apartments I live in now are nice but they dont hold a match to the Meridian. My only complaint about living there was my noisy upstairs neighbor but that really isnt a reflection of the apartments.
My wife and I have been a resident in this community for almost 2 years and in that time, the entire staff including maintenance has been, friendly, accommodating, courteous, engaging and go out of their way to ensure that it feels like HOME. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the property. We are very grateful and blessed to be a part of this community.
1. The office staff were very genuine. I do not get that lets just seal the deal and then ignore them when they are tenants vibe at all. 2... The Leasing agent Barbara and Dayshawn(Spell check) are exceptional. While receiving a tour I was made aware the amenities, unit differences, best price offered etc.. 3... Barbara was very patient and willing to answer all questions, walk me through the application process even though she was multi tasking with other residents and needing to use the restroom. I watched a new resident get prepared for move in and she welcomed them to report any issues or concerns with no hesitation..along with making sure all necessary resources were available to have the most efficient move in transition needed. I look forward to moving in. 5 star recommending this property to others. Thanks Staff at Arium
Run as far away as you can from this apartment complex. save yourself the hassle. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will regret the day you did, over priced you get nothing in return at all. If you want to live in a place where nothing works move here.
Amber is the best agent, she’s so knowledgeable and nice! She’s has always been so patient and helpful with any situation. The only person i would deal with here.
Trash everywhere, gate doesn’t work, employees rude
Personally have to go out of my way to post a review. But staff is probably the most friendly consultants you’ll work with.Everyone looks out for each other in this apartment complex, definitely would recommend
Long term resident!! A great place to live. Quiet, peaceful, and convenient.W Montgomery.
Do not move to this property!! I lived here for several years and the current management is unprofessional the manager speaks in a condescending tone and sends out updates that are grammatically incorrect. The gate never works the trash piles up at the compactor and there are new property rules everyday. There have been criminals coming in stealing cars, my previous apartment was broken into prior to me moving in. One of my neighbors trailer was stolen. People have been held up at gunpoint on this property check the police records. My neighbor has caught people trying to break into unlocked cars as recent as a few weeks ago. 5/15/20
Great experience moving in and getting everything set up! Beautiful community, updated unit and great customer service from Barbara!
I’ve been here for a little more than a year, and I can say with utmost confidence that the office staff is simply the worst. I don’t understand how it is so difficult to follow through with what you say you are going to do. If you tell a customer that you will contact them or have someone contact them, DO IT!!! If you are not sure if it can be done for whatever reason, then DONT tell the customer that it will be done!!! This is basic customer service and most of the staff can’t even get that right! SET CLEAR EXPECTATIONS!!!!! I know a lot of people here have complained about maintenance but I genuinely think it is mostly due to the office staff being incompetent as any time I follow up on maintenance requests they have no idea what I am talking about whether I called it in or submitted it online. Here is a fun little story: we had a storm one night that knocked out the power and set off some alarm system in the apartment that would not shut off no matter what I tried. It was the middle of the night so I told my family we would handle it the next day with the office. When we called the next morning, we were told it would be taken care of as many units were having the same issue, so we figured it was something they could have a solution for by the time my family came home from work. My sister comes home at about 4 PM and the alarm is STILL going off so she calls to find out what the solution is, the staff member she spoke with had nothing for her and basically said a solution would be emailed shortly. After even more time of the alarm going off and no email being sent, she finally decides to go to the office to sort it out. Mind you, at this point she’s communicated all of this to me while I am at work and we are all livid at this point because we found out that my mother, who sleeps closest to the source of the alarm actually PASSED OUT AT WORK from lack of sleep because of that alarm going off all night. The staff member tells her at that moment that the email had JUST been (conveniently) sent with a solution but she gets the guy to come to our apartment to try it himself because the email was sent right before the office closed for the day and we were not about to be stuck listening to this alarm all night. The guy comes in and reluctantly tries the solution himself, and lo and behold IT DOESNT WORK. So if it wasn’t for my sister dragging him to our apartment and forcing him to find another solution, we would’ve spent another night with this alarm going off in our apartment.Moral of the story: THE OFFICE STAFF IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL. We literally have to force them to do their jobs to get anything done. It’s pathetic and a sorry excuse for customer service. I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone to move here unless they can handle maintenance things on their own. And even then, just don’t.And I’ve seen many of the replies from the owners to the reviews. Stop fake apologizing and FIX THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR STAFF. Instead of telling people your staff is hardworking, MAKE THEM HARDWORKING. ACTIONS. No you can’t make everyone happy but you’re not even trying to prevent people from being upset. “The gates will be fixed”, you have been saying this for YEARS just based on past reviews!!! ACTIONS.PS: I can hear a similar alarm going off from behind the building as I write this and it has been going off for weeks. “But hey!” I hear you say, “Please contact the office or send a maintenance request for further assistance in a timely manner!”Please see the above review for why that is a lie.
