After looking at reviews online, I chose this location because of all the positives I read. I booked my appointment with Jen, and I was NOT disappointed.I arrived a bit early, which gave me the opportunity to observe Jen finishing up with another client. She was meticulous and explained along the way why she was taking certain steps to get the style just right. I knew immediately I was in good hands.When I was in the chair, Jen was friendly and very competent. She listened to what I wanted as well as the struggles I was having with my unruly, fine, and slightly wavy locks. Her technique and skill showed me that she keeps up with current trends and training. Because length was an issue, she started by taking off shorter amounts and then working with me to a point that felt and looked right. She nailed it.My previous haircut had been done in another city by an upscale salon, in which the cut alone was about $60, and I was not entirely happy with the results. Jen is proof that you don’t have to pay a fortune to get great looking hair. I look forward to my next appointment with her, and she will be my ‘go to’ stylist while here.

I have been going to this place for four or five years now and this is my second review. I love this place! They make me feel like family, are always ready on time for our appointments, and take great care of my hair! I have gotten cuts colors hairstyling and all kinds of hair treatments here. I just love this place. And the prices are great! I especially thank Heli who is the only stylist I’ve been going to for the past few years. She’s so good at her job! And she takes great care of me!

I asked for a shampoo and cut/style, she shaved the side down to what I wanted, but my hair cut looks nothing like the photo, my hair didnt get washed and I just wanted to get out of there. Im gonna stick with Walmart. I could have gotten the same results for less than $65. She didnt even finish the braid. I told her if it couldnt be done then dont worry about it. I feel like Ive been ripped off. This is 5 mins after leaving the building.....looks good my foot.

I was very impressed from the layout of the salon, it was clean, welcoming, and staff was amazing! Heli did an amazing job on my hair. Not only did she walk me through every detail, she also gave me suggestions on after care for my hair. She was loving and professional during my appointment. Left Feeling beautiful! Heli is the greatest!She knows exactly what to do with my hair.I have very fine, thin hair and heli has given me the perfect cut and style that I now have more body than Ive ever had.She keeps me up to date with the latest styles.If I come to her with a picture and say I want it done like this, she matches it perfectly.She just is very knowledgeable about hair.Very professional and yet personable.I wont go to anyone else!

Despite being a bit early, Heli invited me down to sit and started working. Throughout the haircut she remained talking about a subject that I can give input on. Giving personal recommendations on what soaps I should use because of my hair, she was kind throughout the entire experience. Great customer service. Great cleanliness. Great overall time. My overall experience will have me come the next time I need a haircut!

Heli was professional while being friendly. She shared suggestions on color and style and asked pertinent questions to help make the best choices for my lifestyle. Shestayed late to accommodate my work schedule. And she is an interesting person and fun to talk with.

Over all I had a great cut, but for the color they did tell me prices went up a little bit. I was quoted $300.00 for highlights. I was in shock! I’ve never paid that much! I used to pay around $150 for a full head of highlights. Also Heli was counting her money for her lunch in front of me. “I only have mostly 100’s”. That is so tacky and unprofessional. I’ll be using another salon from now on.

I go in for conditioning treatments between cuts and color. This pic is from the last time I got my hair colored. I got a balayage and root touch up. I highly recommend this salon. I felt the stylist rushed through my haircut, because she was the only employee present. She tried to upsell me some hair care products by commenting on the dryness of my scalp. When I asked for a straight razor line in the back, she informed me that shed have to charge me an additional $7 for a beard trim. I declined. When it was all said and done, I paid $23 for a cut & shampoo, and all I got was the cut. And then I was told Id be charged a 60 cent convenience charge just to be able to leave a tip on my credit card. I wont be visiting this establishment again.

Went in for $19 haircut. The upsell is super agressive, intimidating and ridiculous. Prices and additional charges never mentioned and very hard to say no. Ended up close to $70. First my haircolor was insulted and my femininity because of the cut I wanted. She ran gel in my hair without asking and it bumps the price up to styling. I wont go back to that stylist.

I did an online check in for this salon for a 12:30 appointment. I arrived about 15 minutes prior - wasn’t greeted at all, and ended up leaving without service because it took too long! I get that haircuts take awhile, but I watched someone walk in after me and get a haircut, got told I was next and then another person was taken. I sat for 20 minutes without being greeted at all. Save your money and find a salon with better customer service.

Stopped in on the spur of the moment to get my husband a haircut. Every employee nice and the stylist he had did a really nice job. Would recommend.

Got my haircut there today and its the single worst haircut Ive ever had. Ive been there several times before and have had mixed results; some great haircuts and some not-so-great haircuts. After today, I will never be returning again. Id post a picture if I wasnt so embarrassed about the way I look.

Got my kids haircuts here... Scott and a brunette young lady (with glasses, sorry, didnt catch her name) were wonderful with our kids. They learned we were new to town so they gave us suggestions on sites to see and really seemed to Value us as customers. The brunette hair stylist wasnt even our hair stylist, but she made us feel so welcome. A red headed young lady actually cut one of my childrens hair and didnt seem too friendly or happy to be there, but did a good job on the haircut. The other two made the experience good anyways, so Im giving it 5 stars.

Heli did an amazing job.I went in with blond highlights that I had been using various fashion colors on--think artic fox and manic panic--that I managed to get stuck in a strange shade of avocado green and safety cone orange with un-toned lightened roots.I would have been happy with a darker brunette, but Heli pulled off a feat. Im now a pearl blonde with all of my length and heath of my hair!!I need to post before and after pics because I wouldnt have believed it possible on my virgin hair let alone the criminally avocado I managed to create.She clearly enjoys what she is doing, and cares about her clients.Hands down amazing.
