This agency truly provides a personal experience regularly. Dave and his staff have shown me a rare experience In dealing with Insurance. My vehicle was totaled in an accident in January of 2020.I was quickly and kindly given everything I needed, and more.I was treated with genuine compassion, heartfelt concern, and had every question I had, answered with patience and professionalism..It is rare to find a good Agent. In this group, all are gems.My home, 3 vehicles, and a boat, and Motorhome are insured by this company for 10 years now.If you are looking for honesty, fair prices, and personal care, you will no doubt, be happy with Dave and his staff.I recommend them highly.

They change my policy every week. Raising different amounts each week. For the past 2 months I have received a new policy change in the mail. This office is so unprofessional and they have no idea what they are doing. Check around.

My family has been with Allstate for MANY YEARS. Ever since David took over this office, the customer service is ZERO. Called today to ask for re-quote on policy as stated in email I received and was put on hold and then hung up on. No call back from the office. Prior to this incident, I had to call office about 4 times and left voicemails asking for Dianne my favorite employee to assist me with my policy as she is WONDERFUL. Never received a return phone call. I have had to deal with both issues with the 800 number customer service reps and today was rerouted 3 times back to the main customer service number. Allstate Customer Service used to be THE BEST, it is HORRIBLE all the way around now. VERY Disappointed.

Always a pleasure having allstate. Very friendly staff and very helpful with any and all questions i have. They got me the best rate possible for our vehicles. They always keep in touch through either phone calls or emails to make sure we are both on the same page at all times. Very pleased with allstate and ill be with them as long as they are in business.

I had a very small claim and asked them if it would hurt my insurance if I turned in this claim ! They said no way would it make any difference well they canceled me and I now have a hard time getting insurance because they canceled me ! Very Upset had them for years

Regretably, chosing this insurance company is a mistake. First, I find out Im paying double for car insurance, fine Im told its my fault and should have shipped around. Next, homeowners issue...my agent is of course not in the office at this time and after lengthy waits Im handed off to an agent that speaks like a robot reading an instruction manual, and make it very clear that my homeowners insurance company is who i need to deal with directly and not them. Well...thats the next policy to change. U can count on these guys to not show up when u need them, for both the little and the big things.

My family has been with Allstate for a while now and everyone weve come into contact with has been exceptionally helpful. David and his team are great!