I lived at this apartment complex for almost 2 years, after being victim of a burglary, among a bunch of people who got burglarized and not to mention one vehicle that was stolen out of their parking lot (the same day I was burglarized) which is so-called secure, I was not given any options to terminate my lease they only wanted to place me into another apartment and take my money from me. In all honesty the office an office manager Julie is not too bad individual but her employees and staff are absolutely horrible. Theres one particular person Im speaking about her name is Tammy I believe, and she is very very rude and highly abrasive. The one staff member who did help was Sara and I am grateful for her. I didnt even take the time to get other employees name because its not worth the stress they took another deposit from me and Im still waiting on my return deposits for two apartments one of which I did not even get to move into. This complex has been a hotbed of burglaries and Theft recently if you have other options please choose somewhere else. I am a single parent and the safety of my child was violated while living here. The maintenance staff came to fix my door and left sawdust and cracks in the door so the apartment would not seal correctly and my electric bill went through the roof, I was not compensated in any way shape or form. You would think after an apartment building has been burglarized they would do as much as they could without negatively impacting them financially to accommodate a person through a hard time. That was/is obviously not the case with these people. I honestly hope that everyone gets to read this review and considers somewhere else so that you dont have to go to the stress that my child and I had to. I moved into another apartment complex and could not be happier.
Great experience living here for the past 3 years! Safe neighborhood, great location, and great amenities!
New staff is very nice. The gate has finally been fixed; and the trash compactor was fixed very quickly when it broke down. I wish the delivery room had a better organization; and I would like the dog park to be extended. My family has also not been able to actually use the firepit that was installed recently. Generally, my two years here has been very enjoyable and stress free though.
OMG, When I tell you I just had the BEST EXPERIENCE @ this Complex with Amber Maynard and the welcoming Staff. I have found my new home!!! They were so welcoming and made me wish I could move into this Property today vs next month. They are so inviting, nice office and relaxing serene location that make you wanna make this home. With me being a Business Owner for 18 years, Presentation and Quality Customer Service is EVERYTHING to me. And thats just what I received this afternoon. Amber you are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST AND MADE THIS EXPERIENCE AND CHOICE SO EASY!!!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DAY!!!!!
After reading the other reviews posted here, it became quite clear to me that they are being written by competitors and not actual residents. The one star reviews are nonsensical. I have lived here for almost a year, and the experience has been very pleasant. The apartments are very nice, parking areas, mail boxes, and common areas are very well maintained. I dont cause a lot of issues, or demand a lot of attention so my experience in problem resolution with the staff is limited. However, I shop online almost exclusively and the packages left by my front door have always been safe, and those left with the office have been protected and easy to retrieve. In this respect, I am in the office at least once a week and have found the staff to be responsive, respectful, and prompt. In short, I couldnt have asked for more. Dont let the fake reviews turn you away, I love my home and its safe location.
