I have been a patient at Swords & Phelps Dentistry for over 15 years. The doctors are very attentive to my care. When sensing that I am nervous, they are extra sure that I am not feeling any pain. The doctors know that a dentist visit is not the most comfortable experience for most people, if you choose this practice, you will have a different feeling about a dentist visit.In addition, the dental assistants are wonderful. Always keeping me comfortable and focused on them, instead of what is going on in my mouth.Swords & Phelps Dentistry will change your mind about a dentist office. These are all great, caring people.

Absolutely love this place! I just had my wisdom teeth removed today, and my anxiety was extremely high this morning. Dr. Phelps and Bailey made me so comfortable and eased my anxiety in no time. Swords and Phelps is the best dentist office in Cherokee County. From the time you walk in the door, being greeted at the front desk, called in for your appointment on time or a little early(!!), the service is wonderful. Trista does a great job as my hygienist. Shes thorough with my cleaning and does the job with minimum discomfort. Dr. Matthew Phelps is always professional and has always done an excellent job. Hes works quickly and carefully with minimum pain. Even the pain shots are nearly painless! I highly recommend this office to anyone wanting a friendly, thorough dentist office.

I followed my excellent dental hygienist Stacey Spence from another dentist to Swords and Phelps. They provide excellent service and do not push you to do any unnecessary procedures like so many other dentists in the area try to do. My wife and I have been very pleased with our cleanings from Stacey and the friendliness and knowledge of the dentists. I fully recommend using them.

This is by far the best dental office Ive been to - very caring, upfront and honest. I dont normally have dental issues. I had pain and knew something was wrong. I had two opinions & partly because of Soleils huge response to who the best dental office was in the area, I chose Dr. Matthew Phelps who did an incredible job. He did major work all within a short period of time and totally pain free even afterwards. I am so fortunate to have found Swords & Phelps.

I have had very bad experiences with previous dentists’ offices in the past which has let me to have a phobia of being seen in a dentists office. The compassion at Swords and Phelps is unmatchable! The front staff is always very polite with exceptionally fast service and easy scheduling. My hygienist, Michelle, eased all my fears and gave me the best experience at a dentist I have yet to have! Dr. Brock was kind, compassionate and beyond gentle which made my experience fantastic.

Swords & Phelps Dentistry was recommended to us when we moved to Canton GA 3 years ago. Their office is conveniently located with easy access parking. The offices are very clean and the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. I recently had a dental procedure with Dr. Swords and he wanted to make certain I was completely at ease. The procedure was quick, painless and I was out in less than 30 minutes. Im so glad we found a local practice of this caliber.

This is an excellent practice. My husband and I have used them for 30 years.The routine dental care is thorough and painless. Our dental Emergencies have treated promptly with almost no wait time The dentists are quite skilled. The entire staff pleasant and accommodating I can not recommend them more highly .

I was a new patient for this Dentist office. I had an Emergency and just walked in this morning! These are unchartered times we are in right now with this virus situation. That being said. The ladies at the front desk, the staff and Dr. Phelps were above and beyond FANTASTIC. They took care of me quickly and identified my dental emergency and put a plan in place to take care of my pain and discomfort. I cannot say enough GREAT things about them all. I got lucky and found the Best Dental office in Georgia!!

We all know a trip to the dentist is on this bottom of most of our lists of wants. I absolutely love to visit Swords and Phelps Dentistry. It’s like a spa day for the mouth. Recently had to have actual dental work done and I had zero pain. Zero! I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff from the front desk to the hygienist is top notch. The customer service couldn’t be any better. I’ve never waited more that 5 mins in the lobby. I will never use another dentist and refer to my family and friends at every chance. I sent them my xrays and they still took xrays which they said I wasnt going to pay for and I ended up being charged for them. I total waste of time and money.

The office staff is always friendly and very helpful. The waiting room is comfortable and I couldve stayed there longer, but they always take me within five minutes of my arrival. I had The best care with them in the past almost 25 years! I wouldnt go to another dentist!

I have had a ton of Dental work done here and just love the way they make you feel comfortable and safe when they are working on you, and they are very trustworthy. They make me feel like family when I go in there. My teeth feel better and look better than they ever have.

I dont love visiting the dentist which means I dont go as often as I should. I finally made an appointment here, and I couldnt be happier with the experience I had. Not only did they take great care of my teeth and gums, but they took the time to teach me ways to improve my every day home care. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I wont ever mind going to the dentist as long as it is at this practice.

I have used Drs Swords & Phelps since the early 1990s. After having major issues with my teeth all of my life, I feel that this is the only dentist I fully trust. I have had at least three root canals, three implants, and recently a pulled molar .....all with no pain, nitrous gas, and great results. Always on time and genuinely concerned, the doctors here are the best!

Dr. Matthew is the best dentist ever. He is very knowledge about what things need to be done, and explains what has to be done. He is great with adults and kids. I have been going to this office for years and taking my children also.

Years ago I was a patient with Swords & Phelps and only left due to insurance change. Now I am able to come back and am SO happy. Everyone on staff is so friendly and helpful and Dr. Swords is patient and kind with my kids. Glad to be a patient here again!!

Most disrespect I’ve ever paid to be given, made financial comments assuming my parents would be paying my way. (They live across the country and give no financial support to me ) Also had the audacity to say my genetically soft teeth was associated with meth use. Proceeded to tell me there was no such thing as genetically soft teeth. After talking with multiple people this was not a surprise to the city of Canton. Disrespectful and none of my family or friends will ever be going here again. Save your money.

FIRST LET ME SAY DR SWOREDS IS A NICE MAN.I GUESS THEY SOLD THE PRACTICE TO THE MONEY DEVIL.IM A VIET NAM VET AND THE VA PAYS THEM WELL FOR MY SERVICE.167.00 EVERY 3 MONTHS FOR A 75.00 CLEANING AT AT ASPEN DENTAL.I HAVE ALOT OF IMPLANTS AND IM NOT YOUNG ANY MORE.THE VA HAS SPENT ALOT OF MONEY IN MY MOUTH.TODAY I HAVE A BAD TOOTH THAT HAS NEEDED TO GO FOR AWHILE.IM IN PAIN I CALLED THE LADY IN THE OFFICE .SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY BECAUSE THE VA HAS NOT APPROVED IT AS YET,TO SAY THATS ANOTHER TOOTH EXTRACTION AND ANOTHER IMPLANT.AT LEAST A 1000.00 OR MORE .THE COST WOULD BE 150.00 OR MORE CASH TO PULL THE TOOTH AND I WOULD STILL WAIT FOR APPOINTMENT.I CALLED ASPEN DENTAL THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD PULL IT FOR 88.00AND IF I BROGHT THE FORM THEY WOULD FILE WITH THE VA.DR SWORDS WILL BE APPROVED BUT I WONT GO BACK.
