First time ever going to this place! I got a fill on my acrylic manicure! I was nervous as you never know what will happen to your nails when its the first time at a new salon. Love the finished product!!

Called ahead to make sure they had availability for my wife and me to get a pedicure at the same time during our short vacation. Got there and got seated with our feet in the water, but then it was evident they didnt have enough staff...After 20 minutes of one person working on my wifes feet, no one had even started working with me yet. Soon the little water bath circulation machine had timed out, turned off and water had gone cold.Ended up giving up and putting my shoes back on. Place might be fine for someone going solo, but absolutely would not recommend for anyone going with a partner or group :(

This is a cozy salon with a great atmosphere, relaxing, friendly and professional. The gel mani/pedi that I get with them are meticulous, gorgeous and durable as always!!

I wouldn’t come back to this nail salon. The guy that did my pedi threw my feet in and out of the water and then “finished” my polish and asked me if it needed another coat. Even with another coat it still has bubbles and discoloration like the polish was old

My mani-pedis are absolutely perfect. Its also incredibly clean, which is more important than ever. Such a great experience! They were so welcoming and nice the whole time.

Literally the worst manicure of my life. Didn’t get polish around the edges, cut my cuticle, bubbles, sharp edges & black stuff in my nails. I would give this place a 0 star if I could.

My daughter and I walked into the salon yesterday and the experience was phenomenal! I have never felt so welcomed at my first time in a salon. Ive tried a few of the salons surrounding the area and they do not even compare. Now, I cant believe it took me this long to try them. I will definitely be returning to Lovely Nails because we left the salon feeling pampered and beautiful. They absolutely lived up to their name because this place is so so lovely.

I came in yesterday for the first time with my mother and loved the place! The employees greeted me as soon as I came in and my nail tech did a wonderful job! I typically ask for coffin nails and this is one of the only places that finally got it exactly the way I want it. The atmosphere is inviting and calming as well! This will definitely be my go to salon from now on.

My manicurist is such a great lady! She remembers you from your first visit and your preferences. Shes very accommodating about appointments- and its really an appointment, not a sure come on in thing so you dont wind up. Waiting forever. BUT also they dont rush and you get really quality treatments.

I was visiting from out of state for my daughters wedding. I needed to have my acrylic nails filled. My manicurist did a great job. I did the ones that last 2 weeks. They look amazing. Clean and very pleasant salon.

This place is seriously great and the customer service is even better. I am picky about my nails, I get acrylics done here by my manicurist and she is the BEST. She makes them look like my natural nails, never thick or bumpy. Her attention to detail is unlike any other salon Ive ever been to.

Been getting my nails done here for over a year, and I wont be leaving anytime soon. The place is clean and the staff is amazing. Theyve known me by name since my first appointment, and seem to genuinely care about their customers. Plus they are amazing at dip powder nails! I would suggest calling for an appointment if possible just because a lot of their customers have standing appointments. Ive done a few walk-ins, and the longest I waited was 15 minutes.

Have been going to Lynn for a few years. She is the best...always manages to fit me into her busy schedule and does a beautiful job. I am really surprised by some of these negative reviews. I have always had a good experience.

The experience in the nail shop was fine. I went on a Tuesday evening, so not much traffic. The issue lies with the fact that I got acrylic gel full set that turned out to be really bulky; didn’t look natural at all. Then, I asked for coffin shaped and they really didn’t turn out that way. Last but not least, 4 of my nails have broken since I got that full set a month ago. My nails never break, no matter how long they’ve been on. For the price of the full set and everything else they claimed they usually charge for (putting glitter polish on my nail & filing them into a coffin shape) they can have better quality.

Absolutely horrible experience! They treat you rude when you come in, my cuticles were bleeding. Never showed me colors until the end then said I could only have one color . They were talking to each other obviously about me in their language which was rude . Owner did nothing to help! I will spread the word! Horrible and racist

I was in a pinch and needed a manicure. I usually go to a different nail salon, but decided to give this place a try. I got right in and the nail techs seemed friendly. The place wasnt the cleanest and my nail tech was coughing all over me while he did my nails. He was very rough, especially when he pushed my cuticles back and cleaned them up, which wasnt very thorough. When he painted my nails, he got polish all over my skin and didnt fix it. He also used very thick layers of polish and did two layers of top coat. It took forever for them to dry, which was much later after I left the salon. The dryer I was told to sit at was dusty and sounded like it was on the brink of breaking. The UV light didnt even work on one side. Overall, I could have done a better job myself and wont be going back. Maybe other nail techs there are better than the older gentleman who did my manicure. About five other people were sitting around talking and laughing super loud the whole time, but maybe they were better at manicures. I wouldnt waste my time here.

I went in to try this place out as it is right next to my job so the convenience would of been great! Instead I received the most painful fill in I ever have gotten. The man clearly was intimidated by my nail shape and length. He should of just told me he was uncomfortable. I only have a small window of time to get my nails filled due to work and getting kids, he put something on my nails that made my skin burn! My cuticles were bleeding. He cut acrylic off that shouldn’t of been cut and then finally showed me the colors to choose from and was rushing me and only let me choose one color he said your fine and took the box away. I came to get them fixed or a refund and they closed earlier then their hours state. I went in before work today and the owner and other guy were rudely talking clearly about me basically blaming me. I would never recommend this place. They were rude and don’t talk unless your a regular. They only talk amongst themselves. I walked out looking like a student tried to do my nails. I will be spreading the word about my horrible experience.

Worst nail salon Ive ever been to! I walked in and asked for a full set. A woman put the nails on and a man painted them. They look TERRIBLE! The acrylics are too narrow so there are gaps on the sides that show my real, short nails and they dont go all the way to the cuticle so they look like theyre weeks old when I just got them done yesterday. The polish doesnt even cover the whole acrylic and it is very uneven, you can see the different layers of paint. I also had to wait 30 minutes for them to start when there were only two other customers in at that moment. They also were very unfriendly and either ignored me or responded with very few words. Waste of time and money.

The manicure did not last even one day. I think they mostly do gel nails. Very few regular polishes.

Terrible experience. My nail tech spent most of the session attempting to watch a game on his iPad rather than working on my nails. Apparently he is also the only one able to scheduale appointments so he was frequently interrupted to scheduale appointments for other techs. He didnt talk to me at all and I left with so so nails.

This is the worst nail nail salon I have ever experienced. It was extremely dirty, the people were rude and could not stop conversing with each other while paying no attention to the customers. They used to drill instead of soaking my nails when doing a gel nail polish change and I had to point out that I still had polish left on my nails As she started to put on the new coat. The nail polishes were in terrible shape and the list goes on. I have some bad manicures before but this one is by far the worst. I wish I would have walked out 5 minutes after my police change started. I would go someplace else!!

I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. A woman named Holly did my pedicure, and she was the best I have ever had!!!! I would drive hours just to have her again. Charlynn is the woman who did my full set, and it is the worst looking job I have ever seen. The nails are crooked, the paint job is horrible, and the nails she attached are not the right size. She did the whole thing in 30 minutes. Pedicures with HOLLY are fantastic.. Fake nails with Charlynn are HORRIBLE--- never again

As a guy, I dont get polish and could care less about the massage. My last visit was $28 + $3 tip and for men this is too much. Made my last trip to these guys. They need men pricing!
