This family owned nail salon is amazing. They take their time to make sure any service provided is done thoroughly and with care. They arent up on the latest trends and styles, so if your looking for a wild design this isnt the place to go. Simple but elegant is their style. I love this place!!

My first time getting a dip manicure and choosing a good salon can be a gamble. I love the way my nails turned out. The salon was clean. The staff was nice and professional, and the price was reasonable. Overall great experience. Im glad i chose VIP. I will be going back!

I went in for a fill and sat down, the nail tech asked me if I wanted to do a Nail powder Dip and I said “NO I want acrylic please”. She acted like she heard me, but when the time came, she used the powder dip on my nails, and I said something about using the acrylic please and she smiled and said “ oh this is better it will last longer.”.I was so upset and I didn’t want to do the dip I never have, I have heard horror stories where people have gotten nail fungi.The whole time I was nervous and I didn’t want to make a scene. Fast forward, removed my nails and on three nails I seem to have some nail fungi.Please don’t go here.! Super unprofessional and rude. Don’t waste your time or money. Also I should mention this was my first time at this establishment.I have NEVER in my life ever had nail fungi. I am so super upset.

Honestly terrible service, completely ignored what I asked for, I requested a thin white line over a gel color & the lady who did my nails just did a sloppy regular “French” and trimmed my nails SUPER short n round after I requested a square shape. I should’ve known to leave when I walked in and saw 1 single customer, prices are inflated and not worth the quality.

Definitely an amazing place to go to! It was very clean, organized, had amazing customer service, and great prices too! They also usually began cleaning around 6:30 and may not take customers depending on the service needed. If thats the case, they would recommend you make an appointment or come back tomorrow. Overall, I would highly recommend you to make an appointment!

On a Saturday I went to get a pedicure and dip manicure. Two different people provided the manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was what I paid. She did a good job. The dipped manicure started to peel later Saturday evening. On Monday I went to get my nails fixed. Her idea of fixing was just a new top coat. By Thursday (less than a week from the original manicure) the top coat and dipped portion were eroding. I have had my nails dipped many times and I have never experienced this. On Monday I returned and spoke to the male owner. I told him what happened and asked if I could just do gel because at this point I thought something was wrong with their dip polish or they just did not know how to do the dip process (which was leas expensive then the dip I originally paid for). He said yes. His wife sat down and started pulling/cutting off the dip that was left on my nails. I asked for her to soak off the polish. She kept saying how long the dip had lasted on my nails. I asked several times if their dip was different then other places because dip usually lasts almost a month. When we realized that I thought they were “fixing” my nails and she thought I was paying for a new gel manicure- she stopped and acted like this was their standard of service.If you just want a basic pedicure- go there. If you want gel or dip- do not pay them to do it. It won’t last and they will expect you to pay to fix their mistakes. Also any company that gives themselves reviews should probably be avoided.

VIP is the only place we get our nails done! The quality of work is far superior then any other salon in the area! The attention to detail is amazing!!

The last place I went was fine until they cut my toe. I have been looking for a regular place to go since then and I think I have found it! The person who did my nails was great.

I would never recommend that you cosme here. The experience was bad from the beginning. I made an appointment and they made me sit for 30 minutes and I got a lady that I didn’t make my appointment with. The entire time she had a horrible attitude and when asked her to do something like soak a broken nail off or to stop cutting and burning me with the electric file she rolled her eyes and had an attitude about it. The whole experience was so bad to the point that I just couldn’t take it anymore and left. Before walking out of the salon they stopped me and told me that I needed to pay stating that it was almost finished and that all she had to do was paint them. Even though they were far from even being prepped for polish. And then the owner gave me an attitude when told that it was ridiculous that I have to pay $25 for a half finished job and a terrible experience. If u want to have a fun and friendly experience when you’re getting your nails done I would recommend that you go anywhere besides here. If I could give them zero stars I would’ve.

Wont return to this place, rude an unprofessional. I spent two hours an 45$ for white nails no designs.They should focus more the clients they have in the chair then answering the phone and ringing people out.Save your money an go to elsewhere!

