There was a situation a while ago, when my son, one of this young generation guys, knowing everything better, messed up his car account and Zach alerted and alerted him to get the thing straightened out. There was no need for Zach to follow up in this way, but Zach thinks and acts beyond his job to help customers. Great Job!

We enjoy having one agent taking care of all of our insurance needs. Courtney, our agent keeps track of our policies, reviews them periodically and make changes along with us. Shes quick to answer any questions, always attentive and most of all shes knowledgeable with the up to date policy changes. We never have to listen to long automatic pre-recorded messages and press 1 for this policy and 2 for another and so on. I called late yesterday afternoon to try to get some auto insurance on the car that I purchased, The computers were down and after working on it for over an hour Courtney Bodine saw my situation and told me she was going to get into work early the next morning to get my policy for me. Courtney Bodine has been a GODDESS! Not only did she get me a great deal on my car insurance and rental insurance, she went to bat for me when I was hit by another driver. She was there to support me and help me get my car fixed. Everything went smoothly and now my car is back on the road better than ever!

After years of having insurance here I called them today to ask why my last months payment wasn’t taken out of my account and they informed me that they dropped me. Not even a phone call or an email to tell me this! They said that they sent a letter which I never received. Such a disgusting way to treat a long standing client. And I don’t even have a bad record!!!! One speeding ticket 2 years ago and 1 car accident that was no fault 3 years ago!!!!!!

I have had State Farm Insurance for over 40 years. I moved to Florida in 2008 and had to move my account to an agent down here. I moved my account to Dawn Sullivan. In the last three years, quality of service has gone from OK to unacceptable. Each time I call to ask questions about my policy, I receive different answers from different workers. I have had a few accidents in the last 5 years. 2 due to defensive driving. They said they couldnt cancel me because I have been with the company so many years. But they got me to cancel my policy by tripling my rates and denying coverage they use to provide. Stay away! I went to Progressive for 1/3 the price with equal coverage.

I used to work here and was let go when I was not meeting my quota that just kept on rising and had to be met by all means necessary. Therefore you guest it, I was let go like many others. As a customer, I had two accidents in 2015 both times rear ended by someone else not my fault, they cancelled my coverage due to being a risky driver. In all honesty my experience with State Farm has been so horrible I dont even want to know they exist. Ive been a happy camper with PROGRESSIVE since then.

I had been with another agent for many years and decided to change to Michaels office as it was local and close to my home and place of business.Michael made sure I was aware of all services his office provided. If you have this Insurance company and you get into an accident, they will not help you and they will try to make you pay money for everything. Also theyre very expensive and not friendly. You are not a customer to them, you are just seen as money.
