Id like to say that my phone conversation today with Kari Marlow couldnt have been better. She helped me with two items of concern, each of which took both research, along with experience to clarify, and she did so quickly and perfectly. We have been with State Farm since 1985. We converted to State Farm while living in the Chicago area and we carried auto insurance for two cars, homeowners insurance, and personal liability umbrella and when we moved to Florida in 2014 our agent introduced us to Mike Sullivan and his office staff including Kari Marlow who is our main contact. We are grateful that our former agent connected us with Mike because he and Kari provide us with excellent service and always respond quickly to our questions and concerns. Fortunately we havent had to make any claims since living in Florida, but I expect the same excellent service that I received from State Farm since 1985. Warning to those who expect professional services. If you are looking for a large sterile agency they will work. Some of the people there are nice and friendly. The owner Mr. Sullivan lacks professionalism and has little desire to resolve issues. He is the reason I will be leaving state farm after 30 years.
