She noticed some errors in a communication from the mortgage company and helped work to correct them for me. Excellent customer service! Surpassed my expectations.

She is patient, THOROUGH in the DETAILS, and she also very personable and totally reliable. My wife and are fortunate to be her customers. I have had State Farm for as long as I can remember. Recently with Karen Wolfe, Im new to Tim Collier. Im pretty sure it was my boyfriends idea to switch, because he was already with Tim Collier. Over the short time Ive had this agent Ive been called too many times and sent too much mail. I have explained that we have a family member working there. I have explained I do not want nor have time to go in and sit with someone to talk about the coverage we already have. Im a paying customer, why are you bugging me? Im really missing Karen Wolfe!Update:Thank you for removing me; I hope that includes the postal mail ads that I get frequently.Sorry I had to write a review to get that to happen. I posted a 5 star review last year when they were in the wrong and had me change my review to right the wrong. This year same song and dance. BUYERS BEWARE! I moved in July and gave them my address they told me everything was fine. I am on auto-pay they were not able to get funds out of my card because my identity was stolen while moving so I switched my card number. I NEVER received a call or a single letter stating they had trouble withdrawing funds. I call when I see they havent taken out funds they said my insurance has lapsed and I need to pay lapsed coverage at 600 a month. I ask what address they have on file. its wrong. I asked when did they call me and they cant produce one time they called me. On top of that manager there released all my personal information to other insurance companies. I wonder how many other people they do this too? Something is wrong here and they dont care to correct things they just like to state I should have paid my bill. I guess at least they staying true to their name (State Farm)and not their customers. What a joke! Last year I had a problem as well and they were in the wrong again and he had me take down my review. This time this isnt happening. I hope all people review them before buying insurance from this place.

I was shopping for home insurance and a friend recommended this company, i already had a few quotes and was pretty much set, however i figured lets give these guys a chance. so i called, and got the email information to submit my declaration pages and my new roof information. i did receive a call from Tim at the end of the day and he spent quite some time walking me through the process, he seemed very professional and willing to help. Tim had multiple options for us to choose from however he told me that one of the quotes i received was slightly better than what he can do at this time, keep in mind the $ amount was the same, however the details in the coverages was better in my quote.Tim walked me through his quote and my quote and pointed out the similarities and differences. By him doing that he knew i wasnt going to go with him, but yet he still made a recommendation that was better for ME.. i was very impressed.Although i didnt go with him for Home insurance i sent him my dec page for our car insurance, as i felt he went above and beyond, so we should give him a chance with our car policies.. the next day i got a call back and again Tim was very helpful and knowledgable of the Uninsured motorist laws/rules. and recommended some changes. our current policy will end soon and we will definitely use Tim for our auto policy and give him a chance to bid again on our home next year.great company

No complaints with state farm but stay away from broker Tim Collier. Poor customer service, and Julie (I think she is customer care manager, I talked to her about some payments) she is rude and no manners. Because of her and customer service we changed our insurances.

If I could I would give him 0 stars I highly recommend going to another insurance State Farm agency. Tim Colliers is highly rude to customers wait 10 minutes after speaking to a customer to call back to apologize when he should have never gotten an attitude in the first place. Anytime you ask his agency for a corporate number they refused to give it to you.

We have been with State Farm Auto, Boat, & Financial Services for 10 years now. We unfortunately have had claims for both. Tim was available to make sure we had all of our questions and concerns answered. I would highly recommend Tim Collier and State Farm to anyone. You wont find better service.

This office is very poorly run. They need a better office manager or something. I called in giving our new address. It never got changed in their system, so once I realized we hadnt recieved a bill it was too late. They said we had to start a whole new policy that our old one was cancelled and no way to reinstate the old policy. Here we are 5-6 months with the new policy only to be told we owe for the month our insurance had lapsed. One of the people in the office couldnt explain why. We looked into new insurance and found not only are these people horrible at running an office but their rates were much higher. Oh and one last thing I had to finally call after hours to get someone to actually do the address change. Took three seperate phone calls for a very simple task.******* Weve now had Geico going on 2 months and we just got an over due bill, saying we missed a payment and due for cancellation!!!! Yet the response that was given to my original review, disagreed with me. One would think if the office was managed properly, a client wouldnt be receiving bills and cx notices 2 months after they themselves cancelled.....

Phone calls to voice mail not returned. Have been with this agency for more than 30 years. Service has gone from outstanding to very,very poor. Love State Farm but highly dissatisfied with this local agency. Tim took over this agency from his father Mitch. Now, phone calls do not get returned. Errors occur when applying payments. We have one home, four life, and three auto insurance policies through this agency. Payments get applied to the wrong policies. Phone inquiries receive incorrect information. After being told no payments were due we received a cancellation notice on auto insurance for non-payment. There is too much incompetence in this office. We are now trying to change agencies while staying with State Farm. BEWARE! THE REPUTATION ESTABLISHED BY MITCH IS NOW TARNISHED.

I missed a payment because i wasnt able to pay it due to loosing my job and the truck i had insured by them was my work truck that is broke down and i dont have the money to fix i just got a letter in the mail today stating i would loose my licence or take my tag to the dmv to give them it a tag i obviously paid for i am on here saying this so someone else doesnt make this mistake they never told me this would happen if i missed a payment its not right i dont know if other insurance companys do this i do know im going through a hard time during holiday season and this isent helping thanks state farm
