Clean, friendly, and great work. Second set this year and one fill. Today I saw nail equipment go to sanitizing device after the tech was done with her customer. Ive left happy all three times and will definitely be returning when its time for fills/new sets.

Without the consent of the parents, an 11 year old was made artificial nails ..... so far so good ..... also mistakes of the child ...... but after a nail broke off halfway today we went to the saloon and wanted to have all the nails removed .... of course against payment ..... but they refused, this service is not offered ..... cannot recommend this saloon ......

This was literally the worst service i ever got at a nail salon. The guy didn’t put the right nails on to match the others. Also once he was done my nails just had globs and was done sloppy. Last, they took forever to start me when i had somewhere to be. STAY AWAY!

A guy that usually does pedicures messed up my fingernails so badly!This location is dirty, when I walked in I asked if I should wash my hands and the gentleman said no.I have my own nails and wanted a manicure / French manicure.he used a dremmil and cut 2 of my fingers...my nails got so hot it was hurting me and when he was done he told me to come back next week and he would fix my nails! Horrible place. Just wanted gel polish put on my nails. They over charged me. When i left the nail polish just wiped right off. They would not refund my money. Now i have to go to another place and pay them to fix their mess up. Terrible place. I am never going back.

Third time there and very pleased! Love the tech Kim shes great and takes her time and very thorough! They were busy so I did some shopping in Wal-Mart and Kim called me on my cell phone when she was ready for me! Which was nice no sitting and waiting, prices are good the same as what I paid in Pa..I will keep going back !

I definitely never return to this place first of all, one of his employees attended me and then he leaves me halfway and a person who doesnt even work there was the one who finished my nails in fact very badly because he has no knowledge of this job but the thing is It got worse when at the time of payment they ask me for 15 dollars more than the price they told me when I arrived and that they have established I do not recommend them at all

Ive always came here for nails, I would switch between the NFM one and the Cape one, it has been awhile since i have gotten my nails done and I decided to get acrylics put back on. It started off okay, the wait was 1 hour even though there was only 2 customers and 3 workers, finally i got my turn, i asked for coffin shaped and the lady told me itll be 5$ extra, okay thats fine. As she got going i noticed she was doing everything completely wrong and not how i asked, but i was running late to work so i didnt want to say much about it, also the fact that she cut almost every single one of my fingers, only about 2 of my nails are close enough to be coffin and i still had to pay the extra 5$, its sad, and all the tops are completely uneven, im very disappointed and will not be back to this branch of regal nails, if you want to go here PLEASE go to the NFM one

They have a special for $35 mani/pedi. I tell them thats what I wanted. They say ok. Then I tell them I only use shellac polish, they say ok. Not once did they tell me that they were trying to charge me extra $$ so when it was time to pay they say $80. 😵 Unfortunate for them, they were dealing with a cosmetology graduate who has worked in the field for the last five years, so they would definitely not get off on that! So, by the end I made sure that my price was only $55. I will never return! They need to learn how to be professional nail technicians!

My daughters and I did our nails there and what a waste of time and money!! One of my daughter got something totally different than what she asked for even after showing them a photo and they said yes they could do it. My younger daughters nail were hurriedly done and messy and my gel nails did not last 3 days. Wax was still left on my eyebrows upon leaving.....poor, poor, poor work! Will NEVER go back!!

They messed up my sisters nails so bad. The shape of the acrylics didn’t match, the color is chipping after only two days, they were supposed to be white but there’s different colors in the white after she went under the light, due to other colors being mixed with the top coat polish. When we told them she wasn’t happy they ignored what we said. Would never come here again and won’t recommend to family or friends. Now I’m taking her elsewhere to get them fixed. Had a problem with a different regal nails before too. They wouldn’t see a disabled client. Very unprofessional and discriminatory.

They always do a great job for me and my family. I like now they use for each person there own kit.

I used to go there to have tips put on but they used to come off the next day n. She used to charge me $50 every 2 weeks n that was way to expensive for me so I stopped going

The guy that did my wife nails was very patient and really took his time on doing a great job.

Staff is do kind works with you well so you get exactly what you want and the prices arent ridiculous and my nails come out great and last a long time🤣

They wont do what u want.They do what they want to do.Shapes are all crooked and looks like a 3 yr filed them.God forbid u get them to do what u plaid good money for.Nasty and horrible customer service.

They messed up all of my nails along with my friends and her moms nails. My nails are supposed to be white but they are yellow and they are dented with paint all over my nail
