My family and I have lived here for a long time. Nothing is perfect but overall we have been happy. Its in a great location, the property is pretty and its been safe. Recently the property was put under new management and I have to say things have been very different. When you call the office a person no longer answers, you are forced to leave a message and you are lucky if you get a call back. Its very impersonal. They just dont seem to care. On May 20th we were sent an email that the pool was open again but in the last two weeks they closed it again and never sent an email explaining why. Rent here is pricey, part of that is amenities. As a tenant we would like to use the pool, its summer! The one thing I can say is that the maintenance crew has been nice ....when they show up.

Beautiful apartment units. Historically rated four stars when owned by Lincoln. Windsor took over approximately 2 months ago and it has quickly declined already Maintenance is slow, the security gates frequently do not work, the garbage pick up has been missed several times. The garbage compactor was inoperable and they temporarily put open garbage in bins in the parking lot. There are now Waaay too many home entries, and while on home cameras, the entry personnel voiced discord about being on camera inside my home as though that is abnormal in 2021; then they did small spiteful things as well. Historically, I would highly recommend this place, but not now.

I recently move into the apartments on July 10th 2021and my experience has been poor and unfortunate I haven’t been able to get in front gate due to unknown issues that after 3 attempts at calling the front office. It’s annoying to be a new tenant and not being able to get into her home or even have guest come over . No one has taken the responsibility of fixing this issues yet. I can’t even leave my apartments without having access to get back into my gate

I lived in these apartments with my wife and ESA animal the management on site doesn’t take care of their residents. The higher ups had to actually do something for the dude underneath us to stop harassing me and my wife. We also gotten threatened multiple times when we did complain. I would never want anyone to experience what we had to go through. The only good thing about these apartments is the location and that’s about it.

The best place to live. The most quiet, clean and peaceful. The staff is always kind and the maintenance team always fast and perfect fixing everything. I recommend this place in 100%.

Love our new home. Plus neighbors are nice! I also had a chance to meet maintenance and he was extremely polite and even helped me with a few questions that I had.

The experience has been good. Clean amenities for the most part. Maintenance is responsive in a timely manner. We have decent neighbors and enjoy the quiet.

Customer service experience was not ideal. Especially after visiting sister company Waterford Court right before, which provided excellent and prompt customer service. I can only imagine the experience for a resident living at Westbridge. My husband and I decided to leave after waiting for quite some time, in which we walked right past the Westbridge employee who did not say a word.

Excellent place, we are very comfortable in these apartments!You can go walking in the evenings to walk inside the complex, the people are very friendly and the best part is that you also have several restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Just moved in and am very pleased to call this community home!! Gaby and Aaron are great. The features and amenities are much more than I expected. Westbridge Apartments has outshined nearby communities, by far!!

Weve lived here for almost 3 years. By far it has been the nicest place weve lived in Dallas. The people are friendly and quiet. Repairs are done promptly and without question. Its a very dog friendly place which is good although there are a few people who need reminding to pick up after their dog and keep them on a leash.

I have been living here for a month and I can say that it has been the best choice, very quiet, safe and fast when making a repair, the leasing office staff always very attentive and friendly especially Mrs. Gaby. we are very happy here

Lived here for two months almost now and I love this place. People are friendly, the complex is well taken care of and the location is perfect. Easy to communicate with the office and the workout center is good.

Move in was fairly simple. People at the front are helpful and quick at move in process. Apartments are nice and renovated. New appliances and well kept apartments make it more desirable.

Most pleasant moving experience Ive ever had. I was shown an apartment on a hot April afternoon, and sitting in my hotel room signing the lease online the following evening. Inexpensive move-in costs, great trash valet service. a nice one car garage for an extra fee (I think it was $100?). The noise from other apartments can be annoying but we sleep with box fans anyway. The biggest noise is slamming of doors from an apartment on the floor below us but since they moved out, all is quiet in building 15. Our apartment looks out onto a shared grassy area with tall trees that give it a nice outdoorsy feel. Six month lease was the same price as a longer lease, and we were told if we wanted to move to another Lincoln property, anywhere in the country, that the lease is transferable! I also like the location. Easy access to the tollway and to the Bush Turnpike, but without all the traffic of closer apartments to the tollway.

I currently live here. I do not plan to renew my lease. The apartment is alright for the high price. I am leaving because of the office staff. It takes forever to pick up a package. I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes to pick up a package. The lady that usually works up front doesn’t seem to have the ability to help more than one person at a time. She often takes people on tours while I am waiting on a package. It takes all of 45 seconds to grab a package, but it doesn’t seem like it is a priority and she doesn’t seem to care.