Ive been very happy overall living here this past year and a half. Management does seem to try to keep the property in order
Ive lived here for nearly 3 years now (yah - its my own fault for not moving). Its a cheap place to live (at least it was when I signed my initial lease) - which is why I think I overlooked so many of the issues of living here. My husband and I plan on moving back East at some point - so it wasnt a priority to look for other housing while we waited for job changes, etc...I was also hoping that when new management took over, things would get better - pretty inaccurate thinking on my part. Maintenance is SLOW to respond unless its an urgent request - but they dont deem much here urgent. Ive had a pending work ticket in for almost 2 weeks and had to follow up to find out information. Dishwasher doesnt work, tubs and drains fill with water - and I purchase DRANO every other week to try to keep things at bay. Ive logged work orders for this in the past and no ones been able to help out. They just keep telling me that the drain must be clogged because we dont collect hair before it goes down the drain - not the issue. My husband has been treated poorly at the front office a few times now - typically when he goes to pick up a package. I work as a service manager and Im always appalled at how some of the office employees respond to me (or others). I would 100% not recommend living here. I have friends in the area that live at wonderful apartment complexes, so Id suggest looking into anything else in the area before committing here.
Barbara fields is awesome!!!!she is so kind and very helpful. She makes us feel like her own family...thank you very much!!!!! She takes good care of her residents!!!!!!
PLEASE..PLEASE!!! DO NOT LEASE OR LIVE AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE PLACE HAS SO MANY ROACHES. THE OFFICE STAFFS ARE NOT FRIENDLY. THEY WILL CHARGING EXTRA FEE WHEN YOU MOVE OUT BECAUSE IT HAPPENED TO ME. I WILL NEVER REFER THIS PLACE TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILIES AGAIN. PLEASE DON’T LEASE OR LIVE AT THIS PLACE.
Love this place! I’m so glad I chose this property, the staff is Amazing! My apartment is wonderful and the grounds are always clean!
So I see many one stars and read thru them . I do not assume anyone is lying,However from what I have experienced with apt complexes along with any business. You cant please everyone in this world if selfish ppl. Granted, with any business you have to appeal to potential consumers, so when residents complain about clubhouse looking great but their work orders arent done.. I get it. On the flipside some people feel as if their personal needa trump others so while the other party may have an emergency maintenance requirement and theirs isnt it will appear neglectful from office staff but really they are following procedures to safety tenant and residents. . Plus some of the 1 stars mention spending money on gate fix but not maintenance and then a different review claims gate is always broke..so which one is it? Again Selfish thinking leads to poor reviews. I experienced a warm welcome and honesty about property& services. I would highly recommend
Jan 9th 2018When will the gates start locking again? They have been open for almost 2 months now. The property has had a crime increase also, due to the gates not securing the property after hours. Truck wheels have been stolen and now our truck has been hit for the truck bed covers off our Avalanche, along with all my husbands work tools to make a living. We do pay good rent to have our property more secured, but I dont feel we are getting that anymore.
Really enjoyed my stay here in 2013. The folks at the front desk remembered me and checked to make sure that I was enjoying the complex every couple of months. Easy access to 35E due to a free ramp on 121. When I had to move out of state, they were very accommodating in my lease breaking process. I would live here again if I were brought back to this part of Texas!
This one star is just because I cant give a zero. I am living here for the past one year. I had an emergency situation last week. The first response I got from the leasing office when I approached them was I cannot do anything. They didnt even bother to ask the details of the issue, it could have been dealt far better than they did. Please STAY AWAY if you need a HOME..waiting for my lease term to end. The leasing office people is going to make you feel like you are not even a resident here.
