Excellent nails Everytime!!Thank you

They did a very good job on my daughter and my nails . However a friend of ours went with us and they were so busy with not enough people working to cover all the customers that my friend didnt get hers done

I have been going to Rose Nails for over 15 years. The facility is clean and well maintained. I have never had a problem with my nails or the services they provide. They are friendly and professional. Today I got a little added nail art to celebrate my birthday.

I ended up here by default and I’m forever thankful I did! This was hands down thee best place I’ve been to yet in FL. Everything from beginning to end was top notch! I had Wendy and she did a phenomenal job! Def recommend to everyone! Prices are reasonable, tbh the service I got deserved more than the price. I def gave her a great tip! She was that amazing! I found my new nail shop. I’ll be going here only moving forward. You’re welcome in advance. You will not be dissatisfied.

The ladies are super nice, courteous, and patient. They take their time and truly try to give you what you are asking for. My niece and I have been treated so nicely and our nails always look great.

My mother and i went to get our acrylics filled. My mom wanted Matte Black, and got Black but no Matte. i wanted a dark purple, but got Navy Blue. how blue and purple are the same color to them makes no sense. took over 2 hours for two fills, and they look horrible.

Quick service for a walk in. They have lots of different options for whatever color, style that you might want. Sweet ladies

They took me 30 minutes before they closed, I loved everything when I left but now 2 days later and my acrylics are breaking 😭.

The lady rushed my pedicure while drilling and kept cutting my skin. The color I requested was more where near what I asked for but I didnt have time to change it. I went the next day to a different place and paid $15 for a color change

I’ve been coming here for 10 years, I drive 45 minutes and pay a $2.00 toll because I absolutely love this place, the prices are incredible and my nails always look amazing, on top of looking great they never fall off because they always do a great job! I have tried other places, but I’m always disappointed in the quality and prices. As long as they are open they will have my business!

I’d like to share my recent experience with Rose Nails and how upsetting it was. I have given them so many chances even after Wendy completely destroyed my nails and patted my hand and let me leave with several EXTREMELY crooked nails (I wish I could post pictures with my review) ... the only sweet one who really does do a good job is Jane. Which I believe is the manager there as well. However recently I came in and she was not there. When I walked in Tracy and Wendy both turned their chairs around and said “you need to come back when Jane is here. We are not doing your nails because you’re too picky” ... I was in shock, I couldn’t believe they really said that. I have never been disrespectful to them or demeaning. I just didn’t allow them to cut corners or be lazy just to get me out in an hour or less. I am paying for the service and I believe I should be happy when I leave. Anyone should. You should’ve have to feel afraid to ask for all nails to be even, for spots to be re filed or for them to redo something that didn’t come out too good. We are all humans and I make mistakes at my job all the time. But I would never hesitate to correct them. I wouldn’t recommend this salon at all. Unless you are seeing JANE. She is very sweet, kind and does good work. But the girls have TERRIBLE customer service. Good luck.

We went to Rose nails for a pedicure and nails. THE YOUNG LADY WHO DID MY MANICURE AND PEDICURE was professional and did a terrific job..The other lady had long nails put on in three different colors. They are beautiful and will last a long time...thank you for doing such a wonderful job so quickly ..

Finally found a nail place that does an incredible job every time. I have lived in Cape Coral a year and had services done at 6 other salons before I found Roses. I haven’t gone anywhere else since.

Will definitely not be back. My nails are so chunky and not at all what I asked for.

I have been going to Jane for 17 years and I drive all the way to Cape Coral from Lehigh Acres. She does some beautiful artwork on my nails. Just the other day while paying my toll on the Sunshine Skyway Bridge the toll attendant ask to see my nails. This was a Friday noon time and I was holding up traffic while the girl admired my nails. Rose Nails is fabulous

Worst nail experience Ive ever had. Not one thing about my acrylic set is what I asked for. First of all I had an appointment and waited 15 minutes for another tech to show up, at a very unclean table with piles of nail dust. While I was waiting, Im assuming the owner, asked me what I wanted and I said a faded french and showed a picture. She called it an ombre. Ive never heard it called that before but just shrugged sure. Needless to say I got pink faded out into white. Certainly not a faded french which has no pink. Then he asks me how long. I said fairly short but not too short. He proceeded to cut the ENTIRE nail off! Its literally the length of my natural nails underneath. I was so horrified I didnt even know what to say. Then he ask the shape. I wanted almond but they were far too short for that so I said rounded. He gave me square. At the end he asked if I liked them and I was very honest and said no and why are they pink. He basically shrugged it off like oh well. Once I got home I examined them more closely and I thought it was weird how he wasnt checking each nail against the nails on the other hand for consistency and if they were the same length. Not one nail matches its opposite nail. Some are crooked and all are different lengths. Clearly he didnt listen to a thing I wanted, didnt care about what he was doing and now Im stuck with these horrible nails through Christmas and will be immediatly soaking these things off. Horrible.