Great apartment complex friendly and helpful everything and I mean everything is near by. Issues with apartment are handled quick and efficiently. Enjoy living here

We have been living here a little over about 3 months and it is definitely a beautiful place to live. Located in a great area considering traffic and distance. It also has excellent amenities on the property. The only negative notes I could provide is it takes at least 10-15 calls to the office every time to get someone to answer. Even if you wait and call at various times throughout the day it just rings and rings. Also since the storm occurred roughly a month ago and damaged the property, management has done nothing to reassess the limited parking spaces. Also parking is very difficult and fills up extremely quickly. Other than those minor inconveniences it is an exceptional property to live on and I am pleased with our apartment home.

My wife and I moved here from Louisiana. We were unable to take a look at the apartment before moving to Texas. We made our choice based on the reviews it had received. The reviews for Westbridge were far better than anywhere else. They were so good I was worried that they were false. Fortunately that was not the case. We have lived here three months and have been very pleased. If you have any issue, it is resolved promptly. They even followup to ensure that the issue has been taken care of to your satisfaction. Great complex. I highly recommend.

WARNING!! You will be harassed, live in a cheap construction, and be robbed blind all at the same time. To be fair, this used to be a pleasant place to live with friendly and accommodating management. However, since beginning 2015 when management changed, the people and the place has significantly deteriorated. Apartment management will call you at work constantly for new paperwork and swindle you into paying hundreds in fees. They will promise one thing (rental rate/when they give you keys to unit) and do the complete opposite. Theyll also blame you saying you didnt follow proper procedure, even when you were never notified. Maintenance cant be bothered to fix your broken fridge and will let your food rot. You have to be very persistent and insist they come by. Window cracks b/w walls, bathroom stains, appliances rusted. Walls so thin you can hear neighbors talk/shower/cook. Conclusion: Youll be at beck and call to slumlords while paying thousands.

Lived here for a year! Just renewed so its OK. The office personnel are nice and helpful. Maintainence is friendly but assumes anything wrong or dysfunctional is because you broke it. Sometimes it takes a while to get things repaired others it is very quick. Since we moved here they have added services (which they say we have been paying for all along - I dont think so) for which when you renew you are required to accept and pay for. They have rules about things with ridiculous monetary penalty s for violating them - which we dont (we cant afford too). There is some guy who walks around after dark with a flash light. I dont know who he is but the way he speaks to people is rude and disrespectful. For the price you pay here there should be less attitude from the employees. Sometimes when you have to talk to someone you dont get the same attitude you got before you signed the lease. We stay because it is a nice place and too much trouble to move now but it could be better. The property is great.

My wife and I have been very satisfied living at Westbridge Apartment Homes. Any maintenance requests are handled extraordinarily fast, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The property is well-kept and living environment is quiet and peaceful.

The price for the apartment was a complete rip off!

Honestly this is one of the best places to live in North Dallas. You do not get alot of sq ft for the money but in the over 2 years I have been here I have never had noise or neighbour issue to deal with. The apartments feel hiden. If your at the back of section you can exit the back way and never have to get on Marsh. In fact I dont use March often and thats the address. 🤣

The apts were good while staying here. HOWEVER, just had a terrible experience with the parent company/office here upon leaving. The office here told me I was good and that they didnt need to do a walk through when I was moving out. Then said we didnt clean anything and charged us about $400 dollars. We disputed this because we had pictures showing we cleaned with a dated newspaper and they said it was being disputed and they would contact us. Another lie, they never contacted us about this. We tried to reach them 2 times after that but the manager was always out. So finally we decide to try and pay, but they had already kicked us out of the payment portal! They then proceeded to send the charge to a collections agency instead of just emailing us or calling us back. Be very careful when you move out!

Have lived here for 4 years on their property and am finally deciding to move out at the end of May 2018. I changed apartment units in 2017 to downgrade from a 2 bedroom 2 bath to a 1 bedroom 1 bed bath. Upon moving out the 2 bedroom to 1, I received a itemize bill which show a month cut off and management stated I didn’t pay water or trash for that month and they charged me for it anyway. It showed it coming out my checking account though. Instead of tagging the bill onto my 1 bedroom apartment they reported me to collections and now it’s on my credit. The 1 bedroom apartment am in now, you can hear your neighbors toilet flush and the bathroom sinks. I would not reccommend this property at all. One of the girls stated they will do a walk through when I move out well let’s see if they keep their word.

Ive lived here over a decade and been happy, I enjoy my apartment and the quiet nature of the complex. I have recommended it to friends several times.

They just updated all the furniture in the pool and common area. It looks great. The pool is good size.

The staff wasnt very friendly and acted if they where put out by my inquiries. They where to busy talking among themself.

We LOVE living here. Its quiet, well maintained, a little pricey but if you can afford it its worth it!