The wait was ridiculous and there was only three customers (all who were w me). The manager was not welcoming and didn’t help with pedicures to ensure we wouldn’t wait so long instead she sat on her phone at the front. She offered others a drink but did not offer any of us drinks, possibly because we are in our early 20s and assumed we do not deserve the same customer service. The tech did not clean the pedicure bowl after my sister in law got her pedicure, only used water and a used sponge with a drop of dial soap. That is not sufficient when removing dead skin and germs. My tech did not give a massage she simply spread lotions on my legs for under a minute. She cut my cuticles and did not clean out my ingrown until I mentioned it as if it wasn’t obvious that it was there. She also was not welcoming and was upset when I asked for a new pair of sandals that they give when you come in with closed toe shoes. They were obviously used since she didn’t have to make them again so when she came with the new ones she took them out of the bag and made the sandals. Overall a dirty, unprofessional, unwelcoming place. I am from Orlando so obviously expect higher from a nail place since we can easily contract toe fungus and things of that source and it’s safe to say I will never come back here again. Stay clear of this place!****** a few days later I’m posting to tell you all that I think my cuticle is infected or she had cut it so bad that any contact or movement to my toe pains me.

This Salon is so amazing! I called the same day and had an appointment. The owners brother was very meticulous and precise, detailed and very gentle, professional and classy with his work. I finally found a great place with great prices. By far the best place to go in town that offers mood polish amongst other services.

They are open on Sunday (yesterday ),my nails came out beautifully done. Didn’t skip any steps very professional. Very relaxing. I’m sure I will go back. I will get a pedicure also next time.Tx You

I came in this afternoon with my mom and daughter for Mothers Day.My daughter (4y/o) got polish, I got gel, and my mom also got gel.Overall great customer service; so kind and polite to my daughter (who also has sensory processing issues), very gentle which is a huge plus for me (I dont like to have my nails done solely because of the pain Ive experienced before), and the nail artist was super friendly and actually wanted to make conversation (which is *rare* anywhere else).We are DEFINITELY coming back! This is our new nail salon, for sure!

Got my 1st set of acrylics ever and what a great job. Im hard on my hands and Vivian set me up nicely. Going on 2 weeks and no breakage and just getting ready for a fill. Daughter got hers done at the same time and young gent did an awesome job on hers as well. Highly recommended by this gal

Owner does excellent, friendly service. Other tech, not so much. Polish terrible. Tech followed me to front of nail salon. As i was trying to get $ out of wallet, she reached into my purse and removed $ from wallet. THIS IS TOTALLY unacceptable!!!! Then she stood beside me waiting for tip. I spoke to owner to make appt for repolish as this was absolutely WORST polish i have ever had in 34 years! I will continue to use this salon because the owner does outstanding work.

Fantastic service! The staff went above and beyond to make me and my companion feel comfortable and pampered after we told them we were on vacation. Everyone was friendly and kind. We were lucky to walk in when no one was waiting and we were able to get right in the chair for our mani-pedis, but I would definitely make an appointment. We could tell they were a busy, popular place.

I will say the lady who did my polish change on my feet and also eyebrows was very nice. I did feel at some point the owner lost patience. I tried to make conversation but she seemed very unwanting to engage. I was a big fan of the location and even told the manager how nice of a place she has. Im just used to going to my normal salon and chose to go there today because it was open on a Sunday. I will never go back because of the owners attitude.

I have gone here in the past and loved it, but not today. The manager was rude. Wouldnt let me get a deluxe pedicure. Made me get a spa pedicure only. Made meaning they just started the pedicure and never asked what I wanted. When I asked if she can do the Deluxe the manager yelled back from the front no time. and stated theres not enough time because she has appointments coming in. I was never given a choice on what type of pedicure I wanted, just told this is what they are doing. When I left, the place was empty. No appoinents waiting. Manager was still rude when I asked a name of the girl I like there. Very disappointed in my experience today.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been told they don’t have matching colors. I paid $60 for this. Not happy with the outcome. Spoke to the manicurist while I was in chair. Spoke with the owner at checkout. No concern for customer service.

1 star because I got a last minute appointment. 0 stars for service. A man did my mani/pedi. He was uninterested, fast and skimming. A lady started her pedi at the same time as me and he finished my pedi AND nails while her toes stated to dry. There was a blotch of polish that smeared on my pointer finger and he just smeared it and put clear polish over it. I told him I didn’t like it and he said it was fine and left it. My nail chipped 30 minutes later so I went back and he put a bubble of polish on it. I told him it was going to blotch and he said no it look nice. I said No, I don’t want that. He sighed and painted the whole nail over. Didn’t remove the polish. $33 for a mani pedi that chipped within 3 days. My nail polish is all cracked.Didn’t care for it and won’t be back.

I walked in at 6:20 PM. The sign says its open until 7 PM. As soon as I walked in the lady asked me if I was wanting to make an appt because they were closed. I looked at the sign and then she stated that she had something she had to do and was closing and to ignore the sign. Very bad for business to advertise business hours and not honor them.