My experience at rose nails wasn’t entirely the greatest in my opinion... I arrive to the salon and just by the looks of it, it doesn’t feel very comforting or relaxing. I ask for a pink and white ombré (something I already had on my nails I just needed a fill) and the woman doing my nails doesn’t look very happy at all. She starts filing down my nails and someone else walks in and she tells me to go sit and wait while she does someone else’s nails... so I’m sitting and waiting to get my nails finished for about 30 minutes! Some of the staff there was very polite and friendly towards me but the lady that I had doing my nails was very rude and aggressive with my hands and nails. I told her I wanted them cut down a little bit and she cuts them down way shorter than I had wanted. The woman completely disregarded the fact that I wanted my nails a certain way and they were GOLD! I didn’t ask for gold at all!! Not only are my nails short, gold, and look ghetto but I paid $40 for them!! NEVER. GOING. BACK. EVER!!! Not worth your time or money.

Very rude and I was yelled at because I couldn’t understand what he was saying.. I was charged $5.00 extra on top of the $10 tip I provided.. never going back to this nail salon. I felt very uncomfortable.

Horrible experience! No one knew what they doing! Went for a full pedicure and manicure. Just got my feet soaked in water and briefly painted. Only thing that was done to hands was a brief painting. I could still see some of the old paint the on the edges of my fingernails. I do NOT recommend! First and last time I will step foot in that place, and probably worst 50 bucks I have ever spent.

This was an awesome experience. I always read reviews before stopping at a new nail salon. I called a bit before I came in just to give them a heads up I was coming.

Lisa was great! Super perfectionist which is always appreciated. Salon was very clean, will definitely return when I come back to visit the area!

I will never come here again. Went in to do the dipping powder refill and my nails came out looking all deformed. Not even at all. Very very thick. I told her many times to fix but did not work .. I left annoyed because I didn’t wanna sit there another hour for her to get it right. Nails looked terrible for my vacation.

Wendy is freaking AWESOME..I am VERY PICKY and she always executes any shape or design I pick out. Her fills last for almost 1 month. That says alot about this salon. I recommend this nail salon to ANYONE. 💅💖

Just awesome! I was very happy with the results they gave me today. I actually didnt make appointment but they had me seated quickly and gave me a good looking Mani/Pedi that i havent had in a long time. All the staffs here were courteous, professional and kind. Their salon was very clean and well organized. I will definitely come back whenever im in town again! Hope you give them a try too

This place wasnt clean and the staff was very unfriendly with the exception of one woman (Wendy I think). The moment I walked in, one of the employees asked me if I wanted gel polish and I stated no, just the regular polish. She kept pressing me and I kept telling her I didnt want gel. She then became very hostile toward me and was rough with my nails/hands and was ignoring me as I attempted to have a conversation with her. My sister was with me and did get the gel polish. It chipped within 2 days. I do not recommend and will not be back.

Nails didnt even last two weeks. The man who did my nails kept ripping them off due to putting the wrong size on. I was very rushed. Horrible quality. Wont be back again.

Came for the gel nails and my technician did a perfect design on my nails. The price was fair and the place itself was clean. Will be back!

It seemed like a pleasant atmosphere. It was seemingly clean as well and the people were very friendly. The only problem was that the tech completely disregarded what I asked for. It was supposed to be a simple manicure and she insisted on putting acrillic nails on my nails. I have never put acrillics on and wanted to keep it that way because my nails are very healthy. After I told her not to, she started with the elecetric file and said she was fixing my nails and just putting hardener on, when I realized she was starting with the acrillics again. She said dont worry its better Ill make you look great and wont charge you extra and I have to fix them now. So for the sake of arguing and because she had already started my nails I said, I really dont want it but its fine. She didnt clean up the cuticle either, she did a botched up and lumpy polish job, and one hand has a completely different design than the other and she charged me $35. I had to tell her several times what I wanted for a design and she insisted on doing something completely different and spent 2.5 hours doing it. I was so done and just wanted to leave, so I paid it. So if you want to go here, be my guest, but make sure to come with your game face and be ready to fight to get what you are paying for.

My friend called for appointments, pedi for her, regular mani for me. We arrrived a bit early, waited almost a half hour, then my friend was taken back for her pedicure while I was still waiting. Meanwhile, four other clients entered and were taken for manicures after short waits. After a total of an hours wait, a tech came up to me and said she could do a gel manicure that would only take 10 minutes so that I would be finished the same time as my friend with her pedi. I said I did not want a gel manicure, just a regular one and that I had changed my mind; as soon as my friend was finished we left. So if they were all booked up with regular clients and could/would not do a regular manicure, they should have been honest from the start! I was just visiting Cape Coral but what a terrible impresssion of a local business!

The worst nail experience Ive ever had. They were rushed, which cause them to cut and burn me, and couldnt do a simple design. Even their paint job was horrible. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