The Meridian is a place that I didnt miss until I left it...sometimes you dont know what you have until its gone. THE STAFF was always courteous, responsive, professional. They understand that though it is their job, its your life, so they move quickly to resolve issues. The maintenance team was always prompt...the only issue I ever had was with my Microwave and they replaced it within 2 days of being notified. The grounds were always well-kept, and they are constantly investing money in keeping the property well-maintained. In the little over 2 years that I lived there, I watch them repaint the entire property and carports, completely redo the workout room with new equipment, add a dog park, and when I was moving out, they were redoing the roofs on all of the buildings. These types of upgrades show that they really care about the property and its longevity. The only reason I moved was to be closer to where I work, but The Meridian was a great apartment rental experience. I moved to the city relocating from North Carolina, so it was great to come into a quiet, peaceful and beautiful environment with no issues. Its not brand new, and its not super expensive, so you wont get all new appliances or hardwood floors or marble countertops...but if youre looking to live well in an environment that is quality and comfortable...look no further than the Meridian. With all of the upgrades theyre doing, it wouldnt surprise me if they did have all new appliances and remodeled units very soon!
Barbara was super helpful with getting us in and approved! Their staff is very friendly and always willing to help out!
I lived at Arium Creekside for over 6 years. (2013 to 2019) During this period I have nothing to complain about. Very beautiful community. With this being such a large community it is very quite. People are friendly. Staff is overall helpful. The office staff are very pleasant and always there to help you and promptly take care of any issues. I would like to thank Ms. Maryam Mohammadi (Assistant Property Manager and Ms. Barbara Fields( Leasing Consultan) for their excellent service. I would recommend Arium Creekside to anyone.
Really enjoyed living here. Isreal the maintance man is awesome. The gym was nice. Pools were always clean. Neighbors were very nice. Staff was amazing and in the office they have a starbucks coffee machine so overall this is a 5 star complex. If i ever move back to the area i will hope to live here again.
This property is great there are a few flaws but hey over all this is affordable place and great staff
If I could give negative stars I would. You dont need to know my experience just know it wasnt good and other places treat you better for the price you pay.
By far the worst experience I’ve had. Long story short. Went through a leakage problem when it rained. Took over 3 months to get it fixed which by then caused carpet damage and black mold which was painted over. The carpet was not even changed. Then I call the city to have them come out, I got out of the lease without penalty finally, and now they’re trying to charge me over $200 in carpet changing fees. I find that ridiculous. They are trying to make up for lost money. Because this management is strictly about MONEY. Your maintenance requests will not be fulfilled not because of the maintenance people but because of terrible terrible management. If you want something done you might as well call it in as an emergency maintenance routine otherwise it won’t get dealt with. I highly strongly recommend you read all the reviews and do not let them trick you into an immediate move in DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE at no deposit because they will use that to bite you later with multiple unnecessary charges. SAVE YOURSELF
Interested in this property? Take my advice and RUN!!!!The new owners have been the worse thing that has happened to this Community of Residents. Before we could pay our rent online for FREE, now we are charged a $25.00 Convenience FEE!The Access Pad to the GYM has been BROKEN FOR OVER SIX WEEKS!The standard response from the Rental Office: It is scheduled to get fixed this week. The TRASH Compressor has been BROKEN FOR OVER A MONTH!The standard response from the Rental Office: It is scheduled to get fixed this week. When something breaks in your apartment, if youre not prepared to submit the same request at least 3 to 4 times, DO NOT RENT HERE!Now, you can chose to be naive and believe what they tell you during the tour if you want, you will ENTER AT YOUR OWN LEGAL RISK!Take note of the recent reviews; specifically those posted as of January 2015. This is when the property changed owners and the standard for excellent service immediately evaporated into thin air.IF YOU WANT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND TO A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT THAT DOES NOT VALUE ITS RESIDENTS, then go right ahead and sign the dotted line! Just know its not their hard earned money that will be going down the drain, it will be yours!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...
No star for the management team here. I paid $325 up front to apply for this apartment and out of 2 other places, they were the only ones who denied my application and took most of my money. The other places only asked for Admin fees and app fees upfront just in case your app is not approved but Meridian wants all your money to keep it. The only reason I even considered them is because of the distance it was to my new job. I think they thought I really loved the apartment. Nope not really. I would like to see the manager not use the young, inexperienced office girls to do her dirty work in explaining why an app was denied. Im 50 years old and I know what a manager can and can not do. The passive aggressive approach was unprofessional. At least greet get off your chair to speak to your potential residence. Dont let your prejudice be so obvious. And just because you hire a black face, doesnt mean you dont operate with those tendencies. Lord, help those leaders in position learn to treat everyone equal.
