We were going to go with AT&T as our internet service. They said they would be out between 11-1. The guy finally came around 3 pm and apologized for being late. He offered to come back another day. I said no it’s fine since I’ve been home all day waiting for him. He went to the front of the house and said he couldn’t work on it until a crew came out which would be the following day. Well, no crew ever came out. We called back and they said we were now “cleared” to schedule an appointment. We figured it was just one lazy employee and scheduled another appointment. They were supposed to come today (a week later) between 11-1. Well it’s 2:36 pm and no one is here....We have now been in our new house for over a week with no internet. I am starting a master’s program next week and will be needing to use my computer. This service has now had me staying home for 2 full days waiting for someone to come out. If you are in the Carlsbad area, do not go with them. This is a joke!

Worst internet I ever had. On and off for almost two weeks while I am working from home. Hate them so bad. Please don’t consider att if you in this area.

Worst internet I’ve ever had. I had to get AT&T due to the fact that my apartment complex wasn’t serviced by Cox. I had an original plan of 75 MBPS and when the technician came to install my service he had to downgrade my plan to 50 MBPS because I was on the cusp of the 75 MBPS line. I would have preferred that someone told me that before I bought the plan instead of waiting a week and a half before I could get my internet setup. I am constantly lagging while playing games, download speeds are horrendous, and it makes gaming and watching anything a terrible experience. I know now for the future that I will never go to AT&T for service again and as soon as I find a new company with better service I will be switching immediately.
