Giving two stars because the man who took care of me was very attentive however, his work was terrible. Very few gel powder colors to choose from and they haven no samples just the powder container. My nail lady switched salons so I had to find somewhere to get me through these two weeks. The technician was done within 30 minutes and the work shows. I originally had coffin nails, he didnt ask me what shape I wanted. All finger nails were different lengths and shape. I am a client who plays the part and lets the professionals do their job bc I expect them to know what they’re doing. It is not my job to tell them what they are doing wrong so I left without saying anything. I know he was aware of the hot mess he made, however he probably thought I would be okay with just any nails since I didn’t complain like others would.If you like good quality work visit Crys at Bliss lounge in Fort Myers.

I went in for a full set the man who did my nails was in a rush and in no way knew what he was doing. My nails had bumps in them he did not remove my cuticles the color was dull I was extremely un happy and went to angels nails in the cape to have them fixed the very next day horrible place to go

My Mom and I have been coming here for about a year. They have always been very friendly and make sure they spend the extra time being careful with my Moms sensitive skin and other issues. Thank you for taking that extra precaution!

I’m from Illinois and have been going to the same nail salon for years. Being very picky I was leery getting them done on vacation but I was at a point that I couldn’t take them anymore 😣. I have to say that Juan at Pretty Nails did such an awesome job (putting on a full set) that they look just as good if not better than the salon I go to at home!!! Thank you so much 🤩

I love pretty nails I have been going there for 15 years and they take great care of both my hands and my feet nothings better then having A-day with a pedicure and a manacure they do such a wonderful job with massage and hot rocks and hot towels I could do it every day if my budget would only allow

I didnt even get a chance to be seen. When I got here with my friend they took her right away and then told me I had to wait 20 minutes. Okay no big deal right? AN HOUR AFTER MY FRIENDS FULL PEDI IS DONE COMPLETELY AND THEY HAVE HER ACRYLICS ALREADY ON, they asked me what I wanted. Needless to say I didnt get ANYTHING done because my friend only had had the paint left to do on her hands. Basically I waited 2 hours for nothing. My girls day ruined thanks for nothing but wasting my day.

I have a chemical burn from them and I do agree with the prior customer your nails don’t chip or break the next day. Over charge and they file them very thin. I wrote and have photos of proof on yelp

A little pricey (in my opinion) but received an excellent pedicure. Everyone in shop was very friendly and they seemed to have a lot of repeat customers.

TOO BAD. SO SAD. NEVER AGAIN. online says $35 for manipedi. get there nope its $40. $10 extra gel nails. LAMEST mani pedi ever. took less than an hour for BOTH mani n pedi! what? a pedi is supposed to be an hour! I still have half my cuticles unclipped, dry, and hanging. seriously? sanitation is questionable at best. watched owner put tools back into open sterile packaging and watched lady reuse them on next person as if they were sterile. my poor kiddo got gel nails and he got the polish all over her cuticles causing her to get burned and crusty cuticles and wavy, uneven nails. when i asked and showed him he said no its ok, it doesnt hurt the skin. yeah right. i refused his offer to redo it again..really? like id let him do her nails again? not happy at all. so sad that its so difficult to find a good nail salon here. wish i could post photos. PLEASE spend your money somewhere else!!

Poor service. Didnt have the color I picked on the chart and couldnt do the pedicure the same time as my nails wanted me to come back at 6:30p this was 1230p. I went to another salon
