Lived here for the pat 3 years - Hands down the best apartment and the most responsible/welcoming staff I have ever met! You can trust them 100%
I cannot say enough great things about this apartment community, its management staff, the maintenance team, and the overall class with which this community is maintained and operated. This is my first apartment in over 15 years and they have exceeded every single expectation that I had or wanted. Thank you Sherry Brittany Blanca Trish and the entire team.
Great staff, grounds crew & apartment overall. We definitely enjoyed our short stay there. Pet friendly community with access to the clubhouse, gym & indoor basketball court. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool. Rachel, Blanca & staff are very friendly and care about your well being. Please consider this Luxury apartment community to soon call it home.
A lovely apartment complex managed by J.C Hart company. Josh (leasing specialist), Rachel (property manager), and the maintenance team will do what they can to make you feel at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and you feel welcomed when talking to them either with a concern or just everyday things. It is one of the few places in Carmel you will not be surrounded by other apartments or retail as it is landlocked between US-31 and a conservation reserve. As more shopping areas are built on commerical land, the value of this location goes up as you have more to choose from without the headache of living in the growth.Access to US-31 north and south is easy even during rush hour and is minutes from the art district and West-Clay Terrace. A Monon trail entrance is a short mile away.Weve been extremely happy with the staff and complex and look forward to another year with them!
I feel so fortunate to call Highpointe my new home. Everything from start to finish during my move-in process went professionally and smoothly. The team on-site—specifically Rachel and Josh—is fantastic, very friendly and helpful, and the neighbors Ive met so far have all gone out of their way to make me feel at home. My apartment was clean when I arrived, and the few small things that I noticed were addressed and fixed in a speedy manner. The grounds are well-kept, and its quiet at night. I love it. Five stars PLUS for Highpointe.
We rented a townhouse style apartment for the last year. The management here is the best. They really make you feel at home and are right on top of things. They do monthly residence appreciation weeks with many great features. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
The staff is friendly and helpful and keeps the property looking great. Issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. Great place.
We absolutely LOVE living here. As someone who has rented with multiple places in the Indianapolis area, this is by far the BEST experience Ive ever had. Rachel and Josh are superb to work with. The apartments are in wonderful shape and any maintenance requests are dealt with promptly. I would definitely recommend these apartments.
Move-in experience has been great with Highpointe on Meridian apartment complex so far. Management and maintenance staff has provided great support with overall and specifically move-in related questions. Rachel(property manager) and the maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with their efforts to make you feel welcome to the apartment complex. Really appreciate their prompt response on overall matters. Would definitely recommend others to consider moving in to this lovely and quite accessible complex.
This is apartment living at it’s best. The floor plan is smart and simple. The community managers help keep my space feeling like a home. I recommend this complex to all of my friends who are relocating to my companies expanding office. Highpointe is the best!
This is great place to live, As other are mentioned, Rachel(Property manager) is superb. I would also like to mention Adam(Maintenance) is also superb. Overall all team working here is awesome. The most encouraging part is every month they have appreciation week for renters where they do several activities such as garbage collection, evening parties etc. This complex has smoky row elementary school as assigned school which is ++ point. This school is beyond your expectation. This school awarded blue ribbon in year 2012.The only drawback about this community is there is no playground for children and there is no nearby playground/park for children
Great place to live. Very peaceful and the people are nice. I love the floor plans and amenities. Reminds me of the old show Knots Landing. Love my apartment home.
Great apartment location right off 31. Move in and move out were easy and painless.
Home is Highpointe! We moved to Highpointe when I moved to the Indy area for dental school, all while we were apartment searching I wasnt finding anything that made me feel safe and at home - that is until I met Josh & Rachel at Highpointe on Meridian. We moved in July 4th weekend, had horrible weather on the way in from out of state and Josh was kind enough to hang out a bit past closing to make sure everything was set for the move in (thank you again so much). I normally dont write reviews but feel as though this complex & their staff deserves a bragging moment. The apartments are new, well constructed, modern, and clean. The community is lively enough to be fun, but quiet enough that its always peaceful. We love the gym and amenities the complex offers, parking is close to the complex so you never have to walk very far to your entrance. The maintenance team is amazing and responds quickly to any servicing requests you may have. The groundskeepers are wonderful as well - seeing as we had a snowy winter, they always had the walks cleared and salted well before I set out for the day at 5 AM. This complex is pet friendly and although we dont have pets of our own, we love meeting our neighbors and their furry friends. The complex is also very close to everyday needs such as several grocery stores, coffee shops, shopping, and gas stations. Its only a few minute drive to the Carmel arts & design district, which is a quaint little downtown area that makes for a great night out. The night we moved in, we saw the districts fireworks for the 4th of July from our living room window (so fun). Overall, Highpointe is a wonderful community for families, professional students, and anybody looking for the welcome home feel of a safe community.
Ive never written a review before but feel compelled to in this case. The rental staff at this complex are the nicest and most competent people that I have ever dealt with. Cheri did an amazing job finding me a quiet apartment as I requested and took on the responsibility of accepting my furniture delivery on multiple days which saved me many trips from out of town. I cant say enough about all of the people that helped out and I am extremely happy with the quality and layout of my apartment.
These apartments are pretty, that’s about it. The management needs improvement. All packages are delivered there and most of the time management is never around. There is a woman that does maintenance that is very nice, however there is a guy or a kid I should say that makes you very aware that he is unhappy with his job. None of our neighbors are friendly and there is poop everywhere. Now this may be contributing to how cold it was this winter but for 900 sq. feet, our electric bill got up to $280 and impossible to keep a comfortable temperature without knocking the thermostat up to 75 or higher.
Working with Rachel and Josh has been the most wonderful experience, this is a friendly and welcoming community right in one of the most desirable areas of Carmel. We are excited to continue with Highpoint on Meridian!
I moved in - in June 2017. I have had a great experience here at HighPointe. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and available by phone, email, or at the clubhouse. They even have emergency maintenance for holidays if anything were to happen. Their leases’ are typically 13 months, but adjustments can be made. Their prices are competitive to other apartment complexes near by. Overall I would totally recommend HighPointe. I even resigned my lease for another 13 months.
I have lived here almost a year. I love the location. It is about 35 minutes to campus. The neighborhood is great for single people as well as couples with kids. My neighbors have made an effort to make friends with my dog (Charlie Magoo), and that means a lot.The office staff, Rachel, Josh, and Kristen (?) are very responsive if you have a need or question. I have asked some really dumb questions (I suck at adulting sometimes), and Rachel still responds to my emails. They will also make sure your package gets on the UPS, USPS, and FedEx trucks. That saves a lot of time.Rachel even brought a 25 pound bag of dog food to my apartment on the second floor! There is still an occasional loose dog (either accident or on purpose), and Rachel has quickly addressed that with the owners.Maintenance is amazing. Trish was out putting salt down on Christmas morning (4am!!). The sidewalks are cleared and salted first thing. Salt is also put down at night if there’s ice or snow coming.I think the price is pretty decent for Carmel. I think the electric bill is cheaper than Fishers. They have resident appreciation week once a month. Sometimes they have margaritas (I’m usually too busy studying, but it sounds like fun!).I’m sure you’ve stopped reading by now, so I will stop typing. :)
These look very nice! Considering getting a place here.
