Unreliable. Horrible internet. Installation takes up to 3 weeks away from the day you set up an appointment. They rescheduled the time the technician was coming without notifying me.. I had to cancel doctors appointments all day today because first they said they were coming at 2pm; then without calling or anything they changed it to 5pm. Back and forth trying to move around my schedule all for the worst internet Ive ever had. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH WINDSTREAM.

First real good experience with the company... the tech they sent out was perfetional and did not leave till all concerns where resolved!

Absolutely awful service, consistently pushing back the installation date because THEY KEEP forgetting to put information that has already been repeatedly told to them. Completely terrible service

Set up an appointment for the 24th. No show. Came on the 25th with pre-planned excuses for not getting started. Left it at that...Take my money, two days setting up someone to be here for their install and nothing, very disappointed.

Horrible company. First they lied about a promotion that they had with Vivint. Then they never showed up for the installation no phone call or anything. Then we called them they claimed they showed up and no one was home which was another lie because I was at home all day. Then they claimed that they will show up the next day and they never showed up again. Then after the 2nd scheduled time I received phone call claiming they wont be able to make it but will try again tomorrow. No thanks Im not going to allow this company to waste my time and money again.

Worst service ever. They cancelled first service installation appointment 30 minutes before they were scheduled to show up because they had somewhere else to be. Second time they show up and made an excuse that they had run out of cable so they wouldn’t be able to put it. Third time they show up and Say they can’t install in an rv park but need to get with engineers first to make sure. I finally just gave up and cancelled the order. I would give 0 stars if I could.