The office staff nice but beware of the Maintenance they never fix nothing Ever!! I have requested maintenance over and over again but no help this place sucks to the highest run for your life
Just called today, Saturday, December 15th, 2:59pm. The leasing agent pretended to not hear me on the phone. My calls are recorded and recorded both parties perfectly. I tried calling back multiple times and the recording says they are closed now. This is unacceptable. No, I will not call you to discuss this and yes, you ran off a prospective tenant. Ill go else where!
Never Never.office always lie, is crowded many children, kidsSecurity Gate always open and broken that make welcome thief any time. The puppy s dung is spread any place you walk.IMPORTENT!You will not get your deposit back.Even I did not raise a puppy, but they apply pet clean fee from my depositSo funny.
Daphne is perfect and nice! She got my work order done in one day and followed up to show she was concerned. Nice job Daphane keep up the good work!
Our leasing process with Arium was not the smoothest (mainly due to us not submitting a complete application) Barbara worked diligently to make sure we were able to move in on our expected dates and the communication from Barbara, our leasing agent, was spot on.
Our family lived in this apartment for 10+ years. It used to be Meridians, but they recently changed the name and ever since then, the staffs and service was AWFUL! Weve had many issues with the office staffs but our package arrived said it arrived, so we assumed that it was in the office. We didnt have a note but we went to the office just in case it was there (previously, we had a problem with our packages before). I told them the apartment number and they said they didnt have it. I went to the mailbox and found the slip from Fedex saying our package was delivered to the office. I went to the office, again, and they searched and brought out the package that apparently wasnt there few minutes ago. This wasnt the first time. The office staffs are rude and lazy. I would TOTALLY not recommend this place to anyone. If there was a zero star button, I would definitely press on that.
Its really nice living here, but the the concrete outside of the doors are very nasty and stained. They could use a good power wash to clean the area and make it look more welcoming.
Decent apartments to live in, decent maintenance, horrible office staff. I renewed my lease for six months back in June, well in advance of my previous one being up in August. They tried again and again to screw me over by *still* sending renewal reminders to my door, at one point even handwriting on one of them that if I “don’t” renew, my new “month-to-month” rate will be over $1200. Not only did I hand-deliver these notices (at least 3 times) back to them in person and tell them I had already renewed, but ultimately I had to bring my copy of my lease to them in person and sit with them in the office and literally baby them in finding my renewal in their system which for some reason “never put anything in” until the day before the deadline (absolute genuine effort on their part in trying to screw me over). That’s just complete dishonesty on their part. I’m sure that effort includes the frequent changing of staff employees so that there is a consistent trend of “oh, so and so doesn’t work here anymore, so *new person* has zero idea what went on, therefore you (the resident) are still screwed...” which is exactly what happened in this situation and honestly several other times in my last 2.5 years here. I understand you have a job and run a sweet business that’s out to get as much money as you can, but I don’t appreciate being disrespected and played with like this especially when I’ve been responsible and have busted my behind on a daily basis to make ends meet while living here. Just because staff changes doesn’t mean documents and things just suddenly get lost. I mean, do they somehow take this stuff with them? Do old work orders get thrown away when a new employee walks in? Can there please be more integrity and accountability in the way this *business* is run, both of which are severely lacking to nonexistent? I do not want a response to this input. I know that either it will be disregarded or met with the same scripted reply that goes to every other comment. I know I am just another “customer,” another “client” here. I would just hope these are things the staff would take to heart and really rethink how they are treating people who work themselves to death on a daily basis to give them money. Treat others like they are intelligent people please, and not like banks.
