Moved in mid June and thus far it’s been nothing but great service and location. Quiet compared to downtown where we moved from. Maintenance is quick to respond and does a great job. Front office staff was quick and easy to coordinate a move.

Have been here almost a full year and we love it. Maintenance are quick to respond and office staff is all very friendly. Even throw us a pool party from time to time;)

We needed an apartment last minute due to PCS move and Lakeside bent over backwards for us. They did everything possible to meet our needs. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and updated! Great amenities, great pet policy, great maintenance staff and services! We couldn’t ask for a better place. As far as the negative reviews on here I feel they may just be misunderstanding the situation or bitter. We updated the pictures from the ones when we first moved in.

The open floorplans make the apartments feel very large and yet still cozy! The amenities are great including the indoor basketball court, pool, and valet trash service. The staff at the leasing office is always cheerful, friendly, and extremely helpful & knowledgeable.

I really enjoyed my time at Lakeside Apartments. A couple of years ago I read these reviews and they helped me make up my mind about living there. Having concluded my stay, I want people to know what a first class job they do there. Whenever, I had an issue with the apartment, they sought to resolve it as soon as possible. The maintenance people were great, the staff always did a great job. They were kind and courteous. They try and succeed to make people happy living there.I loved my apartment and still miss it.Good luck to you if you are moving to Carmel!

We lived here for a year and a half and loved it. Nobody really bothers anyone else and the apartments themselves are modern and nice to live in.We did have a problem with noise as one neighbor would bounce a ball at all hours of the night and we had heavy footed upstairs neighbors, but these things were able to be overlooked given all our other factors.Maintenance was always able to help us in record timing, which was so nice. The staff in the office are friendly enough, but we never talked past the point of signing our lease and then when we were ready to leave.The location is great because its not but five minutes from the interstate and ten-fifteen minutes from really good restaurants/food.Would move back if we needed to.

I loooooved Lakeside! The best apartment complex in Carmel BY FAR! I’d say the only issue I had, were the geese. They were everywhere. I was on the first floor facing the lake, so there would be 10-20 geese up by my patio a day. They are just gross creatures and very aggressive. Other than that, every thing was AMAZING and I would definitely live there again!

We love living here! The buildings are clean and well maintained and the apartments are beautiful and updated!

Everyone at Lakeside is so warm and welcoming! My move was SO easy and I felt like I had help every step of the way. My apartment was spotless when I moved in. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately! The amenities are great, the area is safe, and my neighbors are wonderful. I’m very happy living here at Lakeside!

I have lived in the Lakeside community since April 2017 and I absolutely love it. The entire team is very kind and accommodating, all of my service requests are typically completed within 24 hours. Its a very animal-friendly community too! I never have any issues with my neighbors, they are all very polite and keep to themselves. I highly recommend this community!

This is an excellent apartment community. I just moved here in February of this year but have been a JC Hart resident since October 2014.. JC Hart is the best Indiana leasing company in my opinion. I previously lived at Linden Square Apartments in Avon, IN. Everything here is really top notch. The build quality of the units and amenities are superb. They take great care of the property. All of my neighbors are friendly. The apartment management team has been easy to work with and they take good care of me. The maintenance staff respond to requests very quickly and value my satisfaction with the work they do. The location is phenomenal as well.

My husband and I moved in to a 2 bedroom apartment 5 months ago and couldnt be happier! We will be here a long time. No noise, the grounds are always well kept, staff is friendly and always in the office. For the previous comments that were listed about staff never being here, I think that was because the apartment was still newer and they had a lot of showings for interested tenants. The staff has always been great and I love how they are very prompt with notifications about package delivery! Also, weve had maintenance out only a couple of times for things, and theyve come very quickly after the post. The location is also great-- its walkable to the Monon Trail and downtown Carmel. I cant say enough great things about this complex. The grounds are always well kept. The pool/grill/firepit area is beautiful and alot of time was spent there. Lastly, the staff is what made my residence here memorable. They took time to get to know me and planned several community events. I am so glad I lived at Lakeside.

The office staff sweet, friendly, always helpful . The maintenance is above the normal, super fast and friendly. The whole team here makes u feel at home and like family

So far this has been a perfect place to live with the exception of there often isnt anyone in the office working. The will be back sign is constantly up.

I was interested in renting an apartment for my mom. I went for an initial visit and met with a pleasant young woman who spent a considerable amount of time showing me the various layouts and pricing options. Returned 3 weeks later and had the most unpleasant interaction with a leasing consultant named Kristin who was unbelievably rude. She didnt even get out of her chair to greet us and she never even said hello, but simply uttered, how can I help you? It was clear that she was preoccupied with something on her computer and that we were not a priority. While there were two other people there ahead of us there were a thousand ways that she could have handled the situation differently, but it seemed as if she went out of her way to make us feel unwelcomed. I wrote an email to the manager and received a call from the district manager who I thought was sincere in her apology until she asked if I was going to post a negative review online. It was very clear that she was chiefly concerned about the negative exposure. There is no way that Im spending my hard earned money at this place when there are many other luxury apartment complexes in Carmel that know how to treat people with respect.

No one ever answers the phones... bummer bc I was really wanting to lease here. Guess Ill have to find somewhere else.Maybe you guys should hire some more people ??? How are people suppose to ask questions or make appts to look at the apartments when no one answers the phone ?

We moved out in May. It is now November and we have not received our deposit back yet. We have called, emailed, and even showed up in person and still have not be refunded. I have sent a complaint to the BBB.Update: After the BBB complaint, we did recive our deposit.
