I got my nails done here the other day and the male worker that did my nails didn’t do the design I asked for because he didn’t have “time” and I got my feet done and he cut up all my toes(I tipped them). Two days later my nails start lifting up and the color started changing colors, I called and asked for a new appointment and they were rude. Definitely not recommending Ace Nails!!😡

Chose my color that was a gel. The technician brought out the polish (2 in a box like all gel polishes). Starting painting my toes and I asked him why he wasnt using the uv light. He said You have to tell me if you want gel. Excuse me? Gel colors and polishes are totally different than regular polishes! Isnt he supposed to know this??? The polish, of course, was thick and didnt dry properly because he was supposed to use the uv light! Dont go here - theyve gone downhill big time lately!

I have been getting my nails done for many years and this is by far the best place I have ever gone. The Young man who did my nails, I forget his name, did an excellent job. So glad I chose to go!

I love coming here for peducures especially the hot stone one! Go see Kelly she always adds a special detail to my nails. She is very precise and warm person to be around. The owners are very accommodating and work me in when I forget to make an appointment. I recommend coming here. Great staff and clean establishment.

The place was great. I had a pedicure done great experience. My wife got both a pedicure and she got a gel manicure. The manicure turned out great. So if you want a solid manicure go there. 5 star place for sure

Love it here! I go with my mom all the time to get acrylics and pedis. It is a very clean place the staff are amazing and offer beverages. They are busy because like I said they do good work so they have a lot of appointments/clients. So make appointment definitely but Ive tried other places like profiles and Ace Nails does way better tbh. My nails have never broken here And polish doesnt chip even when you get regular for pedis!

Needed a fill and figured I would try a new place. Came in at 11:30. Told her I needed a fill and my 2 daughters just wanted their nails painted. They had a total of 4 customers inside. All already being helped. She told me they didnt have time. Didnt give a wait time. Didnt offer a better time to come back. Nothing. First time coming in. Will not be back!

So I lost two nails had an appt for mani/pedi today called 4 hours in advance to let tech know, to see if I could have nails replaced. No time to do that I was told. So I was asked if I still wanted to come to have my toes and other fingernails done? Ummmm probably not, still missing two nails, why just get 8 fingers polished...

They close at 7 on Saturdays. I walked in and was asked what I needed. I said “pedicure”! The lady tells me I’m sorry we’re closed. WHY DID YOU ASK ME WHAT I NEEDED if you are closed ON SATURDAY AT 5:30. Nope never again

Honest with their prices!!!! Very professional, service goes above and beyond. They take their time to do an exceptional job and are well staffed meaning not long wait times. The salon is relaxing and cleanly with calming music and the best massage chairs I’ve ever sat on. Love this place!!

I have gone to this salon numerous times. They are busy because they do a great job. They are polite and friendly and care about good service. It is a quiet place, with relaxing music and TV shows about home makeovers. This is much more than I can say about the other local nail shops which blare TV news about politics and hate crimes and who keep employees children in the shop after school, allowing them to run around or take naps on furniture. Ace is the shop I choose because they are consistent and keep a relaxing atmosphere where customers can escape the grind of everyday life. Remember though that they are human too. At times they are very busy and must answer phones while working on customers. Also, physical labor, especially with pedicures, can strain their muscles, eyes, and senses. These folks work like 60, 70, 80 hours a week, so please be kind. They want you to look and feel your best. If something is wrong, politely let them know and they will fix it. No one asked me to make this recommendation. Im just a regular customer, but I think we should all want small businesses to thrive and therefore, I will keep going to Ace Nails. Usually Tony does my pedicures and nails, but at times Ive had work done by others and they have always been good and have always corrected any mistake.

First time going,bad experience will not go again

Took my 75 year old Mother here for a birthday pedicure, not only was it a great pedicure but the gentleman that worked on my Mother was kind, gentle and made her feel at ease.I live out of town and chose this place based on reviews, Im so glad I did. Thank you for a great experience for both of us.

The owners are very friendly and good at what they do. The place is immaculate and I love the fact they use liners for the pedicures. The prices are reasonable. I drive 15 minutes just to go there, thats how much I like it.

Very clean comfortable nail salon with a good friendly staff. Prices are on par with other salons in the area. Came in as a walk in and was served right away. My nail tech was very thorough and deliberate in her work.Will definitely be back.

Walked in today for mani pedi, one person getting service. Told me flat out no time. And walked away. Pretty rude if you ask me.

