My husband and I are in town to find our new home. We had several appointments scheduled and happened to see these apartments from the road we were driving in to our next appointment. We decided to drop by as we thought they looked beautiful from the outside. We called a few times with no answer because we could not find the leasing office. With no help from the staff we found the leasing office. The doors were locked even though it said open. We looked in and saw a woman sitting at her desk we knocked loudly several times. She looked right at us and then looked back down. We decided to leave, as we walked to our car we hear a knock on the door, we see her standing there saying something but because the door was closed we couldn’t hear her. Why didn’t she just open the door??? I walked over just for her to say “she is using the rest room she will be right with you.” This was so unwelcoming and unprofessional. Open the door, let us in, and let us know someone will be right with us. Is that so hard?? It was just super awkward and very rude. My husband and I just left. I would not recommend these apartments purely for the staff. By the way, I have worked in property management for a long time and know how people should be treated and how to remain professional in the current climate. This is not it!

Let me start by saying this would be a 4.5-5 star review if it weren’t for the leasing office. I’ve brought an issue to their attention three times. Nothing. I know in today’s world google reviews are everything so maybe now they’ll actually care.The property is beautiful. The amenities are top notch. Pool, club house, grill, etc are all great.The apartments themselves are great. Appliances are all brand new.Walls are paper thin. Windows are garbage. If you want to hear conversations of people a story below you outside your apartment, this is the place for you.If they offer you an apartment ANYWHERE near a pedestrian entrance to the property don’t even consider it. You’ll be woken up at all hours of the night to the lovely sound of a metal gate slamming into the door jam.

Terrible management staff, paper thin walls and floors. Besides being able to hear the footsteps of residents above you, our apartment also dealt with numerous ant infestations.I would give a higher rating, but the management staff is so poor that 1 star is the best I can do. One example: one time we were locked out of our garage unit and asked the front office for a spare key or to unlock the door for us so we could access our car. It was 6:03 pm and when we went into the office they told us that they would not be able to help because it was “after-hours”. 3 minutes and they refused to walk 100ft away to open the door. The thing that made the situation worse was that the lady in the front office had the key in hand and didn’t want to go out of her way to help. INSTEAD, she told us to put in a service request online, which obviously wasn’t dealt with until several hours after.BLUF: The leasing staff didn’t want to help us unlock our garage because we were 3 minutes past their closing time, yet we’re still available in the open leasing office. Pathetic.I will be moving out of Montecito the day my lease is up. Please look elsewhere if you are looking for an apartment complex that cares about its residents.

Lived here for 6 months now and I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. Touring, leasing process, and maintenance requests are smooth, no hidden fees or games. The complex is well taken care of, not perfect but really good for an apartment community. The noise factor is the best part..it never gets rowdy or noisy. Great location too and awesome amenities.

Gorgeous Property. It is like living on a resort, from the full gym to the outdoor workout are and salt water pool overlooking the mountains. Wow. Reasonable deposit as well. I have been renting from private owners for the last 8 years and have always had to pay the full rent as a deposit but here we only had to put down $500. Reasonable pricing for everything we are getting.

Very modern layout, good quality built apartments, and resort style gym and clubhouse. Also very quiet community and close by the beach, mall, and beautiful hiking and walking trails. I like the landscape in the community and the cleanliness is very well kept. Terron, of leasing office staff was very helpful, welcoming, and professional.

If it were possible to write a review and leave a zero star rating, thats is exactly what I would do. The property is beautiful, but is so poorly managed, that it is easy to see why they are sitting at 50% occupancy. I was taken on a great tour of the property, the woman that showed me around wasnt the most knowledgeable, but she was nice enough. After the tour she provided me a quote and directed me to apply online. The price online didnt match the quote, but she instructed me that she would leave a note for management and they would honor the quote. When i was contacted by management, I was told that the woman who gave the tour gave me the wrong price and it was actually $100 a month higher and the manager completely refused to honor the quoted rate. Beware of any quoted rates as they will not be honored, its a shame because the property is very nice.

I dont think the previous reviewer understands that its normal protocol to grab IDs of the people that you are taking on a tour. As a matter of fact, we went to Pacific View, Seascape, and Montecito. All of them required for us to leave IDs behind as we went on the tour.In terms of discrimination, I find that hard to believe, as with my short time of being here I have seen a great mix of people.In terms of my review, everything has been great so far. The apartments are brand new so everything is super clean. The pool/spa area, game room, and lounge, are spectacular, you almost have to see it to believe it.This apartment complex blew the other places we looked at out of the water. It truly feels like you are living at a resort. It is exciting to see what the future holds for this complex. It is very quiet and you rarely see any tenants walking around because they just started leasing.I will be sure to update my review in a few months once we have settled in more.

Loved these apartments! Theyre beautiful with many amenities. I also believethat the first reviewer is mistaken. It is protocol to give your ID when touring apartments. I believe its for the safety of the agent and for future contact purposes. Its not discrimination at all.

Such a beautiful layout and location as soon as you drive in. I changed my initial review after I spoke to T from the Leasing Office who very kindly explained that my first visit was a misunderstanding, He was and has been very helpful since then and patiently took the time to show the property and suggest different options to us according to our objectives and what we are looking for. T also took the time the next day to tour my wife and son who were not with me in the tour the day before. We appreciate Ts assistance very much; and based on his wonderful service and the communities location and amenities this is definitely a place much worth to consider and live

Terrible customer service... I called on Friday to ask if I had to make an appointment to tour the property, the lady on the phone told me it is suggested to insure you dont have to wait. I made an appointment for today Sunday at 2:00pm I got there at 1:55pm and the doors were locked with a note saying be back at 2:30pm. I called the office and got some guy who told me he would try and call them and let them know I was waiting, 15mins later I still hadnt heard anything nor was anyone back in the office so I left. Why have me make an appointment if your not going to show up for my appointment. I wasted my time driving over 30mins away to come tour a property and no one was there to help me, such a waste of a day. Such a same looked like a nice property but I will never go back.

I love living here we are so blessed and greatfulIt’s kid and pet friendly the amenities are 5⭐️Resort amenities I have nothing bad to say

The billionare who owns this property is operating an ileagal sales office. Nobody has a Calif R.E. licsense. Leases are written on tiny unreadable devices. They dont know what a trusst fund is for.They do not give tennants signed copies of anything.