This occurred on Sunday 7/22/18.I went in there to look at some of their units for a potential future resident. There was only one office personal there and a couple that she was helping. The office consultant did not even care to acknowledge that we were there nor even looked up from her paperwork. I proceeded to sit for 30 mins while she assisted the couple ahead of us. We finally decided to leave after waiting and not being acknowledged. We Walked passed the leasing consultant again and she said nothing to us or let us know when we could come back. I felt ignored! I understand that she was alone but you can at least speak to future residents when they walk in the door. I wont be coming back due to the lack of customer service.Although, these apartments are beautiful, I cant get past the lack of professionalism and the feeling of not being welcomed.

Has been living at Westbridge Apartments for 3 months and everything is going great so far. Even price is a little hight I think is worth it. Some improvements can be done related to trash containers littering and pool cleaning but is not a show stoper. Community is nice, security is ok, facilities are great, property personal is nice and responde when they are need.

We just moved here from Wichita ks for my husbands relocation for a manager job we love west bridge so far very friendly neighbors and nice and clean place!

The staff is nice and friendly!! Simply amazing!! I recommended these apartments to anyone who is looking to move to the Carrollton-Addison area. The maintenance is awesome. When you call to put your request they go the same day. All the appliances are new and ganite counter tops. A very quite place. One of the best apartments I have ever lived in. I love Westbridge Aptarments!!

The apartment price is just a little high but they offerr very short lease terms up to longer terms. They take took long to take care of the situation, but overall the staff are nice.

Ive had multiple issues with the cleanliness of the unit since I moved in. I have asked multiple times for them to come and address the insect problem (hundreds of fruit flies in the bathroom). The kitchen cabinets and appliances were covered in food residue from previous residents. The bathroom is by far the grossest room. It has smelled like a public restroom since I moved in. The sink reeks of rotting meat. When maintenance came to investigate they told me that smell comes from people brushing their teeth and spitting into the drain. The toilet, I suspect, is not properly sealed to the floor and is also causing the foul smell. Im very happy that I only signed a 6 month lease.

I love Love LOVE these apartments. They are everything I could’ve hoped for as far as appliances and style. They are absolutely beautiful! I would for sure give them 5 stars but I unfortunately cannot. The reason being is that every since I moved in in June/July of this year, my bathroom has been the most disgusting disfunctional room in my apartment. The toilet and sink smell horrid and I have repeatedly put in a maintanence request for the plumbing to get fixed and whenever they come they blame it on my toilet not being clean. I don’t know what that means exactly but I’m not by any means a dirty person and I keep my bathroom clean so there is something wrong with the plumbing. The toilet water and sink water smell like sewage more often than not and I am constantly cleaning my toilet in an attempt to get rid of the smell but maybe a day or two later it comes back very strong. The smell is clearly in the water and this needs to be fixed ASAP. To go with the plumbing being terrible, ever since I moved in the towel bar was broken and I have had maintanence come out to “fix” that multiple times and after a couple days it breaks off the wall AGAIN.Like I said, I love these apartments but the bathroom is a HUGE MAJOR issue and it’s apparently clear that I am not the only one who thinks this. I would GREATLY appreciate it if my plumbing issue is resolved once and for all as well as my towel bar. It makes 0 sense for these apartments to be so beautiful and have disgusting bathrooms and a poor maintanence staff...

Office staff quoted my renewal at one rate on two separate occasions, only to raise it 10% despite specifically asking what it would be.None of these that follow justify the low score like the above, but do reflect poor management (an opinion shared by older residents Ive spoken to). They do not enforce their trashes policies leading to annoying hallway conditions (yet the trash valet service is $20 and compulsory), parking can be inconvenient for some units with no designated guest parking, the gym rennovation was a paint job and half the free weights disappearing, no choice in internet providers, and their online payment portal only works 33% of the time.Other than that a quiet, decent place to live with newish apartments, a very competent and attentive maintainance staff and a decent pool.Update: Theyve fixed the issues with the trash policies and seem to be maintaining the gym better which is appreciated. Raising to 4.

Lived here for 1.5 years so far. The office staff is great and pretty responsive. Most issues Ive had were fixed that day.I chose these because they were by far the better looking interiors of apartments I had toured in the area, and were the same priceas the others as well. My rent has gone up after a year, but Im still paying under market price for my 770 sqft apartment (was 725, now 775, market 825). The only bad thing about this place is the gigantic speedbumps. But the apt gym is very nice, the pool area is great, and parking has never been an issue for me. They recently added a 2 dog parks as well, one for small and one for large dogs. Id highly recommend this place.

Some issues with the plumbing that never got fixed. Average construction quality considering what they charge.

New management purchased building and there are no words to explain how quickly things went downhill. Months go by without major things getting repaired such as trash compactor, mail kiosk collapsed, concrete stairs have cracks and chunks of concrete cracking off, new gate entry procedures without ANY notice or instructions on how to get in etc. (photos speak volumes).And yes, GET out of my apartment! 6 times you need access in 6 months; really? Fix things that are broken instead of nosing around in my space. Oh and absolutely they never answer the phone anymore and send out way too many emails that pretty much sound like the generic response I’ll get from this review.