I am a nail biter so I had to get fake ones on. They have never lifted or fallen off so I didnt have to replace any. I had them on over 2 months. Now they have been trimmed down so much they no longer exist. All my real nails now & Kim at Ace Nails keeps them looking fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place.

I love going there and having Andy do my nails. He truly does the best job I have ever had. I love challenging him by taking in pictures of what I want. I always schedule an appointment cause I know they are busy.

I came in for a fill, already had good nails put on from profiles .. tried ace nails because profiles was booked and not only did I pay more but my nails look horrendous. I will never be back here and I would like my $40 back since I have to pay to get them redone now. 😡

Ive been to this location once and loved the way my nails were done. However my schedule does not always work with preset appointments. Ive been back 4 time for a fill and everytime Ive been turned away saying they dont have time. They need to remove the sign that states walk ins welcome.

I went there for one thing and got something completely different. I wanted long coffin shaped nails and ended up with sharp crooked daggers. I asked her to round the tip off and she told me no. I wanted my ring finger to be all glitter and she didn’t do that. These are the worst nail sets I’ve ever received.Update: Got in contact with the Manager or Owner, not too sure who. Talked and discussed my nails and how they weren’t what I wanted. He agreed for me to come up and would refund me what I paid. When I arrived and told them this. They all took turns looking at my nails telling me how good they were. That I should have stopped her at any time, but by the time I noticed they weren’t what I wanted she was more than halfway through them. I was knicked a couple times and when they removed my old set she pried them off with another tip after I had told her I had issues with my last nail salon doing that. My fingers are in pain still, 8 hours later. The nail tech said she never heard me tell her I wanted coffin and glitter, and argued with my mother and I. I only wanted to be refunded my portion of the purchase, even said the nail tech could keep the tip I left. High Displeased by this Nail Salon and how they handled this situation.

Min is wonderful. She has great energy. As a business owner myself, I look for a pedicure where there is great energy, the environment is relaxing, and my feet are being focused on. I have found a new place to get my pedis and will definitely recommend to my clients.

I was very disappointed. The first young man did my nails, acrylic fill with gel polish. He acted as though I was more of a bother, he stopped to answer the phone at least 4 times. Then another man did my pedicure, he barely even looked at me, kept watching the door. Well he didnt even do left foot, no exfoliatinging, lotion.. didnt cut nails on left foot either. I was so disappointed, its bad when you go somewhere for relaxation and feel more like a bother than a paying customer. I will never go back,!!

I was there at 9:30am everyone was busy but no one else was waiting. 3 other people came in started getting services done which I imagine they had appointments but not o de did any of the employees come up to me and say it was going to be an hr wait. But still I wait one hr to be seated and then they tell me its going to be another 20 minutes. I was so mad. Its rude and disrespectful not to even acknowledge your customers. As a matter of fact someone else walked in after me and they told them to come back but not me! Poor customer service.

I feel awful leaving this review because everyone there was so nice, however, I am not super pleased on my mani/ pedi. I moved to Cape Coral about 8 months ago and I am very picky about my nails so I have been doing them myself but for Valentine’s Day I wanted to get pampered. I went in on Tuesday to get my nails done for Valentine’s Day on Wednesday. The salon was very well kept and very sanitary. When it came to the manicure, the cuticle was not removed properly, if at all, and I do a better job at a polish application myself. The gentleman cut my finger while attempting to remove the cuticle which is fine cause accidents happen but he cut the same area in 3 different places and there was cuticle all over the place which was all chopped up so it made the cuticle look worse. The polish started chipping the next day, usually when I do my own nails they last about a week so I do have a point of reference as to how long my polish usually lasts. The pedicure was fine and nothing out of the ordinary, the polish application again was not the greatest but whatever I’ll live with it until I do my own pedicure. Again, I feel bad writing this review cause everyone was so nice and the salon was very nice as well but I’m thoroughly unimpressed with the quality of the service.

I was referred here by a friend. I was going there for months, mind you I live in Naples. I travel an hour to do services with the man named Andy. After today I will not return. Even if you make an appointment, they’re not on time and when it’s your turn they rush your services so they can serve the next appointment. Prices changed today out of blue, they charged me $10 extra to soak off my shellac that THEY did on my toes my previous service, when shellac is a “soak off” nail polish. Very dissatisfied with the recent service I had today, if you’re looking to get robbed of your money on a rushed and uncaring environment then this is the place.

Great staff. A bit too pricey for me.

My wife went here for a basic nail service and was quoted twenty dollars. She had the French tips done with this. They charged her $25 additional.The quality was good but the additional charge for a service that is included at other nail salons is unacceptable.
